( i am not trying to bash this place, i just wish my experiences could have been better)I have gone here multiple times, the first two times i got my nails done I liked them but they broke really easily and broke off sooner then i expected but the last time I got my nails done a woman there made them VERY thick, and the very next day my gel nail polish started peeling and a week later the nail started breaking off and cracking but some of the nails were very painful coming off because parts of the acrylic were still on my own nails very well, now 8 of the nails are off and i only have my thumb nails left. I went to this place hearing great reviews I was shocked. I have gone to a lot of different places and this one was by far the most disappointed. the tech working with me was very rough on my nails and didnt take the time to ask if I liked them. in the end the nails looked really sloppy and oversized for my fingers. Zero if I could.They were rude, didn't communicate well and this place was so filthy I walked out. The front door and windows look to have never been washed and the inside was a tornado of nail dust, dirt and magazines strewn everywhere! If this is the face they show the world what aren't you seeing?  I like not having nail fungus!  Gross! Read Less

I discovered this place while shopping at Safeway. I've been going here for about a year and I have always gotten an excellent manicure and pedicure. The owners are friendly and I enjoy getting my nails done here. I live in Wellington and it is worth the drive into Fort Collins.. The prices are reasonable, too. Read Less

Visiting Ft. Collins for the first time and needed my nails done badly. Got both a manicure and pedicure. I have very sensitive feet and don't always enjoy pedicures. They were so gentle I did not "wince" once. Great experience! Read Less

If I could give a star -5 I would.  Bar none..the WORST mani/pedi I have ever experienced!  My daughter literally has nail polish all over the sides of her fingers and on the tips of them.  It looks like the polish was applied with a paint roller.  I should have known when once we were in the seat with our feet in the water for the pedi and looked around and noticed that the place was dirty with dust and "stuff" just everywhere.  The polish bottles looked very old which proved to be true.  We were done with the pedicure by 10:30 in the morning.  I wore boots that evening at 6pm and the polish on my big toes were smeared and partially came off.  Please, please, please avoid this place!!! Amazing massage! Nina, the owner, gives the most amazing leg massages EVER. For the standard $25 pedicure you get leg scrub included. Not exactly the swankiest nail joint in town, but the massage and extras make it totally worth it! Read Less

Definitely my favorite nail salon I've been to. I have lived in several different states and can honestly say that this place is the best. I just moved to Denver from Fort Collins and still make the drive to 1st nails because of how great they are. Their customer service is extremely friendly and helpful providing water as soon as your seated. They take 3 times as long on massages compared to any other salon. Their pedicure chairs are brand new with a great massager. I got a shellac French manicure and it's the best I've ever had. Looks just like tips and done so well. Super happy with them every time. Pretty much the worst nail salon I've ever been too. I paid $40 for paint on my regular nails, no acrylic. They messed up the first time because the color was too light and she didn't put enough coats on so it had to be redone. I think they were upset about it too. Pretty sure they ripped me off. Taking advantage of a young girl. Avoid this place if you don't wanna overpay for poor work. I will never go back to 1st nails. Read Less
