Horrible, awful customer service! After getting my nails done here I was so irritated with how I was treated, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional and heaven forbid you ask them to fix something, they act like animals! I will never go back here!! Right up the street is a place called "Nail Tech" next to the dollar tree, on the other side of Walmart. Their pricing is WAY more reasonable, they do a MUCH better job, and the biggest thing to me, they are KIND!!!! If I could do 1/2 star it would still be two much. Went in for mani and the polish was so old it was gross and thick and you could tell it was no good. Took forever to dry. It was chipped on almost every nail by the next day. I didn't do anything to make it chip. All my work was done. The person who done my nails was more interested in getting a friend to come in so she could cut her hair than doing my nails. Could not understand anything they said to me. Read Less

I come here exclusively for my dip and shellac nails. They do a fine job for the price especially. They have a wide variety of colors and I never feel like they’re rushing me. I usually go on a weekday in the mid afternoon for the best luck. I don’t think you should try going on a weekend without an appointment to anyplace if I’m being perfectly honest. Read Less

Lisa just gave me a full set of acrylic today. She is a sweetheart, very polite, professional and attentive. A true artist, because she made my nails look amazing. The salon is very clean and comfortable. Not super crazy busy or loud, like others. I loved it there! I will be back! Read Less

Been here several times and I am not disappointed. I try to come mid-week so as to avoid the weekend rush. The staff takes their time while trying to accommodate everyone who comes in. Highly recommend the callous removal pedicure and gel mani. Also, I have to say that this is the only salon whose gel manicures last through my next appointment!!I haven't done any nail designs yet but I will update this review afterward. Today was my first day coming to XO. Honestly, for a deluxe pedicure, she was rushed!!! Why am I paying more for a rush job??? It really mad me sad being it's been a long time to treat my self. I've been going here for awhile and thier service started out great even thought it was $45 for a full set with gel polish & they had less than 50 colors to choose from... My favorite color is a pastel pink & theirs was so watered down you could STILL see the straight through my nail 3 coats later with plenty of brush stroke marks. I was happy with my shape, which is hard since it's the coffin, and service was sweet since they gave me a small little hand massage after, so I've kept coming back. By the 6th visit I could genuinely see they did not care about keeping my business... I called to set an appointment & when I came in I waited 20minutes before they told me to leave my number so they could call me to tell me when was a good time... I came back twice after calling to see if it was still busy & being told t wasn't busy I came back to get turned away again.. by the third time they actually called me I walked out with 3 unevenly shaped nails that were extremely thick & unevenly polished.... $50...... The gel polish started to chip and completely peel off within the first two hours.. I had sharp edges on some and others were almost completely round while others were oval.... Beyond Nails is the best salon and DEFINITELY worth $50 for a full set.... they actually appreciate their customers & do their best to make sure your time was pleasant. If you're unhappy they willingly and happily do whatever possible to fix it. XO nails changed the price on me multiple times and the female that did my nails obviously didn't want to do my nails due to them being shorter than most... She made me feel embarrassed at my hands saying things like, "Ewwww why you bite...?" "don't worry we TRY to make them pretty" I definitely don't even want to go in to complain directly because of the reviews saying they basically just yell saying it's not their fault, but I'm going to call to at least let them know why they won't be seeing me anymore... I don't want to seem super sensitive, but the female staff is rude, the male tech doesn't listen to your suggestions, & the over all long term service was awful. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have never been spoke to so poorly in my life. The lady who was doing my full set was filing my nails so hard and fast that she gashed my finger open to where there was blood dripping all over the table. She then didn't apologize and got stuff to put on it that stung so bad and never once prepared me for that or asked if I was okay. Once I got to my car I saw that half of my nails were filed sideways and that there was paint all over the bottoms of my fingers. She also failed to paint the bottom side of my nails so they look clear when you look at them straight on. My nails are so poorly done that they go from narrow on my nail bed to wide at the bottom. They just look horrible. There is also paint on the parts of my nails that she didn't fill correctly. I could've done a better job. She took 30 minutes to do a full set of nails when at other salons it always taken at least an hour. She only used 1 drill on them when other places use the drill at least 4 times. If I could find a way to post pictures of my nails on here I would. When I went back in to say that I'd like my money back she starts yelling at the top of her lungs at me calling me all sorts of names. The manager finally voids my payment after about 20 minutes of arguing and as I start to leave she yells at me to never dare come back into the salon. I am absolutely shocked with how they handled an unhappy customer. I have never been talked to like that in my life. I never once got an apology from ANYONE and to be screamed at by an employee working there was something I've never experienced before in my life. She didn't even get off her ass to come over and look at my nails. I recommend to NEVER go to this place. There customer service is horrible and they truly don't care about the happiness of the people they call customers. There are much better nail salons out there to spend your money at.
