It's a shame that this place doesn't understand customer service to balance out the quality of pedicure. The guy who actually did my shellac pedicure last night was great. But the colour was not what I clearly asked for and they tried to convince me it was. My daughters pedicure was also the wrong colour from what she selected and the lady doing her nails was rude when I pointed it out saying she would stick a flower on. She did that but it smudged the polish and then didn't do a top coat. I went back today to try to get my colour redone as I'm really not pleased and we basically got into a fight and they wanted to recharge me to redo the colour half the cost of the original pedicure. They had an appointment with a different customer and they had me first, she started my full set then she asked me to move to different chair and had me waiting for 45min, I couldn’t leave because she had started my nails already, so she did it in purpose so I couldn’t leave. It was just a regular full set she told me it would be $35dll then she charged me $50dll, after all the way by the end I didn’t like my nails. I was not happy I told her but she didn’t care. Popped in this week for a mani! Jessi did my nails and I'm pretty sure it was the best mani I've ever had. She was thorough, didn't rush, had super high standards for herself & her work, and I ended up with perfect nails. Super impressed, pleasantly surprised to discover Jessi & I will definitely be back. This my new go to nail place and it’s a 5 minute drive from deep cove. Gotten a few mani pedis here. Always get plain pedis and find that they last quite awhile. Got my first gel polish mani yesterday and I love them Read Less

I've never had a worse experience at a nail salon. I went in for a gel manicure, which should normally only take 45 min and I allocated an hour. It took over 2 hours. I missed a dinner I had planned. I only waited 20 min, the service was so slow. And the result was not very good. She got nail polish on my hands. Read Less

This is a nail salon that a few family members usually go to regularly, this was my first and last time going here. AVOID THIS NAIL SALON! The pedicure chairs are a little run down. My sister in law had stuff floating in her water, like dread skin, they had to drain and "clean" her tub twice. The actual pedicure was a nice pedicure, worth 25$ like the sign says, until it came time for the polish. First she asked me/tried to push me at least 5 times to get gel polish I told her 5 times no just the regular polish. At this time I started to get irritated I don't like to be pushed into a sale. I had picked out a blue polish for my main color and a silver polish for one accent toe the lady doing my pedicure accidentally put the blue polish on the toe I wanted the silver, no big deal you would think, just take off the color on that toe and paint it the silver like asked but no she said she didn't want to do that and decided to do whatever she wanted and put the silver on like you would do a French. At this point I was over the whole thing so just let her finish what she was going to do so I could just leave. Once my toes were dry I went to pay. I handed her my credit card and the bill back was 40$!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked why it was 40 and not 25 and she said it was because I had the deluxe pedicure. I was never asked nor did I say once that I wanted the deluxe pedicure, then she continued to tell me that the deluxe pedicure was 35$ and the French pedicure was 5$ extra....... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!  This place is an absolute joke and rip off. Do not come here unless you love dirty nail salons who don't listen to what you want and then charge you an absurd amount of money. Yikes! They picked at my nail beds and cuticles until they bled. It didn't heal for several days. And they kept pressuring me to upgrade various services and add-ons.  I will definitely not be returning. Read Less

I've been to several local nail salons and this salon is on the top of my list after last night's experience! It may not be the cleanest facility but the attention to detail and care that they took in the look of my nails was so wonderful and refreshing! I got a half moon  two-toned manicure (shown in the picture I posted - by the way they are my REAL nails) and she shaped them perfectly and they came out so fantastic! This was the worst nail salon I have ever been in. I went in on a Sunday morning for a fill. The tech worked on my nails for 2 hours (for a simple fill) and when it was finally over my nails looked horable. I asked to speak to the Manger/Owner and was told that they were not in. I called the next day, again no manger/owner I left my number and asked that they call me. I never received a call. I called several more times and no response from the management of this establishment. I would recommend going any where but this nail salon. The only reason they received one star is because it will not let me not give them "0". Horrible horrible customer service. Shame on the management. I will over look the 2 hr fill job that was awful but for management not to return the phone call of a customer. Terrible. Read Less
