I tried them late yesterday afternoon for the first time and I'm not going back. The whole shop was run down and the build up of dust on the cord behind the front counter indicated they don't clean up or sweep nearly often enough. I was missing one nail tip and the woman working on me was just going to "rebase" my natural nail rather than putting a new tip on. I had to ask her about that and then tell her twice that I wanted a new tip (would have looked ridiculous otherwise.). The arm rest at my station was torn up and very scratchy on my arms. When I went to wash my hands, the soap was so watered down that it wasn't soap at all, and none of the nail brushes looked like they had been sterilized in weeks, if not longer. Although I did not get a pedicure, I always watch to see they are done at any new shop I try. Here I noticed they don't use bowl liners and, of the three women getting pedicures, I didn't see any bowl cleaned with proper disinfectant spray afterward. I've worn acrylics nails for the better part of 30 years. I know how a shop should be maintained, too, because I researched it several years back. Again, I will not be back. Read Less

My person was in a hurry and did not follow my directions and he cut my nails unevenly. With the other person with me, the guy was much slower taking his time to do it right. There was over a 15 minute difference in our times. Read Less

Just went today and it was very dirty in there and spent $80 for shellac mani and pedi and they only rub u for like 1 minute i will not be returning they need to clean in there real bad, but they do have good massage chairs. But also my nail shellac came out nice. Read Less

I had gone here before and I was disappointed. I live in old town and decided to try them again and I am glad I did! Andy was my nail tech and he was amazing!! My nails are mine, and I like them sqare with a french tip. Andy checked to make sure they were even and to my liking with every nail!! WOW, Andy I will be back to see you and leave you a better tip! Loved it!! We brought Bailey my 4 yr old, they have the cutest pedi chairs for little girls!! Perfect place to have special girl time with your daughter!! Only place I know that will do pedi for both adults & kids :) Read Less
