GF got her nail done her, full set acrylics with gel. Also had her family do a Mani and brows. All was great and the ladies were nice but seemed rushed.  Where this went ROCK BOTTOM ABSOLUTELY WORST NAIL SALON ever was when the male nail tech (I believe he's the husband of the owner) was drilling and cleaning up the nail to set the acrylics he sits not just one finger badly (bleed so bad we had to stop to clean and apply pressure) every f*cking finger is cut. No apologies, didn't ask if she was okay just kept going until she forced him to stop to clean her hands. We continued to finish the set since the "toughest" part was over. The request was were for coffin style nails which they said was fine and do-able. Either they don't know their shapes or just plain arrogant and said yes but did squares. All you have to do is cut the corners of the square to make coffin shape.... After all this horror and disappointment we don't get a discounted rate for the job a 10 year could probably do better. WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR TECH LICENSE? I'm just asking for some decency and honesty if you don't know how or aren't comfortable it. Don't f*cking over promise and mislead your clients. Also don't let your male nail tech do nails unless you want a lawsuit from arrogant bastard. I came in just to get my acrylic set taken off and left with a gel manicure and spa pedicure for $43 dollars! They did an amazing job on my nails! They took the time to pay attention to detail and they were gentle. They didn't try to push any higher priced services. It was definitely the best quality and service I have ever received and for a great price!! Read Less

I have tried a few other nail salons in this area (constantly disappointed). I was happy to find Nail Care First! No comparison to their competitors. What a great job on my pedicure & gel manicure!! They were very detailed & particular with the job they did and I greatly appreciated the time and care they gave me. Will definitely go back. I went into this location hoping to unplug, relax and enjoy my 5 yo daughters first nail service and girls day with me. I asked for a full set and asked for a gel manicure for my daughter with gel polish. All 4 techs proceded to bicker in another language for a couple minutes and then the woman who did my nails told me she didn't need a manicure. I know she at least needed cuticle work they grow halfway up her nail bed and cause issues with hangnails ect. After that they ushered us to seats across the salon from each other when it was empty. We then started to get our services done. I like to check out and relax but look back at what the tech is doing on occasion. by the time I looked back from choosing my tip length the tech had acrylic all over my cuticles and finger and I could feel it drying. She seemed to try to fix it with filing but it was just a sloppy and rushed overall job. I have been to this salon 3 times the first being amazing with a different tech, second OK again a different tech and 3rd TERRIBLE. Save your money. Unless you know a good tech at this place BEWARE! Also my daughters LED polish chipped the day after we went in because they refused to push her cuticles back a little or do any type of nail maintenance beyond filing the free edge . Read Less

She was very particular about making them straight and even and did two top coats! It was also a good price. About $5-$10 cheaper than other nail salons I have gone to. Read Less

Wife---I went to Envy nails and they had too long of a wait. I saw reviews of here and I thought well you can't mess up a manicure right? I wanted a simple manicure. I think my 6 year old neice could have painted better and also file my nails to be evenly shaped. They over charged me too. I will not be going back. I walked out of the salon just now. Just upped & left without paying a dime. After repeatedly telling the tech to stop filing my nails so short & making the tips curved, I grabbed my purse & left before she could do any more damage to the rest of my nails. I originally came in for a simple gel manicure. I just needed my nails trimmed down a bit & to remain squared. The woman either couldn't understand me or had no idea what she was doing. So disappointed that I left with my nails looking like an ugly mess after working so hard to grow them out perfectly. Never again. Read Less

This could be one of the worst nail places I have ever been to. The staff are extremely rude and rough. I got a gel manicure and pedicure it looked like a 2 year old painted my toes and the lady tried to file off the paint she got all over my toes. The gel polish peeled off on 3 days. I'm new to the area and was not aware that there was a nail salon so close to my house! Normally I will make the hour drive to Lakewood to see my regular nail tech. I am so skeptical about going Into new nail salons. I feel like I never leave with what I ask for. But today I decided to take the plunge and find somewhere new. Kim did a great job on my acrylics. They aren't thick and bubbly, the gel polish isn't dried on my cuticles. They're just right. I will definitely be back! Read Less

Absolutely terrible experience, I came in to get a manicure and a pedicure, Kim did both and it was horrible, she scrub my foot so hard she made it bleed she did a terrible job painting my toes she did one coat of nail polish and left nail polish all around my toes, I asked for a design and she was mad is seemed mad she had to do it, very disappointed. And my manicure turned into a set of acrylics when she just clipped of my nails, and I have never had a set of acrylics look as bad as mine do now, my three year old cousin could have done better, I will never be going there again. I was shocked at the utter filth I witnessed. I'm not sure what the health code is- but this place is far from it. My niece was excited to be there- but there was no way I could go thru with the pedicure for myself. The nail drying table was caked with dirt for both the manicure and pedicure drying areas. The nail colors are ancient with peeling labels, crusty bottles and some of the colors had separated. It was like a museum for used polish- there wasn't a new polish anywhere. They didn't even provide my niece with the pedi flip flops. She wanted to do alternating colors on her toes with purple tips- they refused and pretended not to understand. Although she was happy with what they did- it wasn't her vision. They seemed to be angry that we were there and talked in another language the whole time. It kinda weirded us out. I had gotten my nails done there 2 times before and I was okay with how they turned out. Then my third time is when the horror began. I went in and got a full set (35$ is what they charged me) for my birthday and I left the salon feeling a little upset about the quality of the nails . Later finding out that there were 2 hairs in my nails?!? Yes, hairs! I went back to the salon and told them what happened and I had to wait 15 minutes before being told someone would help me fix it for free. There was a lot wrong with them, lifting , they were too big for my nail and acrylic was all over and so that got fixed but the hairs were still there . I let it go because it wasn't the guy that normally does them. So I went back a week later to get them redone! The person that normally does my nails was there and I was relieved at that. So I sat down and he started filing away. I'm used to getting my nails done and sometimes it's not so pleasant so I'm no stranger to normal nail pain, but this was not okay. He cut me not once, not twice but THREE times and one of which he couldn't get to stop bleeding! He was obviously just being careless!!! He cut me from one cuticle to the other all the way across my nail I even have I knick in my acrylic that is visible! He let me leave with the hairs still in my nails, also most of which are lifting and it has only been a week! I'm not exaggerating, don't go here ! Catch them on a bad day and you're pretty much throwing your money away I am honestly embarrassed to show my nails right now but if I take them off what a waste of money! I was happy going for a while when Huong always did my nails, but lately when the owner has done them they are so thin tons breaks within a couple days. Then today, what I believe is the owner's brother, did my nails. He usually does only pedicures. He obviously has trouble working the Dremel and hurt me several times. Finally after an hour and fifteen minutes he got up to take a phone call. The owner finished me off while she talked on her phone the entire time. A basic fill which should take 45 minutes took an hour and 40 minutes. The bottles of nail polish also gross me out as there isn't a new one anywhere, they're almost all empty which gives you globby nail polish, and they are impossible to open. I have also seen clippings of other people's nail when I sat down. Only go to this place if you get Huong, otherwise you aren't worth their time. I will drive out of my way and try somewhere new. I don't know how I was said to have given 3 stars. I want to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately the last review was dated way back when the service was terrible. These are new owners and there at least 3 years. They are very competent and their customers are their first concern. They do a nice job and are reasonable for their work. Read Less

They're often too busy for walk-ins, they wax your eyebrows like it's a race, and they don't pretend to care whether you enjoy your pedicure or not. But they are five minutes from my office and beggars can't be choosers, the services they provide are done to my satisfaction, and I always leave feeling like I got a good value. Read Less
