When I pulled up to the salon today I saw a sign that said under new management. The inside is completely a different salon. There were 4 employees just sitting at their nail stations without any cust...
When I pulled up to the salon today I saw a sign that said under new management. The inside is completely a different salon. There were 4 employees just sitting at their nail stations without any customers and when I walked in one asked "Can we help you?" I said I wanted a pedicure and they all started talking to each other in another language. Noboday got up or even said anything to me, I just walked over to get my color. They showed me to a message chair and started the water. It was cold water. I asked for it to be hot and a lady felt the water and said it was ok. They didn't have any listed prices anywhere and only offered 1 type of pedicure. The man who did my pedi was very sloppy, dripping scrub and lotion, he was splashing water on himself, he cut one foot short and the other long... I felt like it was his first pedicure.

Was very dirty. When I was in getting my nails done, a client had lice. Rachel asked the girl to leave. Never having lice before, I asked if they fly, she said no, then wrapped her arm around my shoulder and says you can only get them by doing this! Perhaps she felt this was humerous, I however, did not. I noticed she does not clean up hair from previous haircuts and pushes it all into a pile in the corner. Yuck I won't be back.

I've been coming here for a while. Staff seems to change completely about every year without warning. I am very particular about my nails and I had finally found someone who did them well, Nicole. I called and made an appointment with Nicole, went in to see a completely different staff who explained that Nicole was gone. I was so mad. Why wouldn't they tell me that when I made an appointment with her specifically!? Just wondering where everyone went and why nothing was said to clients.

I stopped in today to check out the shop I had just found online. I wanted to find a local salon and find someone to give me special attention. I had previously booked an appointment, but could not get in until April 28. I was desperate for a cut now but decided to wait. When I walked in just to check out the salon Rachel had just sat down for lunch at about 2:30. She was kind enough to give me a quick trim. I need to let my hair grow a bit to get the style I want. Rachel is going to work with me to make that happen. Thank you so much.

I've had type 1 diabetes for 19 years, but i've been getting pedicures my whole life (I'm very lucky to have had a mom with a "no naked toes" rule). When nerve damage took over my feet last year, I had to put serious consideration into where I would be indulging in pedis. At the Nail Room, I've never had the slightest concern or questioned cleanliness or hygiene. The staff is respectful and listens without judgement to my certain sensitivities and I always feel relaxed and comfortable without outrageous spa prices. Best of all, I've never been asked if I want a stupid flower on my big toe. Thanks, Nail Room!

I'll give a 3 because it's clean and she followed the pedicure I picked ..kind of I got the deluxe pedicure with hot stone massage and a massage at the end I barely got my cuticles clipped hot stone she did for about 5 minutes and my massage ...the most pampering massage as it describes was her putting lotion on my legs. ..... barely because she had a client that came in at 2 she left didn't even acknowledge that she was done took off n started her client bad service nice salon I think she was the owner I believe because she was worried if the client walking out the door had a punch card ....UNPROFESSIONAL!!

My favorite place by far! Very reasonable prices for outstanding work! All the girls are very talented so it doesn't matter who you see.. Although I do have my favorites!! They are all very nice and accommodating and they can do pretty much any type of nail art you throw at them. The quality of work is so great that even when I skip a routine color change 6wks later there are still no chips or lifting of any kind.... These ladies know what they are doing!!

Not only did she give me a great-looking haircut for a reasonable price yesterday, but she is also one of the most positive and upbeat people I know. Love my hair! It looks and feels AMAZING! I have had really bad/expensive experiences lately where I have not been happy at all with what I received. Decided to give Rachel a try, close to my home and love to support local businesses, and I am definitely going back for when I need cut and highlights again. Highly recommend! Plus, Rachel is super nice and funny!

I stopped in today to check out the shop I had just found online. I wanted to find a local salon and find someone to give me special attention. When nerve damage took over my feet last year, I had to put serious consideration into where I would be indulging in pedis. At the Nail Room, I've never had the slightest concern or questioned cleanliness or hygiene. The staff is respectful and listens without judgement to my certain sensitivities and I always feel relaxed and comfortable without outrageous spa prices. Decided to give Rachel a try, close to my home and love to support local businesses, and I am definitely going back for when I need cut and highlights again. Highly recommend!
