Not even worthy of 1 star. Horrible service. Filthy. Unsanitary condition. Do not go there. I explained over the phone what I exactly needed. They told me to come in, then I find out they do not even offer what I inquired about. I made an appointment but made us wait. After the lady told me about service not being offered, I told the technician I would leave. She just said "this is all we do". Horrible! Totally unprofessional. They still insisted that I pay $20, which they told me is for standard pedicure. Pedicure that they did not do!! I responded with respectful tone, expressing that I did not receive full service therefore I should not have to pay $20. They insisted!!! Horrible service, horrible place, completely unprofessional, I do not recommend this place. My friend who went to beauty school even noticed that the solution they were using was not even proper one. ( I am not familiar with cleaning supply, but just noting the comments she made). The lady who started to work on me could not understand English well enough, so that was also very frustrating. I've always had good service here . I always request Ben . He's the only man there doing nails . The women do very thick and pinkish color to the nails , which I don't like. Ben does an excellent job  with French tips . They look natural . The atmosphere is pretty much a sweat shop . In and out . Not very relaxing . But prices reasonable and you can go on out and do your grocery shopping in the same trip. Read Less

I had gel polish removed and reapplied. The tech used a Dremel to remove it and file my nails. My nails ended up real short and different lengths. Not to mention, they were very rough. The polish job looked like a 5-year-old did it. I asked that the tips be painted, only. She suggested a silver line and it was all over the place. Worst nail salon I've ever seen! Dirty, dirty, dirty! I had a gel nail color done. Sloppy! Paint all over, including my fingers. Very clumpy looking and the silver line is soooo crooked. Took my old gel off with the dremel and I could feel it burning, several times. Filed my nails with it, too. They're uneven and rough. I'm going to a reputable place tomorrow to have them fix this mess. I will never go back! Read Less

I came in to get a fill. She (don't know the names) made my nails twice as thick. So thick that it was almost impossible to use my hands. I asked to have them filed down and a different women did it. They were still WAY too thick. I ended up going somewhere else to have them removed and completely redone because how bad they messed them up. Never returning. Read Less

This nail salon is located inside the Wal-Mart on 85-87.  The woman that did my french tips was very rude and got mad when I asked if she could cut the acrylic nail shorter.  She spoke very little English and could not understand what I was saying half the time.  At a closer glance, one of my nails was put on crookedly.  I will not be returning. Had acrylic nails done, and I could have done it better myself. My hands were embarrassing. I should have said something while I was there, but my manicurist did not speak English and the lead spoke only a little English. Is it politically incorrect to say that I was in need of someone who spoke English? Anyway, I came home and totally reshaped my nails. At that rate, why bother? Read Less
