Prices are high they can't do your nails without burning you the nails start to lift 2-3 days after you get them done they are super thick and in natural looking I can go on and on I will never go there again. Read Less

Literally THE WORST full set I have ever gotten. The woman who did my nails asked me how I wanted them, length and shape wise, and then completely disregarded what I said. I asked for meadium length coffin shaped nails and she gave me SUPER short square nails. She didn’t take her time and I left with acrylic all over my hands. My nails are super bulky and she put in no effort to change it after I asked her to while filing them. Their prices are absolutely outrageous for the crappy work that they do. I was charged $65 for a full set because they charge you $20 on top of the usual price just for getting shellac. A full set would usually be $38-45 anywhere else and they actually care about the work that they are doing. Very dissatisfied with my entire experience and will never go back. Read Less

Won’t be back to this place ever again. I was the first customer to arrive and I was seated right away but the nail technician started my nails, then kept leaving and helping other technicians work on their clients. After he returned he was working so fast that he cut skin and caused two of my fingers to bleed. To top it off, I finally got the manicure done and then had to sit and wait for the polish while he worked on someone else’s toes. I understand it gets busy, but perhaps work on one customer at a time and SLOW down so you don’t make anyone bleed! Read Less

Love this place!! I've been coming here for ( not exaggerating ) 9 years! I get exactly what I want and if there is ever an issue it is fixed immediately ( does not happen often ). They take care of my young daughter every time she's with me and treat her like family! The negative comments break my heart because I think everything has the capability to be fixed no matter the situation and I just don't see any staff at Mystic acting like some ppl have portrayed.Regardless, this is my number one salon and I'll always recommend them and rate 5+ stars xox! Worst experience of my life today... A friend and I took my soon to 13 yo daughter out for a girls day out getting our nails done. We showed them what we wanted and both my friend and daughter got what they asked for. I showed a picture of what I wanted and was told it could be done which I knew it could anyways bc I have had it done there several times in the past.the guy did everything he wanted and totally disregarded what I said or wanted. It was the most horrible experi...ence ever not only for myself but my daughter. The guy whom did my nails and another guy literally chased us out into the parking lot threatening to beat my , my daughter and friends ass. . Awful experience! The place was filthy and the lady that did my nails didn't say one word and didn't do what I asked plus did the sloppiest job. My nails looked worse than when I walked in. I told her I was not happy and she still charged me full price and got really rude. I asked if she could redo them and after I pay 40.00 for nails that looked like a toddler did them she says for 35.00. I went to this salon when they first opened and even got my nails done by them back when they worked at walmart they used to do a terrific job. Today I came in after many years to get my acrylics taken off with a manicure and gel polish. My acrylics were ripped off rather than soaked off, ripping one of my nails. My nails looks horrible. They are bumpy and filed uneven. The gel color I picked came out very patchy. My 10 year old daughter could have done a better job. I'm very disappointed and ashamed of my nails. Read Less

if they mess you're nails up they won't even did them. Look if you do a crap job you should at least try to fix it. I'm not trying to get it free just make it look right. I took pictures and will post them. They said it was my fault because of what I asked for.. don't you think that is something you should tell your clients as a professional recommendation ahead of time? Although the service that I asked for I get it done by my other Salon which is Signature Salon on Academy and chelton who do an amazing job and they've never had an issue with it. learn customer service. I have been going to this salon for over 5 years and they are the best in town. My husband also goes for pedicures. I tried many other shops before coming here and they are the best. Their products are outstanding and they don't cut corners by buying cheap products as other salons have done. They have always been courteous, professional and friendly and I would recommend them over most, if not all, of the salons in town. Read Less

I always get right in never had a nail break or fall off. Very happy with their services. Never had a bad experience and have gone regularly for over a year. Very friendly staff and helpful when you're stuck in a chair with a little one needing assistance reaching the sink. Love them!!!! Read Less
