This salon is now under new management and is fantastic. Super friendly staff, incredibly clean, and very high quality products. I was most pleasantly surprised when my technician opened up a brand new tool kit before my pedicure.... Everything was wrapped and brand new. Tom did my nails for the first time and they looked beautiful! He claimed his nail art was not great, however I was highly impressed with the hand painted art. Comparable in price to anywhere I have been in both Ft Collins and Loveland. This place by far is the best! The Salon under the new management is awesome. I was so impressed with it when I walked in for the first time. I have only been to a few salons in the area, but Venus Nails is far and above the others I've been to, due to their staff, cleanliness, attitude and quality of the work. I "followed" Aiden from the salon he previously was at. which, was 1 mile from my home, and now I drive 15 miles just to have him do my nails. he is that good. But I've also had Elli and Tommy for pedicures and have not been disappointed. Venus Nails is wonderful! The whole team is excellent at what they do! They new owners have remodeled and it looks amazing!! I am a retired R.N. and Kim has been doing my pedicures for 18 years. She is the best as I have toenails that need special cuts. Not sure what I'll ever do without her. Ben and she are very professional and the spa is spotless. Foot baths are sanitized after ever use. Love these two! Read Less

I like the quality of their service, but last time my family & I went, I got multiple cuts on my foot from the nail tech. She didn't understand when I told her that she was the one that gave them to me from scrubbing too hard. Now I have a scar on the side of my foot. I liked the people but will not be back. Read Less

HORRIBLE experience. No one spoke even a lick of English here. How do you expect to communicate with your customers??? Both my mani and pedi were terrible. As I sit here and type this, my feet and hands are both dry as bones. The lady insisted I get my mani while I was getting my pedi, which is fine but the lighting was so poor, how can you see what you're doing??? They were both highly lacking in their technical skills as well. Terrible massage, everything was done half-ass. Which makes me think neither of the people were even licensed, which is ILLEGAL. Explains their lack of skills and concern for the service they are performing. There wasn't a real nail drier so I just sat there, no attempt to apply a fast dry or place me under a fan. (which they also don't have). My heels are still cracked, super shitty polish job on both. I will never go back to this salon. Don't waste your money or time here. Read Less

Okay I was just charged $30 for the WORST shellac manicure. The gal doing my nails literally cut everyone of nails bed too narrow and too short and was bleeding. When I pulled my hand out to tell her she was hurting me, she just put something called, "kds styptic liquid" on every nail bed. My nails are literally in so much pain. DO NOT GO HERE. Read Less
