Would give zero stars if it was an option. This salon is very very over priced and does horrific hair extensions. Do NOT sign their contract before doing your research or Murat will scam you out of thousands of dollars. He is a fast talker and will make it sound like a dream but do your homework and don’t get scammed like I did. Decided not to go through with hair extensions here not even 12 hours later because after more research and seeing hideous before and after pictures ...in addition to using one of the lowest quality of hair extensions available, Murat refused to give me a refund. Granted I did sign a contact which I understand, you’d think your reputation as a local business and keeping your customers happy would be more important than financial gain. Dishonest business practices! Buyer beware! We were cheated out of a significant amount of money then told we'd be given a credit. When we tried to use the credit, the terms were changed and we were told we could only use the credit for services, not products. Murat has changed his story more times that I can count. I am not one to leave a bad review but when it comes to women's self image and their hair I feel it's extremely important to us and we should be properly informed before we make decisions about it. I wore my hair extensions for 2 months and have lost probably close to 30% of the hair on the back of my head. I came in for my 1st meeting and expressed many times that if it was going to damage or thin out my hair at all that I was not interesting. I was assured that that was... an old style of extensions and would definitely not happen to me. I decided to proceed with the second appointment and get the extensions. Still in doubt I went home to take pictures of before so I can compare to after I pulled them. A few days before I had my extensions pulled out I had a lady come in to my work and tell me horror stories about her extensions and show me pictures of how bald it truly made her within a 6 month. (Which was at a different salon) After her story I knew I had to take them out just to reassure myself I still had hair. When they were removed I could tell my hair was lighter and thinner but tried not to panic in the salon till I could actually go home and see the pictures of the Before & After because I understand I was just wearing in abundance of hair and didn't wanna compare it to that. When I got home I was devastated at how much hair I truly lost. The damage cause in the two months of wearing the extensions will take me years to recover from:( I truly felt I was misled to get the extensions for a gain of some extra money. Maybe it was my style of hair which is thin and blond or possibly the fact that I got the longest extensions I could but if those things were a factor the "professional" putting them in should have know that and informed me! I just don't want this to happen to anyone else! And I am not saying it's guaranteed because there seems to be lots of happy ladies on this site but this is what happened to me and just felt my story could save some other lady from the embarrassment you feel when you've lost a bunch of hair. I emailed Enchante to see if they could help me sort out the Cashmere extensions I had bought online. They were not the correct color for my hair and I could feel them through my own hair. The day I met with Murat changed everything for me. We decided on not using the extensions I brought in - a decision I am very happy I made. I have always adored red hair and he encouraged me to go for it. I now have the most beautiful red hair and I am still going to get my extensions. Where do I begin? Enchante is an outstanding salon! For years I was an Aveda girl...very particular about the products I use and the stylists I choose (I used to drive to Boulder for a specific stylist), however, after my first experience at Enchante, I will never go to another salon. Murat is exceptional at what he does, from his cuts and styles to his hair color technique, truly a fantastic and experienced stylist. He is professional, personable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you have a 'pampered' experience. I also had a blow out and style with Mariela before a job interview, she did a wonderful job, it looked fabulous (got the job!). In addition, I have had an eyebrow shaping and coloring with Anel, she made them look perfect! I highly recommend Mariela at Enchante. I've been to her a couple times now and she's always done great work. I went in with longer, plain brown hair and told her I wanted a change, but nothing too dramatic. Mariela had some amazing suggestions based off my hair type, color and skin. She cut my hair into a cute lob and dyed it a rich brown, with a layer of red underneath. Mariela really is an artist when it comes to color, since my hair looks so much thicker and healthier now. I have been going back and fourth on whether or not it was worth even writing a review. But I feel it's necessary for them to know some things they need to change if they want long term and dedicated clients. I had been saving to get my hair done a certain way I had wanted for a long time. I bought a groupon and was excited because I thought I was going to a very upscale, creative, caring and thorough salon. I have a lot of hair so I knew I would need to pay more to get what I wanted. I take great care of my hair and expect my stylist to do the same. I finally made my appointment to go get this awesome color / highlights I had been drooling over for months. When I arrive I was introduced to my stylist. I was so excited I was finally getting my hair done as I had a lot of our growth and my grey was sparkling. After showing my stylist what I wanted, and expressed how important it was that I have it, she was kind of taken back and seemed a bit put out because it would take some work and quite a while. I had told them I had a lot of hair when I made the appointment and to make sure they scheduled enough time. The stylist proceeded by telling me that if I went with the color and highlights that I was wanting, it would be very expensive. I was fine with the difference because I had been saving. When I said it was on to move forward, she started suggesting other options and told me that the style I was wanting would damage my hair and take a really long time. It was evident she didn't want to take the time needed to do what I was wanting. Against my better judgement, I was feeling pressured and was scared to have my hair Damaged and didn't want to leave with out nothing done since I had been looking forward to getting it done. So... An all over color was chosen. The color was pretty in the books and should have been on my hair. The stylist out the color in along with some very BOLD and spotty bright purple in odd areas through out my hair. I was ok with it when she presented it because I expected it to look like it was professional done. The lighting is very dim in the salon, so it is very hard to see the results once finished. After three and half hours of sitting in the chair, it was 6:30 and the stylist was really trying to hurry and finish me up. I had said I wanted a nice blow out as we had dinner plans right after. I was sent out with my hair still damp... Which does not work well with