I went in for a shellac manicure and it was easily the worst manicure I've ever gotten. The tech didn't shape my nails well at all, they're so uneven. And I asked for a French tip and the line it just straight across my nail. No curve, nothing. It looks like a child did it. I'd be better off doing it myself. Do not come to this salon. My daughter and I went in for 2 simple pedicures and we left with not much more than painted toe nails. When I brought to their attention the ways in which our pedicures were not well done, (polish slipped on the skin around the nails, and pumicing only really done on center of bottom of feet) they didn’t even offer to correct their mistakes. Had an appointment Saturday morning for a full set of nails. I was supposed to be booked with their "top nail technician". My nails look terrible. The light wasn't coming on. I told the technician and she said yes it was. I was there for over an hour and my nails look terrible! For the amount of money I paid I expect them to at least look like I went to a salon. I will never return to this business. Additionally , my son got his brows waxed and they are incredibly uneven now. This is the worst nail salon ive ever been to. Read Less

Feet: Had a pleasant pedi with selina, she was nice and friendly and did a nice pedi.  Hands: I made an appt for a full set but Ivy did dip nails. I ended up with dried powder all over my fingers,  multiple nails broke within 2 days and when I came back in to 'fix' them I received no apology,  my nails were shortened,  burned by the electric file,  and left sharp and uneven.  I did make an appt for exactly what I wanted however received only part of it.  I was completely disappointed by the lack of customer service initially (as the nail techs had to double up and go back and forth between clients because they just kept taking people) and then when going back in for a job not well done.  I wasted money,  got partial results and now have to pay someone to really fix my nails. I went in today for the first time during a busy period. I noticed each technician getting people taken care of in a timely manner. Friendly, Quiet and positive environment. I chose the natural powder option and an truly satisified. I have never had a technician do as good of a job as Ivy did today. I found my new nail salon! Read Less

Natural Nails was great! I arrived very close to closing time and they still let me get my nails done! Place is nice, clean and everyone was friendly. Ivy did an amazing job on my nails plus the prices are very comparable! I will be going there again & would recumbent to my friends! Read Less

Went in for a pedi. Amazing massages for my legs and feet. Summer time so there were some flies buzzing around. My tech grabbed a swatter and got one of the little suckers! No wait, got in right away. Clean tools and used gloves. Gotta shout out to the amazing massages again! Read Less

While my great experiences with this nail salon began 11 years, my last visit was truly amazing!!!! I was in to get a pedicure, rebase and shellac, it all turned out great and I was in and out under an hour. As always the work was great but not the reason for a perfect review! While I was soaking to begin my pedicure, a man came in confined to an electric wheelchair with very limited movement and limited speech. I assumed the staff would do quick nail trim and send him on his way, but the kindness and attention displayed was amazing. Staff helped him get out of his wheelchair and onto a chair so he could soak his feet. When he asked about needing his finger nails done, they inspected and told him they were still short and next time would trim them (easily could have charged more). The staff all chatted and joked with him, he clearly enjoyed his time here. In a world where individuals with disabilities can be made to feel different, the staff did this all in an including and normal way.The individual doing his pedicure asked about his day, his plan for the evening and made sure he was comfortable. The two joked and had a genuine interaction, it was emotional to observe.  When his pedicure was complete, the staff helped him back into his chair. The individual who did his pedicure insisted she pack him another bottled water for his trip home. All staff helped him so graciously as he checked out and not in a business to make money way, but a compassionate human nature manner. Once he was done paying the staff held doors for him and even watched him to make sure he was able to depart the sidewalk safely on his way home.  As I left, one staff member remained outside observing him at a great distance with an obvious demeanor of compassion. Moving over the years I have not consistently gone here, but after the experience today they have unintentionally gained a loyal customer for life! Read Less

My wife had gel on her nails and wanted to have it professionally removed so as not to damage her nails. The gentleman who removed the gel scrape down too far and took off layers of her fingernails. She could have damaged her nails less by just picking the gel off. The point of coming here was to avoid damage to the nails by having them "professionally" removed. Apparently "professional" should not be associated with this place as they still charged even after damaging her nails. Very poor service. Read Less

Happy  Got a full set today, $40 with gel polish. I got Ivy as my tech, & she did an great job. All of my nails are the same shape and size, the polish was done perfectly, and she never scraped or cut me. She insisted on making them a lot longer than I'm used to, but I guess I can try to adapt. I can't believe anything less than a stellar review. The staff is super friendly, always makes you feel like you're their only customer and priority even when the salon is packed, their prices are great... I would come in weekly for pedis when I was pregnant just for the lovely hot towel with foot / leg massage and shiatsu massage chairs. My nails look great!!! Read Less

I LOVE this place! I moved to the area about six months ago and was very excited to find such a great pedicure close to home. Every time I go in, the employees are always so very nice and do an excellent job. The chairs are comfy and they have a lot of polishes/colors to choose from. My friend and I arrived for pedicures which were actually pretty great, we then opted to also get manicures. My particular technician was very upset that I didn't tell her I wanted a manicure prior to my pedicure. Naturally, i wanted the same nail polish color that was on my toes but for whatever reason she was very adamant about convincing me to get a polish color I specifically did not want. Apparently that upset her even more so she proceeded to soak my fingers in cold water for 5 seconds at most, "pretended" to push my cuticles back and then she starts hacking off my cuticles with a vengeance. When she got to my tenth and last finger, my thumb, she was so busy looking at the tv that she cut a chunk of my cuticle off. There was a tremendous amount of bleeding, she then decided to douse my thumb in nail glue in an attempt to close my gaping wound to no avail. 25 minutes later the bleeding finally stopped and she was "kind" enough to give me a $5 discount. There was absolutely no hand or arm massage and the polish on all the other fingers was awful. My friend's manicure was no better, her polish chipped off that same evening! I went there for a pedicure and a full set (acrylic french tip). The pedicure was OK but the acrylic french tips were HORRIBLE (I had to actually go to another nail salon to have them fixed), plus everyone spoke very little english so trying to talk to them was very frustrating.
