Stopped by right at closing time. Instead of sending me on my way or acting like I was an inconvenience,  the owner welcomed me in and gave me a wonderful pedicure. He didn't even give me a shortened service because he wanted to go home. I think I have found my new go to pedicure place! Read Less

Do not go here! I have been getting my nails done for years and after 2 days these already started lifting. When I went in to get them fixed the guy said it was because of my cuticles. I have NEVER had this issue before. I guess when you go up to a nail salon and it is empty you should probably walk away. The nails are thick and not even. Don't go here or you will regret it!!! Ok ladies, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY ARE NOT GOOD AND YOU MAY GET INFECTIONS I went into this place and i got a full set and After we were done i had inconsistent designs and my nails were covered in bubbles. I let it go because i had been there for 2 hours already and i was the only one in there the whole time. 6 days later (today) i went back because my nail broke on cream cheese and i was so upset i paid 65 for my nails. It turns out none of my tips were glued on right so there was nasty gunk getting beetween my nail and the artificial nail. The man refused to take responsibility and said my nails were the problem and thats how everbody is. I was stunned because ive had over a hundred sets and never had an issue with my nail. I went to another salon and the tech was telling me that i can get an infection from the space between my real and fake nail. They took them off immediatley and my nail was soggy from all the moisture. I cried cause it was so disgusting. I have never had a full set that made me cry before. No stars!!!!!!! Terrible customer service!!! We tried getting our nails done by a professional, the lady couldn't fix my daughters nails, she got so upset she started drilling her nails so bad my daughter got up from the chair. I kept asking the manager to please fix my daughters nails and he refused, then I told him that I wouldn't  pay for hers because they weren't fixed, looked terrible and weren't finished. He then locked us in, screamed at us, came at us with clippers trying to pry her nails off. He almost physically attacked us, but good thing I didn't let him anywhere near my daughter. I paid for both sets, and told him to open the door immediately!!! Called the police and they did nothing. they said that they couldn't do anything about the way he conducts his business so I guess he needed to physically assault my daughter in order to have something done. Don't ever go there!!!! Plus they don't sanitize nor use new files on customers. absolutely discussing behavior by both employees in there. Read Less

I WILL NEVER go to this place again!! I guess its probably a bad thing when a nail salon is empty on a Saturday afternoon, but I needed my nails done really badly, and I couldn't get in at my regular nail salon. I received a full set of gel nails, and they still use the polishing cream at the end, which does not work well at all! Within 2 days, the nails were already coming off of my natural nail! Unbelievable!! Go to TJ Nails and Spa...they are excellent!! Don't waste your money at this place!!!! Read Less
