Omg this place is awful. Went in to get a fill my normal place was packed. Ok decided to get a black matte on my acrylics. Went home next day took a shower and the black was chipping off. Went in and yes they fixed it for free. Next day same it started chipping again. I will stick to my VV nails even when its packed. Not worth this hassle and disappointment. Read Less

I've been going to this salon since college in 2007 and have never had a problem. I was immediately greeted as I walked in today, chose a color and was seated in a massage chair. I truly appreciate the tub liner for sanity purposes as well! The deluxe pedicure was worth every penny and the employee did a great job! I will be back! Read Less

I have never been more pleased with the service here at the nail spa I am very happy that I came here from all the places that I’ve gone in Greeley this is by far the best I have very high standards and they met all of them. Employees are super nice and always do what you ask above and beyond. My friend and I were very pleased this Friday and I will be coming back. Been here twice... once for a manicure and once for a pedicure with my mom. When I got my manicure I was pretty happy. I ended up having blisters around my fingernails for a week and a half because the technician was so rough and kept peeling my skin away. When I got the pedicure with my mom, they were barely paying attention to us and the lady doing my mom's pedi was super rough to the point that my mom was in pain. I've been going to this nail salon for over 6 years. Definitely the best I've been to in Northern Colorado! I tried out about ten to fifteen different salons before I got to this one and now I don't care how far I have to travel, I only go here. Went to have a pedicure with my daughter and I paid full price for both of us. I was sitting beside another woman who got a way better service than me. She didn't do half of what she should have and they talk in a different language the entire time. Won't be going back there. They just want in and out as quickly as possible. Read Less

Overall, it was a good experience. The lady was very sweet. She was quiet but that's okay it gave me time to relax and enjoy. Massage was quick, paint job was good. Got a deluxe pedicure....worse half asses massage ever. Deluxe meant a hot towel for 5 sec. Had polish all over my toes when I left (in the skin). The manicure was ok, polish was better but massage was crap. Didn't speak to me....left feeling scrappy and paid $66 and could have done all it my self at home. Us lady's go to enjoy, relax, and have services done to look better then we can do at home. They want you in and out as fast as possible. Also so owner (well the gentleman looked like the owner) go grab all of the metal tools that was just used in me run them under water quickly dry them off and put back onto a sleeve that is suppose to be a sterile or brand new. I have been coming here for some time now. Growing out my natural nails and doing little as possible to them so they will Grow and STAY THE SAME LENGTH. So why the hell, when I go back to get a COLOR CHANGE (nail Polish removed and painted a new) Did she use the file tool UNDER THE NATURAL NAIL AND FILE IT COMPLETELY DOWN? Overpriced for what I got. I went in for a mani-pedi with just regular polish. I asked for the deluxe pedi (which is an extra $10!) and all that seemed different was hot towels they put on my legs. My heels are still rough and my feet still hurt from lack of massage. For the mani- my cousin was done in literally 5 mins, the filing was rushed and she needed another coat of polish,  I didn't get any kind of massage or lotion on my hands. She did spend time on my cuticles, filing, and polish; however i can do that myself. I was really looking forward to more of a massage with both the mani and pedi (Im 9 mo pregnant and badly need it as my hands and feet always hurt) I feel like I should have just done my own polish at home for free instead of paying $56 to stick my feet in a tub of luke-warm water and get pink polish put on. I am always dissatisfied here, although I think the ladies are nice. I have a nail fungus, which is embarrassing enough. I got a French pedicure, which normally when they see it they use the flesh tone polish to cover it, I have NEVER had to ask anyone before to do this before. I was not paying attention, (my fault) but when I asked about it later I was told they could add a silver band. They already made to tip look huge and unnatural already and now they want to add silver line just below it so it will hide more of the toe fungus. Then said I should have said something before. If this had been the first time it would've been one thing, but they were obviously talking about me bc the person working on me and then her co-worker would look at me, even the lady sitting next to me noticed. Nail technician took her time and did a good job this is why I feel so bad leaving this review but I asked for French tip acrylic with glitter. Their price list states french nails are $30, $35 if you get the colored tips so I was expecting a $35 bill max... Not so much! She charged me $50! When I asked why $50 instead of $30 she said something about the bed of my nail being too small... She tried to fix it by giving me a punch card and by telling me I'd pay less when I go back doe a refill. I even tipped her because she did a good job but I didn't like being ripped off like that so I'm not going back. I guess she figured during our small talk that I don't do my nails often (having them done for a wedding) and she thought it may be cool to charge me whatever she wanted. I was thinking about having a manicure done every once in a while just to relax but she just reminded me why I never do these things. So annoying! Read Less

HORRIBLE! I should have known right off the bat when the "nail tech" told me the color I picked was not good for me. I wanted a pedicure and manicure. I only wanted a basic pedicure and was told a deluxe pedicure was their only option. I asked to see a price sheet and they did not have a list of prices for the services they offered. So there is the first $36 dollars down the drain of my service. After my cold pedicure I was supposed to get a manicure she said it would cost extra for each addictive service (cleaning up the nails, ext.) I told her never mind just do the shellac. She cut all of my nails at an awkward angle and left them. She also had to redo my nails because she was not doing them how I had asked with the color because she did not like the color I had picked for myself! So there goes the next waisted $30 because I had to file my own nails once I got home and the shellac is already coming off and today is only day 4. Not only that her and her co-worker talked about me the whole time, I knew this because they would say something to me in English (clear as day) after they were done. Once I went to pay I was so disgusted with my service and she asked me how much her tip was going to be. I told her none this will be an even $66, I dont even want to pay for! Read Less

This place is great! My new favorite nail salon!! I called last minute and they were able to fit me in for a mani/pedi. Customer service was the best I've experienced at a nail place. Got gels and a pedicure, both French. I went here to get my acrylics removed from my nails. They removed all of them without soaking my nails first even after I asked them to and they knew it hurt. It hurt and I don't recommend going there to get your acrylics removed. Read Less

The worst pedicure ever. The technician never even looked at me except for asking me what kind of pedicure I wanted. My heals were just as rough when I left as when I came in and he didn't remove the cuticle around several toes. When he clipped my toenails, he cut the end of my big toe, and now, one day later, I have had to file my toe nails because the are already rough. Biggest waste of $25 and I won't be back. Read Less

This place is great!! I am extremely happy with the way my nails came out! It lasted about a month, and would still be damn near perfect if my nails hadn't grown. They spend lots of time and attention to my sad little feet, and i love the shape of the nail, usually i don't. So incredibly disappointed! I am so angry about how much I paid for the worst pedicure I have ever had! My toes look horrible and cost me $35 for a basic pedicure which I was not informed of until I came to the front to pay. Normally a basic pedicure costs $20 and $5 for white tip. This place charges you to take your polish off ($5) and ($5) for white tip and then charges $25 for a very basic in enjoyable, cold water pedicure!! I will never come back here. Read Less

Horrible customer service, nails were too thick and one was filed unevenly. Chipped a nail within 5 minutes of leaving the spa and one nail wasn't completely covered. Had a nice pedicure done here! She even made suggestions of what might look good. It turned out amazing. I decided to do the deluxe pedi for $10 more, it was worth it- exfoliation, mask, not to mention a nice 10-15min leg massage. Wonderful!Will return for sure. Read Less
