👎🏼I was happy to see their was pretty colors..until I had the service with Jenny..she was not paying attention with filing my nails and left them suuuper crooked. Had to tell her to give them a better shape and ended up with very short nails. She does not care about the health of your nails and has no patience on waiting for gel to be removed and starts peeling it off bringing the first layer off your nails. If you make an appointment, be prepared to wait over 40 minutes after the scheduled time. My mom made an appointment for both of us to get our nails done a week in advance. Seems like they didn’t schedule enough technicians. I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and counting since I’m writing this as I’m still waiting. The first time I went to happy feet and nails, I had an awesome experience. The woman did a fabulous job. Sadly, when I went in today, she wasn't there. I ended up with a guy with tattoos. First thing he asks, is if I can afford the $45 to get a full set. I should have walked out then. But I stayed, needless to say, he did a horrible job. It wasn't the worst I've ever experienced, but I won't be going back. They are always busy and don't have time for you. I got a pedicure and paid eta for callous removal. It's almost Where's the when I came in because they tried scrubbing it off so now it's just really rough and scratchy. I had 2 different women working on me and then they're both just disappeared and I sat there for over 30 minutes before deciding to get up and leave. If I'm gonna spend a whole bunch of money to treat myself and get my nails done and dead skin removed I want them to finish the job and do it correctly. I've been seeing Kay for 2 years. I always call for an appointment ahead of time (she's a popular gal- for good reason!) she's extremely meticulous when shaping my nails which I appreciate. I'm always pleased when I leave. Sometimes (rarely)  they get a little too busy and I have to wait regardless of having an appointment but I'd rather wait than see anyone else. Not that great any more lately their services have been very bad!!!! They're always in a hurry!!! And lose focus on their customers and you can always tell when you're talking about do you!!! Don't need to know the language to know that they are saying something about you!!! Their body language speak very loud!!!! I really would not recommend this place. I walked in and was waiting twenty minutes then 3 other women walked in within another 40 minutes while I was waiting, none of which had appointments and were served before me. So I had already waited for an hour. Then finally I sat down and the technician who did my nails refused to do what I wanted because I wanted the cheaper option. So I just agreed to what she said she'd do because it was a Saturday morning and I knew every other place would be busy. Then as she was doing them she did not push down my cuticle and did not put acrylic on the sides and I told her to fix it and she said she would then did not. A few months ago, I would have given this place 5 stars.  My daughter and I have been going in pretty consistently for the past year. The last few months, the service has really gone downhill. There are a ton of new people, if you make an appointment be prepared to still sit and wait (sometimes for 1/2 hour) and get ready to have nails/pedicures that don't last. The last two full sets that I have had have broken or come off prior to having them rebased.  My daughter gets shellac manis and the polish never lasts for more than a week. We took a friend in last night for a birthday pedi and had yet another bad experience. The guy that worked on my daughter cut her cuticle so bad that she bled the entire time that we were there. My tech didn't even put a top coat on my nails and sat talking to the other gal in Vietnamese the entire time. It was so obnoxious that my friend asked her if they were talking and laughing about us!!  $75 later with crappy pedis, we have reached the end of our rope. We will find another place to go because we are tired of wasting money! Read Less

I am so bummed I've heard so many great things but sadly not anything like I heard. I like my nails okay but they obviously don't know the prices. They told me $35 then after taking off my set that didn't need to be replaced, they were to lazy to take off my powder color, they told me $50. At that point I was stuck sense everyone else in town was getting ready to close. Then the lady rushed and actually timed herself. Made me bleed twice, my nails are uneven, and the underneath looks so bad cuz she didn't smooth them out. I really wish I had a better experience like I've heard about. Read Less

Rushed in and out - didn't do a bad job but not a good job. More like a polish change than a manicure. I would have rather waited longer then feel like the person doing my nails is rushing through to get to the next person in line. Main Street Nails does a better job IMO and takes their time. I had a very positive and relaxing experience today at Happy Feet. My 83 year old Mom and I had mani-pedi's and the service provided by Rachel and her husband was superior and excellent. Rachel was so gentle with my Mom. We enjoyed every second. Extremely reasonably priced and no waiting. Will be a regular customer and will definitely recommend to everyone!!! Read Less

I love this place but if you go after 4pm or on the weekends make sure you don't call ahead of time or walk-in! You need an appointment with a person. Don't complain if you didn't make an appointment this salon is extremely busy! I have been to quite a few salons in Northern Colorado (I'm from Littleton) and this is by far the best. I went in at 6pm for a pedicure and shellac nails and I made sure to ask if I had enough time and they said yes but then at 6:15 they started turning off all the music, TVs, and display lights even the open button when the sign says they are open till 7pm! So it was a very awkward and silent hour. Then I felt like my procedures were rushed through. My shellac doesn't even cover my full nail it cuts the corners. I've gone here before and really liked them but this time was super disappointing. I'm still a paying customer who deserves good service even if you close in an hour. WOW!! Id just like to say- I'm pretty reasonable. I understand it's a Saturday, but I CALLED ahead of time, to make sure they could take me. When you only have FIVE people working on a Saturday, that in itself is a problem. So, Almost TWO hours later, & $35 later.. I'm disgusted. I called ahead to see if they could fit me in for a full set, and a pedicure. They said yes if I could be there in 15 minutes- I was there a few minutes earlier. I was told to "wait a few minutes". No problem! So I sat. And I sat. And I SAT. A half hour goes by, and finally, they have me sit in a chair. The girl was very sweet, but very shaky. I asked her if she was alright, genuinely concerned, and she said her hands were just very tired. No biggie- I understand being tired. Beeeelieve me! Lol. So we started talking, & she convinced me to do shellac, saying she had the same colors I picked out originally, in that polish- I've never done shellac, so I figured- why not. She then couldn't find the colors, so I bent down to help her, I could see the colors I wanted. A man shooed her away, and took over. I just wanted some sparkles over the colors, and the man said I couldn't do that, I'd have to use the shellac sparkles.Which would've been no big deal- if he hadn't been so.. SNIDE with me!  I left it alone, and opted out of the sparkles and the shellac, just doing a regular nail polish. He seemed very unpleased with my decision. He hastily applied 2 coats of polish, without having my dry my nails, and put me in a pedicure chair, Never having me dry my nails. Not lotioning my hands, or cutting my cuticles. Not cool.. I sat in that pedicure chair, for 45-50 minutes before finally walking out. NOT worth $35, I will not be back, and I certainly won't be bringing my sales team into here. Read Less
