Today I had a full set of nails, French tips... she used a white platic tip and just put clear gel over the nail and white tip... they used to use the clear tip and white tip powder with a pink base.. Im not sure if I like this style... She left some bubbles in the finish and you can see the difference in depth between the plastic tip & the finish over the top.. they were still very polite but I'm not sure the quality of work is where it was a few mos ago. Had an appointment set up for 1:30 for pedicures for myself, mother, and my daughter. When we got there we had to wait 35 minutes for them to start, and they didn’t even give us the water to soak our feet in while we waited. No one apologized for our wait, and when we brought it up at time of payment they made an excuse, and charged full price. Seriously terrible, we will never be returning. Read Less

They did a good job with my gel manicure, except my tech filed too hard on one off my nails causing my cuticle to bleed and when I pointed out out she didn't put anything on it. On my next visit I decided to try the dipping powder. The color was NOTHING like it was supposed to be and tree tech sealed it all with a gel coat. After only 2 days of getting my nails done they started peeling and chipping. This was the first time I tried the process and knew something wasn't right so I looked up some videos and found out they did it wrong starting with not using the colorless powder as the base before the color to having me my nails under the LED light. My third time here and last...Same thing every time, I schedule an appt, get there and sign in and then make me wait and take other people that are walk ins after I am there waiting. I had a 2pm appt for a repair, arrived at 1:55, they were all busy and told me to wait. At 215 the walk up w/o appt  needing a full set after I was still sitting got started as I was still waiting. At 225 I assumed I was next until the tech grabbed her purse and just walked out. At 230 I scratched my name off the list and walked out and was given attitude. Super unprofessional. Read Less

For about a year now, I go to this salon regularly and get pink and whites. They get my nails super short without hurting me or making any mistakes. They extend the white portion so that my nails look long event though they are super short. They don't bug me about it or complain. They just ask me what I want and do it.  I went somewhere else to get the same thing done while on vacation, and they cut me and complained that super short nails were impossible to do. We are PCSing soon, but I will miss this place. If you are military, and want short/functional/cute nails. This place is great. Read Less

I love them! I never have time to make an appointment and they always squeeze me in. The nails and toes always turn out amazing and nails stay on forever. And I'm pretty tough on my hands. You must realize they are always busy, and you may have to wait. But it's well worth the wait if you have time. One other note, I travel for work and have tried places in Chicago and LA and hated them all. I can't wait to get back and have them done here.Read Less

Really enjoyed my experience. However it took them probably 30 minutes to stat my pedicure. Two other people walked in and went before me. Then the only bad part of my pedicure was the massage. It just wasn't the best I've ever had. Everything else, the trimming, filing, callus remover, all was great. Even the polish job looked great!****edit*** this WAS a 4 Star review. Til I messed my polish up and went to get it fixed. The Asian man who seemed to be the owner was a total dick bag. I had to wait 10-15 minutes and there was 3 techs not doing anything. Then he started to re do it and was full of attitude. Mumbling things like "you should've been more careful" and "you didn't let it dry".  I am so disappointed in this place. Could be a great opportunity to give excellent customer service but he ruined it with his trashy attitude. I will NEVER be back and I WONT be tipping him. Read Less

I love this place. I have been coming here for the last 2 1/2 years. I always get a great job done here. Ladies if you want your nails to look like you spent a lot but didn't and get a great job done,   Falcon Regal Nails is the best...And not to leave out the guy's, but  they give an wide range of pedicures as well. I have been going to this nail salon for several years now for pedicures and full nail sets and felt it was time I gave them the kudos they deserve !  I have been to other salons as I travel but am always glad to get back home.  John, Jessica and their staff are all fantastic to work with.  I normally schedule with one particular girl but I have no qualms in having any of the Nail Techs take care of me when she is not available.  The store is very clean, the techs are friendly and I will continue going to them for many years to come. Their customer service is lacking.  One of the ladies had an attitude when I wants my daughters nails painted while I was doing my manicure and pedicure.  They couldn't do my gel nails since I brought my own polish.  Wasn't impressed with their service.  Will look somewhere else to get my nails done.
