My boyfriend and I went here for a manicure and pedicures and the service was amazing! The nail specialists took their time and did my manicure/pedicure simultaneously. This is by far the best nail salon in Fort Collins. I have been to almost all, and Glossy is the best! The customer service is great, and the work is even better. I have gone to get my acrylic nails done by Tom and 3 weeks later they weren’t lifting. Most technicians will not cut acrylics short which is important to me since I work in health care, and they cut them as short as I ask and make it look so natural. This is the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done... and I’ve been to a TON!! I went into get a full set without an appointment and I didn’t have to wait. They were extremely upfront about prices and what would cost extra. They listened to exactly why I wanted and did an amazing job. I’ve never been so satisfied with a nail salon experience. The prices are very reasonable compared to other salons (I’ve been charged more than $70 for the exact same thing at different salons and I only paid $35 here) I will definitely be returning. Horrible place to get your nails done. I felt very unwelcome the entire time. After paying 60 dollars for acrylic and shellac within 24 hour 5 of my nails were chipped. The right pinky shellac was completely off. Mind you I don't use my pinky for anything. I went in to get it fixed and was not apologized to, only felt more uncomfortable because I came to get them fixed. The lady who did them the first time asked me what number my nail polish was and I said "I think 104". She comes back and I'm a snooty tone says "it was 107". Why should I have to memorize the number of the color you just put on? Maybe she should do the nails right the first time so they don't chip. A few days later one chipped again but I dealt with it because I didn't want to deal with her. So rude crappy service and super unprofessional. Worst nail salon ever!!!!!!!!! For starters let me just say I didn't like being rushed to my seat while trying to decide on a color. Especially when they have like 100 million colors. Secondly, I'm not very happy with the tech that did my nails or the poor job he did. He was in such a hurry and it shows.... I got my nails done November 7th by Vinny I've had a full nail lose its "rock star gel" color. Not even 3 days later. My nails are also popping off left and right... Came here for a pedicure while visiting for a football game and had a very nice experience. The primary reason this review is a five is because even though I have had hundreds of pedicures in my life, I have never seen or had a cooling gel used. It's this blue, slick menthalesque thing they use post sugar scrub that makes you all tingly and feels smooth and soft. Honestly, for 35$ bucks you get a bang for your buck. Sugar scrubs, grooming, hot towels, gel, lotions massage and polich. BAM! I'd for sure come back. Just know it looks s little sketchy on the outside but is totally fine and clean inside. Read Less

By far the best place I have ever gotten my nails done at. The staff is friendly and their work is great! I got a set of acrylics done in November of 2016 and did not have to have them taken off and replaced until March of 2017 (but I did get them consistently rebased). The nails lasted through anatomy labs, playing softball games, hiking and climbing, and work! I would highly recommend using glossy nails for all your nail needs! Read Less

Went in to get a full set and I called before hand to the price he said 35 then all said and done guy charges me 55 and I'm like no you said 35 over the phone , then he explains shared extra and he did not inform me of this extra cost while doing my nails. I've grown up in Fort Collins my entire life and have gone to pretty much EVERY nail salon in town. It's almost been a year since I first went to Glossy Nails for acrylic nails. Since last May, I haven't gone anywhere else. Linda and Peter specifically, are amazing!! The staff is very polite and friendly. I go in every two weeks, and every time I do they are usually pretty busy, but they do a GREAT job of doing nails and quickly. I love Glossy and will continue to come here till I move away! Read Less
