Not worth the money. As a Mother's day gift I got the Timberline pedicure. From start to finish it took 35 minutes. There was no deep tissue massage as advertised, only a single exfoliation instead of two as advertised, there was no work done on my callouses, the clay mask was a joke. The water was very cold at first, thankfully they added some warm water at a later time. Very upset that someone gave this to me as a gift and it was not worth it at all. My old nail salon in WA gave a better pedicure than this for $20. Read Less

My daughter and I were walk-ins and the ladies were very attentive right away. We both received pedicures and the professionalism and attention to detail by both of the technicians was amazing! Further, we were made comfortable, and when we sought to include the technicians in our conversation they did so with fun, quick wit without compromising the quality of services. Officially one of the worst pedicures I have ever got. I really wanted to like that salon. They played great music. They were 20 min late for my appointment. My person burned me with the hot towel. Didn’t massage/exfoliate my feet as described in the menu. Then proceeded to take trash out in the middle of my pedicure. Oh and tried to resume it with the gloves he was wearing to take out trash. He just didn’t seem to want to do his job. He dropped towels on the floor several times. Was pushy with questions. I like to keep my personal like quiet. I also don’t like being ask if I have a boyfriend. It felt as if he was just going through the motions. In the service industry you can’t do that. I enjoy getting my nails done here. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. The staff are very helpful and friendly and I'm always getting a coupon for my services, something that I never experienced at my old nail salon, unless you're a CSU student. Very reasonable prices also. Read Less

I come here fairly often with my 5 year old daughter. Everyone is amazing, they always treat my daughter so well, helping her pick colors and designs, and are so patient. I get gel nails and they're always exactly how I like them. There are a million nail salons in this town, I've tried a lot of them. No place does a better job, or has customer service this good. I've been going here a few years and have always been happy with their nails services (mani and pedi). The ladies (and gentleman that sometimes helps them out with nails) are always friendly and the quality of their service has been great. I'll never come here again. Asked for ombre pedicure and manicure, showed pictures of what I wanted. Rather than telling me it wasn't something he could do, he attempted it on my toes and it was nothing like I asked for. So for my manicure, I asked to just paint my ring finger tip and do a design. When asked what design I wanted, I said anything but flowers and he gave me a flower on both hands. He also scratched my hand when giving me a 'massage' and said nothing about it. When I first came in I said right away I didn't want gel nail polish because of the price, and he did gel on both my toes and nails. Thought I'd finally found a nail salon in Fort Collins but the search continues. I was so excited to show my mother in law a good nail time but that was certainly not the case. We came in just before 6 for a pedicure and and an SS manicure (they close at 7). One of the first things said to us was "you need to give us more time next time". Being in the business of hospitality myself I would never say that to a guest, but OK, understandable. What was incredibly rude was him turning off the TV I was very obviously watching. We already felt very unwelcome in the first place. My nail technician was fine minus the cut heels from the cheese grater and not using the spacers for my toes. I made an appointment 4 days before going in just in case. Went in for a shellac mani and regular pedi. Pedi did by a Vietnamese guy, very sloppy job. He was looking around all the time and massages feels like rubbing. Did a bad job shaping my toe nails. Even painting on the colour is bad. I had to tell him to do 3 layer cause is so uneven. Then when I went home, I saw some unevenness on my toe nails cause the oil from lotion is not removed properly.  Bad bad.Mani was done abit better. But did not like when she file my nails with the machine. Cause she is lazy n needed to rush on with other client. But colour is nice. Just feels like she rushed me out. I did not get a hand massage too. Not even culticle oil. Never seen a salon like that. Why would she rushed me out cause I made appointment and the walk ins did not?. Not very satisfying. Read Less

Very good service :) went with a friend for a girls day. I wanted to match my nails to my dress for my boyfriends graduation & the nail technician took the time to create flowers on my nails that I looked up online. She was so great. The technicians were very friendly and conversed with me and my friend rather than sitting awkward and quietly. I went here with my friend and we both got acrylics and we got horrible service. The woman I got was rude and I kept telling her and showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was completely off. She had a horrible sarcastic attitude. When I keep asking her to sharpen my nails in stiletto style she finally asked me if I ever sharpened my own nails and when I said yes she said "then you should know how hard it is to get nails this sharp." I found this completely disrespectful. My friend asked for matte and the guy who did her nails did one nail matte and the others shiny. Went in for a Mani-pedi. Pedi was fantastic, though a little rushed. Mani was AWFUL. Tech wouldn't listen. Kept trying to push shallac and ignored repeated requests for shape of my nail. Looked like my 5 year old neice painted my French manicure. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read Less

I've been going to this nail salon since I moved here 6 years ago (and before it was under the current owners), have tried others, and keep going back.  The staff is really nice and efficient, the prices are extremely reasonable, it's very clean, and you can walk in!  Weekend mid-afternoons are obviously busier, so call ahead if you need to get in and out.  Lots of color options for gel manicure and regular mani/pedi.  I won't go anywhere else in Fort Collins! I had lashes done by Lee 2 weeks ago and just had to have my lashes removed. She put the adhesive on my eyelid which caused a horrible irritation and swelling. She used clump lashes and quite a few of them have already fallen out. They were shorter than what I had asked for and I'm even on each side, they look terrible.
