Employees do not acknowledge when customers come in. Waited 20 minutes on a busted futon (yes that's what they have for clients to wait on. Maybe people wait so long they end up falling asleep). Left after 20 minutes of no one saying anything, no hello, no we will be with you soon, no please pick a color, nope, nada. Living in fountain it's hard to find a decent nail salon without having to drive all the way to Colorado springs. So after deciding to finally try this place, im happy i did. I love that they offer a lot but the reason why i take one start off is for one the first time i went i got a pedi and full set with an underarm wax i wanted the ombre for my nails and the lady mid way through said it was too late and i couldn't i wish she would have explained why so i just got gel color. Second time i went i told them right away that i want ombre so he was able to do it, guess it has to do with the fact that ombre is a powder with acrylic not gel color so im totally happy with how it came out. Second reason is the two times i have gone ive been in the salon a minimum of 3 hours. I mean i get that i get a pedi, full set, and wax but i think they just don't have a good rhythm for getting all of those services done. I will definitely be coming back since they are so close by. I was so sad/mad about how shitty of a job he was doing I started to cry!! My 30th birthday gift to myself was a complete waste!!! Seriously save your money cuz you WILL REGRET going here!! Made me put black over blue and looks so stupid!! Rude as hell and did by far the worst job I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done over 15 years!!!! Friends traveling through the area wanted to get glamoured up while waiting to connect with family. I gave their daughter some money for their trip. All to find out, this stop would impact her, possibly for life. The employees were uneducated, lacking in standard cleanliness and personal hygiene. The odor was so rank it made their daughter almost vomit . Then to be told to not move and stop exaggerating. As the employees yelled to each other in their native language. Not eve...n trying to down play the fact they were talking about us. These employees didn't realize my friends were able to interpret what was being said. PSA: Never even glancr at this place!! I took my lovely wife out of town for a vacation. I decided to treat her to the nail salon while I went for a jog in the morning. Not even 20 minutes later, my wife calls me in some serious emotional stress. They had filed her cuticle completely away (I didn't even know that was a thing?!?!) and all the way down to bleeding. Apparently there's some nail filing machine. When my wife jumped up in agony the lady said, "some people bleed. It... happens all the time." and treated my wife like she was making something out of nothing. I don't get my nails done. But I've never once in my life heard of someone losing a cuticle and bleeding out at a salon either! ASK FOR HANNAH TO DO YOU PEDICURE. Hannah did a wonderful job. She gave my pedicure extra attention and made sure that everything was cleaned from my toes to the bottom of my feet. I am a cosmetologist, so I know what should and should not be done with nails. I had an 11:00 appt. I didn't get seen until 11:25. I had to have my overlay soaked off while she worked between me and another lady. Then when it was time for my manicure her daughter who looked 15 years old did my manicure and attempted to apply the gel polish. After her three coats the mom came to fix it with two more. I was there from 11-1:30! For a manicure! That looks like my son tried to polish my nails (with 5 coats of polish).She offered for me to sail them off, but after 2.5 hours I think it's safe to say I didn't have any more time to spare! I've been there twice, once to do my nails and once to wax my legs. Both times the service was terrible. They rushed through the entire process with my nails and I came out of there with the same quality nail as if i did them by myself at home. When I went to get my legs waxed, once again, she rushed through it. She didn't even finish with me, my legs still had hair all over and then she told me I was done. I'd be lying if I didn't say I'm high maintenance when it comes to my nails. I deal with human interaction and communication daily at work. When I moved back to the springs in 2014 I went to 6!!! Yes 6 different nail salons and was not happy. I found this gem because well, I grew up in the field and I love giving back to local family owned. It gets hectic at times here but they still maintain and do very well. I have full set gel acrylic and love them. So point on and I feel comfortable. I'd recommend this place to any and everyone !!! The worst nail experience I've ever had. Normally I am seen my an older woman who's great, but today I was serviced by an old man, who managed to hurt me 5 times within matter of minutes, he was so rough with the drill, drew blood, while fumbling with his phone/taking personal calls. He also cut my nails short when I specified that I wanted to keep them long, didn't ask me what shape I wanted, and did the most crooked shape possible. Horrible!!!! I took my step mom there while she an my dad where on vacation here visiting I have never been but it was right up the street and boy was it over priced we both got pedicures mine was 10 min long maybe the older lady I had didn't pay very much attention my nails polish had bubbles in it , and I got gel on my finger nails(French) the gel didn't even cover my finger nails an the white was noticeably lopsided it was a horrible experience and being charged an arm & leg for 2 pedicures an one gel I can't believe it .... I would not recommend going there , I went back in after I left Bc I noticed my toe nails polish was bubbly N they lady just put another coat on an it still looked bad an acted like it was my falt...??
