I wish I could give them negative stars. The pedicure was nice. Felt a little expensive for how quick it was. Let me just tell you about my acrylic nail experience. The OWNER was doing my nails and I told her I was in a hurry to get to a wedding. I swear this woman must have buffed and sanded my nails for 45 minutes. I kept getting worried about the amount of mail she was taking off the surface of my nails. The worry was only worsened when she went to brush on one of the chemicals before putting the nails on and my nails stung worse than any kind of finger pain inve ever experienced. This was 2 months ago and my nail beds are still destroyed. Do.not.ever.go.here. my sister bought me a gift certificate from out of state for mothers day and she was appalled at what I told her. Also while waiting for my nails to dry there was another girl complaining about how horrible they were and she showed me her horrendous nail paint job. She also told me yo never get any type of fake nails because they ruin your nails....guess she was right. Ugh.

They do an amazing job on my eyebrows every time, and it is cheap. They are always really flexible and willing to go the extra mile to get what you want.

Still in search of a meticulous, beautiful manicure. Did not find it here. I have been getting gel and shellac manicures since 2009 and this was one of the worst. My nails had bubbles and were rough after 3 days! This is not supposed to happen. A good gel and/or a shellac manicure is smooth, shiny and last 2-3 weeks. It also was applied very sloppy, and the edges are faint and messy. I'm getting it re-done elsewhere as soon as possible. Unfortunately I'm out $30 + the tip and the time wasted at this salon.

Love the gals here. They are always so sweet and give a great mani/pedi! Shellac is always a good way to go, they are attentive and gentle as well because I have sensitive nail beds but they make sure to be careful and not hurt me. I also love how they pay close attention to cleanliness so you don't have to worry about contamination.

I love this place! The new owner is fantastic and does an amazing job. I go every two weeks and they always take care of me right away. I would given them 10* but there was only 5 available! -Nilla

I was the first client at 9:45 for a shellac pedi. I guess I had a rookie & she didn't do a very good job. An older lady came over, asked if I had time, not really understanding her or why she's asking me this? Then she preceded to remove what the first girl had done & start over. I left at11:20!!!!! I thought then I'd get at least half off but she charged me $36 instead of $40 for their screw up & that's because I had to say something. Of course they were standing right over me, seeing how much of a tip they'd get, when I signed my credit card. $0 I told them I wouldn't be back.

If I could give this salon zero stars I would. WORST experience I've ever had at a salon. I went in to get my set taken off and a new set put on and that's not what I got. She took my set off by so...
If I could give this salon zero stars I would. WORST experience I've ever had at a salon. I went in to get my set taken off and a new set put on and that's not what I got. She took my set off by soaking them which was fine but then she dried my hands with a DIRTY towel she picked up OFF THE FLOOR, trimmed my nails and then put the powder on my natural nail... She did not give me the full set like I asked. She then had me pay and wash my hands and when I go back to the seat she was going to put gel polish on my nails and I told her I didn't want gel so she didn't do the gel.... but I had apparently already paid for gel polish so her response was I'll discount you next time... very unprofessional and extremely dissatisfied with my nails. I've never had such a horrible experience at a salon and I've been getting acrylics for 7 years. I DO NOT recommend going to this salon.

I really enjoyed myself at Tip Toe Nails. I got a pink and white, which was at a moderate price. You get way more than you pay for! My nails are always done with good quality so I go back at least once a week. The workers are friendly and not pushy like other salons, the overall experience is great. I would recommend anyone in the area to this place.

Tip Toe Nails is moderately priced. I paid $35 for a regular mani-pedi. The environment is clean and friendly. The technicians always do a great job and are very friendly. The only complaint I have is that management is very pushy about upgrades the entire time. It personally makes me uncomfortable when I have already declined and asked for just a regular mani/pedi, and am consistently hounded to upgrade and try new products and services. No, thank you means NO. Other than that, it would be nice to see new colors (seasonal) and Essie polish as well.

