The 1st time I went it was amazing very clean and the staff was nice. Today I went and will never go back one person working I signed in had one person in front of me the lady I am guessing who is the owner told me it would be maybe 20 min wait. As I waited 45 min she then walked up to me as said she needed me to come back another time cause she was to busy as I was leaving she took the lady who walked in way after I did and told her she was ready for her. The only thing that was nice, was when they were filing the nails, their very gentle but other than that it was a horrid. They didn't listen to what I said multiple times. I wanted a full set with black color on the tips. I have very uneven full set, and full color. I won't be going back, the worst 45$ I have ever spent. I don't recommend. Read Less

Very dirty place. I waited for 15 min and wasn't even acknowledged or told how long the wait was. I used to go here all the time and I think there's new owners. It was never that way before. I have gone to elite nails in fort Lupton since it open but the last few times left me questioning my own decision to shop local! Yesterday's service or lack there of has brought me to decide that I will go out of town for my next set of nails! I understand wanting to speak in your own language but when you are taking care of a customer it would be respectful to speak so that everyone can understand what's being said. A full hour of not being included in a conversation held by other employees is RUDE! Then to be passed off to another person to have the nail color put on with out being told again RUDE! And for the person who took over my nails to never speak simply point at my hands Rude! The older woman who waxed my brows Rude and ROUGH! The nails are Thick! As well as having been glued to the skin which had he buffed underneath he may have realized but he was in a hurry to treat the next customer Rudely! My brows still need to be fixed. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there and have already begin to do so and by doing it have learned of two places in Brighton that I will check out next time.
