They were VERY pushy to get Shelliac . And when we declined they became very short with us. The pedicure I got was less than satisfactory. Tools and supplies were not sterilized. Only one coat of polish applied. No offer for design. It was completely rushed when other walk-ins asked for Shellaic specifically. He applied the top coat and got up and walked away, never came back. No assistance with putting on shoes. And of course it got smudged but he was no where around to ask for a touch up. Will never go back here. They completely messed up my nails so I went back to complain and get my money back, instead they agreed to fix them for me but ended up making them look 10 times worse than they already did. I'm not a nail artist, but I could have definitely done a better job. Me, my mother and my sister went in and got all of our nails done and were all disappointed. Highly. We were tipping at the end, and when we checked with each other at the end the woman who rung us up lied about how many people worked on our hands and feet. Terrible. I got a full set of acrylics and she kept getting up to do other stuff. I left with a huge amount of glue build up under the nails and some of the tips are pointed upwards. Went to get a broken nail fixed. They suggested shellac. This was my first time getting it and I'm pretty sure it has completely ruined my nails with no benefits. They look HORRIBLE. I told her to not cut my nails, only shape them. She used the emery board so much that she might as well have clipped a chunk off of each nail. They're all uneven, individually and with each other. The nails are bumpy with excess shellac and there's nail polish all around the beds of my nails. I am just sick over the quality of the service. DO NOT GO HERE!! A total waste of money. Absolutely the Worst nail salon in FOCO!  Hayley who runs the place and her band of misfits rarely speak English and need to learn the basics of 1) customer care and 2) basic manicures. I have been to a number of nail salons in the area now and I can definitely say Dolce is the bottom of the barrel. Between broken fills, chips and just overall shoddy work due to their cattle call style of doing business; this place cares about one thing and that's, cash not you. They sat me at a chair in the back of their store after about 15 minutes. Then I waited an additional 30 to 40 minutes for someone to come to my chair to do my nails. From there, it felt very rushed and like they didn't care. They were very rough and my nails hurt. The final product was very bumpy, not smooth at all. I will never go here again.Read Less

Only visit was a walk in. After waiting 20 min(which was fine) they started my pedicure. Good thing I got the basic shellac pedicure because the massage was the most boring unsatisfying pedicure I've ever had and I'm pretty sure she didn't do it as long as she was supposed too. On top of that she filed my nails horribly. One toe was rounded and short the other was square and long. I told her I wanted square and to keep the length. Doesn't end thereMy shellac rebase ended up looking good after I told her 4 times what I wanted and stopped her 3 times to fix spots before she continued. I asked her if she was the owner and she said she was but I'm pretty sure either she couldn't understand what I was saying or she was just lying because the owner of the salon should give the best quality experience and she did far from that. Second to worst pedicure I've ever had. These people are all over the place and while I understand they are foreign, their English is horrendous, making it near impossible to communicate your needs. So annoying.  My polish chipped after 5 days, on two toes. Over and over, I had to ask my lady to massage my feet and legs rather than a light rub. I'd paid for the upgrade and it wasn't worth it. My moms pedicure was awful too. They barely do anything to remove calluses. The older lady who I've seen there multiple times is so rude. It's like you're inconveniencing them by being there. If I could give this place a 0 our of 5 I definitely would. This place was all the rage when it opened like 8 years ago or something but it has definitely gone down hill since then. It's dirty and has basically no decorations. Went in to simply get my nails painted with a friend for a one day special event so there was no need for shellac and a different event was approaching in about a week that I would need to change color for anyway. So we thought it would be fun to go get them painted instead of doing it ourselves, well we immediately regretted that. From the get go they didn't seem to understand the concept of a good ole fashion manicure and throughout the entire time harassed us to upgrade to shellac nails. It was very obvious they were talking bad about us. Then they became so skeptical of our motives for only wanting a simple manicure they made us pay BEFORE they did our nails. Sorry if i was going to run out without paying wouldn't you think I would want to upgrade to the shellac? It was ridiculous and totally unprofessional. My friend and I had heard about Dolce from many people but had never had a chance to go. When we finally made it in, we discovered that they were closing in ten minutes however the owner Quang welcomed us in and made the entire ecperience anenjoyable one. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is without a doubt the worst manicure I've ever had. If I lived in Ft Collins, I would have gone back and asked for a refund (not a redo because they clearly can't do nails). Let me lay this out for you: -We go in and get seated right away, pick our colors, etc.-The chairs were pretty dirty, the place was dingy and smelled like cigarette smoke.-They're annoyed that I don't want shellac. -The woman who sits down to do my nails gets up literally two seconds later and says I'm sorry, I have a lot of clients this morning, someone else will be over soon. And I wait and wait while people who came after me get their nails done. -The owner then comes to do my nails and I think to myself, oh she'll do a really good job. Nope. Wrong.  -She takes off my old polish and literally swipes the nail file over the nails on one hand and only pushes my cuticles back on one hand. At least she didn't cut me. The only positive. I ask her to make my nails shorter and she giggles and ignores me. -After the halfa-- nail care, she gets up and says she has to take care of another client and will be back in five minutes. -Some other random girl comes to do my massage (why she couldn't finish my mani I don't know). -The owner comes back to polish my nails and literally only polished about 2/3 of each finger. When I pointed this out, she laughed and sort of tried to fix them. -Then I go sit under the dryer and realize how crappy they look and ask the massage lady if she can fix them. She is clearly horrified but also does a terrible job trying to touch them up and doesn't even bother to put on a topcoat.Now my nails look like a friggin patchwork coat. Ridiculous. The same day, after doing nothing much, they are chipped, and the file job made them look like a trashy hooker's nails, uneven and chipped. Really? Basically, save your money and sanity. Read Less

This was, without a doubt the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. It really can only be accurately summed up with a +/- list. So. Let's do that.+ It's nice and new in here.- I waited about 30 minutes with my feet in chilly water for my pedicure to begin. - The man doing my pedicure made an inappropriate comment about my clothing.- This was the first time I've ever had to tell a pedicurist to stop because it hurt.- It hurt because he made me BLEED, and my toes hurt for days. He was not apologetic, and seemed pissed that I said anything.+ They put a nice big pillow in your lap so you don't spill acetone on your clothes when soaking off your gel mani.- That bowl of acetone was left in my lap for about 45 minutes.- The mani color I picked looked bright pink on the sample, but somehow I ended up with red on my fingers. Not what I wanted, at all.- The dude who did my manicure took FOREEEVVVVVERRRR - like I was there for 2 hours forever.- I walked out with misshapen globs of polish on my fingers, as if this man had never actually done this before. + He was nice.- EXPENSIVE. I pay about $60 in BOSTON, a large, pricey city for the exact same services. It was 80 bucks here.
