Called and asked if they did acrylic, they said they did - they don't, at least not the right way. No drills, so she glued and filed my nails down with a basic nail file. I was there for over an hour getting a fill. They were super thick and started lifting after a week. Hopefully they invest on learning how to use an electric drill or hiring someone who knows how to. Terrible...just no...I miss the old owners!!! The new way these people do nails is horrible! It takes forever, it is so painful the way they filed my nails... the sides of my nails and cuticles were cut! The chemicals they use burned so bad! Worst experience I've ever had while getting my nails done. My nails were uneven, too thick, too thin, just horrible. My nails were breaking the same day I got them done! I went in because I had one broken nail and needed a rebase done. When I got there they informed me that they had changed owners. The acrylic was different and she was not going to be able to do my nails with the old acrylic. I asked her to take off my old nails and put new ones on. She refused. She fixed the nail that was broken and then proceeded to fill in where the old nails had grown out. They looked horrible with the old nails being off white and the new nail being white. I told her I was not happy and she told me to pay her anyways. I called her later that day and asked for a refund. She fought me on it but I convinced her to give me a refund and I waited four days for the refund and instead it posted. Horrible service and horrible product. I will not be returning. Read Less
