I went in with the intention of getting one thing and ended up with something so different. I absolutely love my nails! The techs were all friendly and mine held a steady conversation with me the entire time. One nail was a little messed up and without even asking him, he fixed it. Definitely recommend this place! I've been going to TJ Nails since they opened. Annie will always greet you when you walk in and she never forgets a name. Alan, Annie's husband, is great at doing my solar nails. Diane is very sweet, she is awesome at pedicures, waxing, and also does mini mani & mini pedi for my 5yr old granddaughter. The atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone makes you feel welcome. I have always been happy with my manis and pedis at TJ's. I have had so many good experiences there that I usually just take an appointment with anyone available because they are all good at what they do. The staff are friendly and they don't try to sell me more than what I booked or requested. I think their prices are reasonable and they are efficient with your time without rushing you. Planned a pedicure with my Sis based on the time their web site said they were open that day (11-4). Arrived to find the place closed!! Called the phone number on their front door and heard the generic automated message "Hello, please leave a message after the tone". Just got a pedicure at TJ's with Jimmy.  I have drifted around for a while to different places never really liking it so well that I wanted to become a regular customer.  This place is fabulous.  I've had chemo in the past and it comprised my nails, but he did such a great and patient job of shaping them.  I will be back regularly.  So busy yet so friendly and skilled! I was in town for the week and needed a manicure. I typically get Gel but I was on a time crunch so I did regular polish. First of all, my nail shapes were not consistent. They weren't even the same length and then he didn't even put a base coat. I asked if he was going to (because I had picked a dark blue color and I didn't want it to be on the base of my nails) and he said the color had a base coat in it. What????? Horrible experience. My new pedi place! I came here based on Yelp reviews and am very happy with the place. I just got the best pedicure I've ever had in Greeley. The staff isn't too busy chit-chatting with eachother to pay attention to what they're doing and most of the chit-chatting is with their customers. Th first time I went wasn't too bad. I returned a second time and it was a bad experience. The man that did my nails (Tony) was on something or he had severe OCD. He wouldn't sit still, kept moving away from the table, back and forth, and had a cold because he kept sniffling. I saw his drippy nose....gross. Then he would turn his head, hack a lung and go back to doing my nails. So unsanitary. He was rough and my nails were bumpy. They've grown out 1 week now and the cuticle area is so thick it keeps catching in my hair. Unacceptable and I will never go back. Read Less

Excellent service. They know what they're doing when it comes to solar nails. My nails always turn out looking natural without any bulky thickness to them. I have gone here in the past and had a great experience.  Went for gel manicure and got a new woman I'd never had before.  Will not go back.  She hurt trying to get polish off.  Filed several nails too short and unevenly.  Polish job was fair. $35 plus tip for a pretty bad experience.  I'm sure there are others there that do a good job but she ruined it for me.  Will be looking for other places to go Read Less

I've been coming here for quite some time and I love this place. However, my past few visits haven't been as enjoyable. My nails were uneven & thick and when I asked the man to at least even them out he told me not everyone was perfect and it was just the way I was looking at my nails. When I walked out of the business with a friend I was just about in tears because of how upset I was. She too thought they were uneven and very thick. The owner did fix them for me which I appreciate. I love this place but, if I continue to get the service I have been I will sadly have to look for somewhere else to go. Read Less

I've been in twice. They are literally across the street from my house, so it would be so convenient if this was my go-to place. However, after the 2nd time I visited I vowed never to return. You see, I was then 12 weeks pregnant and needed a pedicure and some pampering. They were really busy but got me in a chair within 15 minutes. There was a very nice older gentleman getting a pedicure two chairs down from me, but they should have turned him away. The worker doing his pedicure was having a hard time and he kept saying ouch. I looked over and saw a horrible skin infection on his big toe affecting the nail and the toe itself. The woman called over a man whom I believe is the manager, and the man actually said "You have a skin infection. You need antibiotics." At that point, the service should have been over as it is not sanitary or safe for them to continue working and letting him put his feet back in the bowl. I was so worried that I would get an infection that might harm my fetus, but they were finishing up on my feet so I left without the gel manicure I really wanted to compliment my pedicure. The quality of their work is great, but I question their safety practices. Most places will turn away clients if there is a visible infection or blistering of the skin, and this man had both. I watched the manager wash his hands with antibacterial soap TWICE, so I know he knew it was a big deal. They do clean in between clients, but they have an automatic valve shutoff for the foot bowl and there is no way they could properly sanitize behind the drain after this client. I will never return. This is by far my favorite nail salon in Greeley! I've tried the others and they do NOT compare to TJ's. The staff is always friendly and easy going. They give the best pedicures in town. This is a very good salon. The reason I've held back on the fifth star is because of a bad experience that I feel can be worked around. Sometimes nail salons have visiting technicians. I went in without an appointment and had a visitor do the fill on my nails. It was not a good job. When I went back, another visitor did the repair work, and he was not happy. It wasn't a good experience. However, because I feel that TJ Nails is the best in Greeley, I now make an appointment and make sure I'm with a regular technician. Read Less

Every time I leave from this salon from getting my nails done, I have wrinkle lines from smiling and laughing so much!  The owner and all of the workers are extremely friendly and helpful.  They love to joke around with the customers and make sure they have the best experience possible.  They remembered my name after the first time I went there.  It seems like they genuinely care about they're customers and how their nails look. The quality is nothing like you can find around this area, which I have been to six other spas before finding this place. I believe it is a little pricier than most nail places in Greeley, (about $40 for solar full set) but it is worth the quality and atmosphere.Walk in or make your appointment now! Read Less
