I was a customer for a little under a year. I always had acrylic manicure, which would be pretty for the first 4-5 days, and then start looking jagged because the bottom part closest to my cuticles/nail bed wasn't neatly done from the beginning and was just stuffed up against my cuticles. Service was usually just average, above average on a good day. My last experience left my nail bed sore and bruised on a couple of fingers after I had told the man that I wanted fresh acrylics because I had the current ones for about 6 manicure cycles already, which I had mentioned when I was making an appointment as I knew it would take more time. He grudgingly took them off and reapplied them, harder than usual on my fingers. I had decided halfway through that I would not be coming back there.I gave a 3 star because I admire their tenacity in running their own 2-man family business and sticking with it over the years. I called on a Friday afternoon and they booked me even though they were booked solid. Very good experience and I'm glad I chose this place. Such a great pedicure!  John is the only one I ever let cut my nails. I have a long nail bed and in the past my nails were always cut too short. Not now. This is the only place I get pedicures. Annie and John are so nice. I've been going there for over 10 years. Read Less

I think that locals may be treated better. The sign says walk-ins welcome. But I did not feel welcome. At all.  There is a polite way to say you don't have anything available. Certainly walking in I wasn't sure there would be. But even though I will be here the rest of the week I won't make an appointment or try again. Frankly, I don't think they care. Read Less

My husband and I have been going to Annie and John for many years.  They are outstanding in their service, welcoming always and remember small details that makes their customer service outstanding.  I would not go anywhere else.  When family visits, we often include a special treat pedicure while we catch up.  They do a meticulous job putting on the polish, and the time they take shows.  They also do a GREAT massage on my arms, hands and legs with the service.  Costs are very reasonable.  Book in advance to get the best choice of appointments, but sometime I go standby in case of a cancellation.  You'll love John and Annie! In town for vacation and needed a new gel manicure.  I called ahead and got a next-day appointment. Though a small salon, they were able to take me because they do accept and honor appointments. Annie was welcoming, friendly and professional. I explained what I wanted and she listened. I got soak-off grl removal, a cuticle trim, nail shaping and gel application. Though she didn't use bonder, Annie did polish the nail edge and apply a heavy top coat. Hand and arm massage to finish. I'm very happy with my manicure. A local was here when we arrove, she's a lovely regular and another popped in to add a service to her next appointment. I came in here desperate after two nails broke before a wedding. They were booked the whole day, but John fit me in. I am very grateful to them for fitting me in despite being very busy. Make sure to schedule with them a few days in advance if you can. While walk-ins are welcome, they may not always be able to accommodate. Read Less

John does a wonderful pedicure! The pedicure was better than any that I have gotten in California.  I was visiting Estes Park for the summer and wish I would have gone in to Today's Nail sooner than the end of my visit. The salon was clean, friendly, and worth every penny. I will be back more next summer. Read Less

I have never had a pedicure that lasted so long.  They do a meticulous job putting on the polish, and the time they take shows.  They also do a GREAT massage on my legs every time I get a pedicure, which I really love, and it definitely makes it worth the cost, which I think is reasonable anyway.  It is a bummer that there are only 2 of them, and sometimes you can't get an appointment without booking way in advance, but I appreciate that they are running their own small business.  They do love the locals, and those are the people that will keep coming in all winter long when the tourists are nowhere to be seen, so I can understand how that might happen. I noticed some of the comments said stuff about being rude. I think generally they are very very busy and are more abrupt when answering the phone, etc. but I have gone there a lot as I am local and they always treat me very well. I think perhaps it is better to know them a bit but they have never made any mistakes with me and have always been efficient but take a long time on my pedicures as I have some funky toenails. I am always so pleased. Their price is $30 but I always leave a tip for pedicure and I know she spends about an hour on my feet. I am actually calling there this morning. I have never had a better pedicure anywhere. It might cost a bit less in bigger cities but they don't do near as good a job!!! Read Less

If I could do negative stars I would've. Way too rough, unsanitary - actually unsanitized. The lady clipped my big toe that it was bleeding, she tried covering it up by holding it, received major infection that took days to clear up...every instrument used was NOT clean or sterile. Read Less

I am not a local and had friendly wonderful service from this little nail shop.  I only gave it four stars because it is not a full service spa, but for the price, the pedicure I got was fantastic, and actually, the polish application might be the best I ever had.  And it was perfectly clean, so not sure what that's all about.  Call for a reservation, this is a husband/wife operation and easily books up.  Also, can be a tad difficult to find, our GPS told us wrong.  It is by the liquor store at the turn toward the national park. I like this place a lot. I'm a local and I appreciate small businesses. The place was quiet (even on a Friday afternoon) and clean and did not have that super chemical smell like a lot of the bigger salons sometimes do. The owners were very polite and my nails came out looking gorgeous. Their prices are good--I don't go to a lot of other places so I don't know how they compare, but I thought it was fair. Are you a local? Well if not you may not get very good service here so watch out.  I was treated ok, except that the person doing my pedicure switched out in the middle, and the guy put the wrong color polish on... which he seemed very unhappy to have to remove.  It was just not very relaxing to have the people doing the work (seemingly) cursing at each other in Vietnamese.  Then, towards the end, 3 teens came into the shop and enquired about prices and availability and they were treated rather rudely.  It was just not the most pleasant experience overall - and it was more expensive than comparable places in most cities I've been to.  I say only go if you're desperate, which I was.