curly hair. It defeats the purpose of a blow out. There was no style. It was just fuzzy and wet. The next morning when I was able to get out in the sun to see the colors, I was in tears. You could definitely see where there was not w laugh colored applied and didn't sit long enough. Once again, proof she was in a hurry. And the purple... It was awful. So bad I kept it covered or braided to hide it. It looked like it was just slapped on where ever it landed. And you could still a lot of my previous blonde. I was going darker so it should not have been so blotchy. My daughters and friends were in awe at what it looked like. I called and was very polite and told them I did not like it and felt it needed more attention. I figured at this point it was best if I just try and recover all of it with the same dark burgundy brown color to cover the mess. Once I got to the salon and expressed my concerns, I could tell she was very relieved that I was doing the all over color. I had also mentioned that there were areas that were not cut at the first appointment as well. That wasn't even addressed. After a couple of hours, color washed out, and time for styling... I wasn't given a choice of what I wanted. I wasn't asked if it was ok to be sent away with wet hair. She said she wanted to try a new product for curly hair. I was hoping it was going to dry and look like I had went to the salon. Again, I felt like I was a burden and was rushed and couldn't really see the end result due to the lighting. I was charged another $110. At that point I had paid over $300 and received nothing that I had originally went in for. He color still wasn't applied evenly once I got into natural light. It was evident that I wasn't going to get what I wanted and that she didn't have enough time to make me happy. It want even worth calling again. I didn't want to go back and waste more of my time and money. I am very dedicate when I find a great stylist that does a great job and cares about what I want and how I feel about the end result. We had recently moved back from Texas and my previous stylist was no longer here so I was searching for another. I am vey disappointed in the experience and end result. Now.. I have to save and go pay someone else to make my hair look at least half way striking. My husband  had went with me the first time and inquired about getting his head shaved (by clippers) and his face shaved and cleaned up a little. Seriously took 3 minutes and was charged $40. After a multiple miserable experiences with my previous stylist, I was frustrated, tired, and hopeless that I would find a salon with reasonable prices, and multiple options for hair extensions. THEN I FOUND ENCHANTÉ Murat was able to shuffle some appointments around to accommodate my "extension emergency" and was professional, attentive, and enjoyable to be around. This salon is incredible! I get my hair done here and have never once left disappointed. They always listen to what I want but then take it to the next level. The colors and cuts are amazing. Murat is the best stylist I've ever had. I will never trust another salon with my hair. He is so educated and trained and knows about all the best products and styles. When I go to Enchante, I know I will be able to relax, enjoy my appointment and leave so excited to show off my new look. I would not recommend Enchante for a massage. Their website advertises that they offer pre-natal massage, which is really misleading. I believe their CMT did take the class that covers prenatal but it is definitely not really offered here. I scheduled a prenatal, but when I received my confirmation call, the message didn't mention anything about it, so I called back to confirm. They told me that it would be fine and I could just tell the CMT when I arrived. I noted for the receptionist that prenatal usually requires a different setup. When I arrived - they had some couch pillows that they used to "prop" me up. They were not in cases, and when I expressed concern about this, the CMT told me they send them out after prenatals for cleaning - I did not believe this to be true. Additionally, the environment was pretty awful. You could hear pop music through the walls from the salon, over the noise machine making beach noises. My massage, a 60 min. only lasted 40 min. He did not massage my lower back or neck at all. The lighting was really bright. It wasn't a terrible massage, but the therapist just seemed very inexperienced. This plus the environment made this a less than positive experience for  me. Their other services might be fine -but definitely skip this option for a prenatal or probably regular massage. Read Less

I went here a few times...maybe four.  Each time was less and less relaxing and Murat (the owner) became more and more insulting.  He is foreign, so I don't know if treating people that way is acceptable where he is from, but I don't tolerate it AT ALL!!  He makes up prices as he goes and tries to push his services and products on you.  I first went in for a cut and he convinced me to get a color and said he was giving me a discount because he liked me...haha.  I was a sucker and fell for it.  I will say that he did do a good job on the color..the cut was mediocre at best.  The girls who work there are very sweet and they are treated so poorly by him, which is also so offensive to be subjected to.  He claims to be so up to date on style, but the experience there is so not relaxing, that his style knowledge doesn't even matter.  I am back on the hunt for a great stylist in fort collins.. I chose Enchante because they use Dermalogica products, and I have been impressed with the results I've seen when I used Dermalogica in the past.  The person who answered the phone when I called on a weekday morning was able to fit me into the schedule that day, which was a wonderful.  As far as first impressions are concerned, I appreciated the welcoming attitudes of the employees of Enchante.  I received a facial from Bailey and was quite pleased.  She took the time to evaluate my skin, understand my concerns, provide an excellent facial, and she finished by answering my questions and recommending relevant products.  My face was glowing when I left, and I now feel much more informed about how to improve my home skin care routine.I would note that the facial was advertised as 60 minutes, but the service itself really lasted about 45 minutes.  I received a telephone call from one of the employees the next day asking if the service I received was satisfactory.  I appreciated the fact that the management values customer feedback and wants to improve the experience for future clients.  I would return to Enchante and would recommend it to someone looking for a quality facial in Fort Collins. Murat is an amazing host and stylist. I'm a 50-year-old guy and he makes me look years younger and gives me a cut that I can easily maintain myself. I like too that he points me to products that help me but doesn't push things just to make a sale.In response to another reviewer, Murat is Turkish but his English is excellent. I have no problem understanding him, but then I'm used to talking with people with different accents and am willing to pay a little more attention.Oh, and yes, the Turkish coffee is really good.
