This was my first time getting my nails done by VV nails spa and I've already booked my next appointment. She's awesome! She took her time applying and shaping my gel nails to get the shape and length I asked for. She pays attention to details, even if it takes a little more time or an extra coat of polish. She takes such pride in her work. She uses high quality products. I got a nude pink gel polish and she added angel flakes to the tips - the color of the flakes varies with the light and is really cool. The photos don't give the full effect. I just left this nail salon and I wanted to make sure I gave them a review before I forgot. This was my first time here and from my friends, they had very positive reviews so my sister, bf, and I decided last minute to stop in. Upon arrival they looked packed and busy already. They let us know it would take about 10-15 minutes and they saw us before that time. My manicurist was Nick and he was amazing. He took her time and made sure I liked everything before moving on. He's super sweet and nice and it was great chatting with her. I was so very satisfied with my nails. I don't know who did my pedi but he did a great job as well and also wanted to make sure I got exactly what I asked for. Im very upset .first of all I've been here several times before and fill like this spa has gone down hill .i had a horrible experience i recommended this place to my friend and mom .i paid for 3 full sets spent over$100 to get crappy service the guy who did my nails was rude i asked for short nails he refused i asked for gel he gave me powder.his exact words were i don't do short fake nail.you want that i leave for 1hr lunch let someone else mess up ur nails ..im the customer... im paying my nails should be how i want it !! Not to mention my set is now only 4days old and looks like i have has them for over 3weeks they are chipping and not done right already looked grown out because they werent done right.also when he was gluing the nails on he put my thumb nail on unevenly and cricked i told him he refused to fix it then said wait til i sand it down i take care of it .i ended up leaving with cricked nails .very disappointed i will not return nor recommend going here .they need to get new employees who actually want to work not rush you.i paid good money for nothing See More Read Less

I had been coming here for a while, loved it! But lately within a two week period I took my husband for his FIRST ever pedicure. They cut his toe which led to an infection and he didn’t like the massage cause he didn’t even get one. I got a pedicure as well at the same time. Both did the most expensive ones. So that was $100. I went the next day to get a rebase. $55. the next day the GEL polish was cracking and peeling so I went in and they fixed it. Two days later same probl...em on multiple nails so went back they fixed it again. At this point I have so many layers of this gel polish it’s bad but I’m like ok whatever. Not a week later 3 nails break and color is peeling on all the nails. I go in and show them that say “you need a full set the nails under are old $55” I’m like NOOOO. The nail technician who did my rebase should have said I needed a new set THEN. Not a week later. So they charged me for the whole new set and since I had just spent a ton of money for horrible service I had to just get some shitty white tips. If I could give negative stars I would. I got a pedicure two weeks ago on May 15th. I wanted a French shellac pedicure so it would last longer and the man insisted that regular polish would last the same and if it happened to chip in the next two weeks that he would re-do my pedicure the way I wanted. Of course, it chipped like I thought, so I came in today, my first day off in two weeks to get them fixed, he laughed in my face and repainted ONE TOE and said have a nice day. He shook my hand and told me he would honor his word and he didn't. I have been coming to VV for years and because of their poor service and lack of attention to what their customers want. From a different city but my girlfriend lives in Greeley and wanted to take me to get my nails done. So we went there I was told to go to table 6 where he hadn't even cleaned off the nails from his last client. They lady doing nails next to his table greeted me. My tech just texted on his phone and talked to the tech behind him before he sat down and never said hi back to me when I greeted him. I had a set of acrylics on already and some of them were peeling up and some of them were still on pretty good. Instead of soaking my nails in nail polish remover or gently using tools he used another white tip nail to wiggle underneath my existing acrylics. Took off some of my natural nail with the acrylics that he was flinging off. It hurt at times. I paid an extra $10 for that "removal"?Then continued to talk on the phone and text in between doing my nails. That was yesterday. This morning I put on my concealer only to find some had gotten in between my acrylic and my tip and natural nail. I cant get it out. I examined my nail only to find there is a a space there. Anything can get it and cause bacteria and an infection! Never have I had such a bad experience...Calling today to tell them I'll be down for them to fix it. I will not go back. I went in for my set and payed $60.00. Then 2 weeks later I went in for a rebase. I didn't want a color change. But the gal messed up and I got a totally ugly color and charged extra for the mistake. ($40.00) I decided to see if it grew on me instead of having it done again. It didn't grow. So 1 week later I went back in and was willing to pay the extra for a color change. I was told my nails had grown enough to have to do a whole new set. When I walked in I was told it would be $30 and got charged $40. The nails on my right hand were longer than the left. I had to wait almost 30 minutes before someone even got to me.