I decided to splurge and get a deluxe spa pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure was nice, the woman took her time, and my toes looked great! I noticed as my pedicure was finishing, the place got really busy. When it came to my manicure, the gentleman sped through it, did not use the cuticle clippers but opted instead for a drill sander thing explaining that it works better and saves time, it looked awful when it was finished, I tried to explain that the edges of the polish were not smooth but they just rubbed alcohol over it. All of friends said that it looked really bad the next day; shellac manicures usually look really nice for at least a week and a half. When it was all said and done my bill was $75. That is a lot of money for me to spend on myself. I was really disappointed with what I came out with, and my pedicure polish started chipping the next day. I usually go to Aloha Nails in Lafayette, but they were closed because of the Labor Day holiday. I do not recommend Tip Toe Nails.

I don't know why this place doesn't have reviews but I'm glad I found it. I've been here a few time for pedicures and eyebrow wax and my experience has always been good. I've had a different person each time with a few of them going above and beyond. They were really slow one day and had the nail tech give me a full on 5 minutes massage. Of course i tipped well but still it was nice that she took the time. The place is never busy, def give it a try!

My absolute favorite strip mall nail place. Sure, you can hit up a fancy spa. But you'll pay three times as much as you would pay here and i promise it won't be any better of an experience. They are thorough, don't skimp on their extras and don't rush the job. Couldn't recommend more!

All new equipment. Especially friendly staff. I'm a guy with sensitive toes and they treat them 'special' too. New owner is producing some terrific all organic skin friendly rubs for treatments. They're much better than previous commercial lotions. She's doing a wonderful job.

They have a clean storefront, friendly staff and usually have rerun marathons of Friends playing. :) Since I can't afford a fancy pedicure every month, this place is ideal for me. The only drawback is they don't have all of the new OPI nail polish colors.

I wish I could give them negative stars. The pedicure was nice. Felt a little expensive for how quick it was. Let me just tell you about my acrylic nail experience. The OWNER was doing my nails and I told her I was in a hurry to get to a wedding. I swear this woman must have buffed and sanded my nails for 45 minutes. I kept getting worried about the amount of mail she was taking off the surface of my nails. Still in search of a meticulous, beautiful manicure. Did not find it here. I have been getting gel and shellac manicures since 2009 and this was one of the worst. My nails had bubbles and were rough after 3 days! This is not supposed to happen. A good gel and/or a shellac manicure is smooth, shiny and last 2-3 weeks. It also was applied very sloppy, and the edges are faint and messy. I'm getting it re-done elsewhere as soon as possible. Unfortunately I'm out $30 + the tip and the time wasted at this salon.

Shellac is always a good way to go, they are attentive and gentle as well because I have sensitive nail beds but they make sure to be careful and not hurt me. I also love how they pay close attention to cleanliness so you don't have to worry about contamination.

I really enjoyed myself at Tip Toe Nails. I got a pink and white, which was at a moderate price. You get way more than you pay for! My nails are always done with good quality so I go back at least once a week. The workers are friendly and not pushy like other salons, the overall experience is great. I decided to splurge and get a deluxe spa pedicure and shellac manicure. The pedicure was nice, the woman took her time, and my toes looked great! I noticed as my pedicure was finishing, the place got really busy. When it came to my manicure, the gentleman sped through it, did not use the cuticle clippers but opted instead for a drill sander thing explaining that it works better and saves time, it looked awful when it was finished, I tried to explain that the edges of the polish were not smooth but they just rubbed alcohol over it. I don't know why this place doesn't have reviews but I'm glad I found it. I've been here a few time for pedicures and eyebrow wax and my experience has always been good. I've had a different person each time with a few of them going above and beyond. They were really slow one day and had the nail tech give me a full on 5 minutes massage. My absolute favorite strip mall nail place. Sure, you can hit up a fancy spa. But you'll pay three times as much as you would pay here and i promise it won't be any better of an experience. They are thorough, don't skimp on their extras and don't rush the job. Couldn't recommend more!
