Some of the nail techs are quite good. Not all are equal in their abilities. Good customer service. My biggest objection is that they apply fake nails right next to the customers who are just receiving manicures. The manicurist has on a mask to protect themselves while the customers are exposed to the toxic, nauseating fumes. At the very least they should move the gel nails to another part of the salon. Love this nail spa, the only place i will go to in fort collins! My mom and I have been going here for years, the owners are always so nice and accommodating! I have never had a bad manicure here, and even though I live in Arizona, I always make an effort to visit when i'm back in town. Read Less

I have gone here about 9 times for acrylic fill, and they have done my nails exactly how I describe or exactly how the picture I show them looks! There is a man that does mine, amazing. I would recommend this spa to ANYONE. Read Less

Went here today for probably the third time. They are generally very nice and professional; the place is clean and nice. However, i went in for french acrylics which i told the woman who checked me in. They didn't understand what i wanted and started putting on shalak. Not correct. I asked her to clarify what she was going to do and she had completed misunderstood me. Another gentleman that worked there took me to another seat and took off the shalak, though he was over zealous with the dremel tool and ended up nicking half of my cuticles causing them to be red and puffy now. The process then took over an hour and after it had settled there were several bumps on the nails that i pointed out. Overall it was a very frusturating experience. The nails look nice from a distance however my fingers and underneath the nail looks like it has dried glue all over and the sides of the nail look dry and shredded. Do recommend going here for anything other than this kind of manicure!!! Read Less

The worst nail salon I've ever been to when the woman was doing my nails she left me sitting at her table for 10 to 15 min while she was in the back then she was on her phone the whole I would never ever reccomend thus nail salon not mention two days after getting them done two of my nails fell off and they all turned yellow Read Less

I had a great experience here from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and we were seen right away. We were offered waters and magazines. The water was a perfect temperature and the massage chairs were very nice and clean. The woman who gave me my pedicure was super accommodating and friendly. She did a wonderful job massaging, painting and even offered to do a design. I had an extremely pleasurable experience. Read Less

Absolutely terrible. Filed my nails down to nothing, and they still were misshaped.  Within an hour of getting my shellac, my thumb has entirely chipped off. While cutting my cuticle she managed to sincerely hurt me and now i have scabs around each of my nail beds. Other staff decided it was appropriate to yell at each other while i was there - not a pleasant environment. When i called to ask for a refund because I work the rest of today, and I am leaving tomorrow for 2 weeks before they open, all she would say was "you come in and we fix." I cannot come in!!!! This place is hit or miss...  I've had great mani's and pedi's (Thanks Paul) and not so great mani's and pedi's.  My last visit was my last.  The lady who did both my pedi and mani (possibly a manager who sits up front and directs clients) couldn't shape a nail to save her life... and she, "accidentally" cut all my nails off!  Also, my nail buddy and I are super tired of the employees sly glances, knowing grins, and whispering in Vietnamese.
