I had the the worst experience here today. My daughter and I went in for sns hers came out just how they were supposed to after an hourish. Mine on the other hand was 2.5 hours at least short as my finger tip, chunked on after like 5 coats bleeding skin. Lifted on the end from my natural nail! 3 different ppl came to tell the lady something. The client next to me even said sorry as she came and went as I was still sitting there! If i could give them 0 stars i would! TERRIBLE SERVICE. she refused to thin out my nails to my liking and said it would be ugly and CONTINUED to refuse. I would love to say I had a wonderful visit. It’s convenient and right next to my work. Overall my visit was quite pleasant. BUT I woke up the next day with one of cuticles throbbing, it was quite painful and swollen. I went about my business until two weeks later when I went back to my normal salon. So here's the thing, my first experience wasn't stellar. , but the owner made it right... and that's the reason for my 5* review... I came in to get a SNS nail system manicure- if you haven't done it, you need to STAT!  It's a powdered polish. It doesn't have any smell at all, it has vitamins & calcium in it, so your nails are better from having it on. It's as strong as acrylic, and stays shiny like a gel... lasts like 4 weeks, how many manicures can say that? My first manicure wasn't cured properly, so I had issues, I called the shop- explained what happened and Cindy made me an appointment to get them fixed right away.  I am beyond happy with their service & the way they made it right. They charge an extra $15 for no chip polish on top of the basic $25 pedicure but don't tell you until its already done. My manicure was not neatly done and had polish covering my cuticles. They care more about your money than great service. Would not go back. Read Less

I was a walkin today and was very very happy with my visit!! I went to a place last week that did a horrible job on my nails and T Nails-Anna fixed me up!!!I got the natural nails.. something I hadn't heard of SLS I think it was..I will Never do anything else to my nails. These are beautiful and natural and French manicured!! I got better than expected and they didn't give me stuff I didn't want! They gave me gorgeous nails and while it took a while for the whole process it WAS WORTH IT!!! 40$ and WOW!! I am very very happy with my new gorgeous hands!!!! This is without a doubt my new place! I'm very happy and impressed. I walked into the salon a little weary. I have been going to a couple places around town and have not been impressed. My nails have chipped, cracked, broken easily, and looked sloppy. I found out I was being charged $15 MORE at the other salon!! I was shocked. I dropped my daughter off and her friends to get $25 acrylic nails. They ended up getting gel nails without knowing it, ended up costing them $40! We specifically told them at the beginning of the service that we only wanted acrylic. Don't leave your daughters to get their nails done by themselves or they will get taken advantage of and be charged for gel nails! Read Less

This is by far the best nail salon I've tried in FoCo, but their prices for a mani/pedi on natural nails is a little high without also providing a comparable foot and hand massage. They do massage but use zero pressure. The quality of the natural nail care, however, is perfect. The salon is nice, the pedi chairs perfect, and the staff personable. However, due to the higher pricing and the lackluster massage provided, I need to keep looking! Read Less

I have really tried to like this place - I have given them three chances and the last time sealed the deal - I will not go back!  I have done shellac, sms and a regular manicure/pedicure and have had a bad experience with all three.  I feel like they pressure the customer into getting services and there always seems to be people hovering.  The last time I went I was convinced to get the SMS and I admit -  I went for it and was happy for a couple of weeks.  But then I wanted to take it off - OMG  - what a hot mess.  The guy who took it off did not warn me at all - he sanded off the color and in the process took off layers of my nail!  My nails are destroyed!  They are brittle and I have to keep them painfully short.  For the first week after he took it off I had to keep bandaids on my fingertips and it was painful to do anything.  It was been over a month now and they are still sensitive and weak.  I can deal with smudges or an uncomfortable environment but this is crazy - I paid to for someone to destroy my nails and inflict pain!  Be wary of SMS!!! This place is an awesome bang for your buck! I got a full set with SNS as the nail polish. I love SNS! It lasts way longer then gel nail polish, better for your nails, and no U.V. light. It takes maybe a little longer but it's totally worth it. They put on a special base coat and then dip it into color powder and repeat that several times and then grind it down. My nails have never broken with SNS on. Customer service there is always great and they always offer you water. I go there probably every three and a half weeks just to redo my nails. My nails haven't started chipping it's just my nails have grown so much that it starts to look ridiculous. I highly recommend this place!! Read Less

FINALLY a decent place for nails in Fort Collins! Nice people, clean and pretty shop. They do the new natural nail powder which was interesting and I did end up liking it.  It was a bit too thick and I should have asked to thin it more but the job was done nicely!  Nothing "hurt" as far as filing or trimming up cuticles and that is a must!  I will be back for a pedicure as the mani was great.  Go check them out and the new "powder" technique.  Good pricing and again, they are very nice people there! Maybe I had a bad experience because I went in so close to closing, but that shouldn't matter. I went in because I had heard from a friend that they do good acrylics to find out that they don't do acrylics at all. Only gel. On top of that the other employees were hovering over me the whole time and I was very uncomfortable. The whole atmosphere of the salon was unsettling. I felt like they were all watching me the whole time and they were talking about me in another language without even trying to hide it. My nails turned out nice considering they aren't what I asked for. They look fine and will hold me over until I can go somewhere else in a few days. Read Less

Not a good experience. Went in a week before moms day and asked for a gift certificate that would cover a manicure and pedicure. They told me it would be $35, but when my mom and I went to go get mani pedis just this last week, my mom had to pay an extra $13. They were not gentle; it was one of the worst experiences of our lives. We feel battered and bruised after the experience we had. The nail polish was chipping within hours of getting the mani pedis. We both bled after this experience. It's been 3 days and my fingers are still hurting.They were speaking in an Asian language and it made us feel extremely awkward. The whole family was there including Grandpa sleeping in a chair. Just a very unprofessional experience overall. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who ended up finishing my manicure. Prices were reasonable.  I went in for a manicure and pedicure.  The women who did the pedicure and started the manicure wasn't overly friendly.  The thing that really bothered me was when I transferred to the manicure station I was barefoot.  I really would've liked to have my flip flops on or something. They could've put these on before adding my polish.  I was also asked to walk across the floor of the salon - still barefoot - to wash my hands. Uses MMA for acrylics and I was cut multiple times. Someone was sleeping in the pedicure chair when I was there. Not something a business should do!
