I have been looking for a new salon for the past two years and I seen the salons reviews online. So I went there yesterday (Saturday day before mother's day) and decided to try it. As soon as i walked in I was immediately greeted. I sat down it was a little bit of a wait but I noticed that the salon was very clean. When a tech was free I sat in her chair. Wanting to go with a new look she advised me that the style that I wanted may not be good for my profession. So I decided for the square look. After getting started the tech (I believe her name is Lee) was very maticulous and didn't rush making sure the shape was perfect. I went here too get my nails done and I picked out my nail polishes and they lady was very judgmental about it. I asked her to shape it into the coffin shape. She told me it was 10 dollars extra too do it. The lady getting hers done next too me told me she didn’t get charged. After they were done they were super thick. Also there’s lots of bumps and dents in the in the nails. My nails were all different shapes and sizes half of them were crooked as well. I asked her too fix it and she didn’t. They were super rude! I have been trying to find a place to regularly get my nails and toes done, and I am soooo glad I found this place. Kim did my pedicure (shellac) and she was super sweet and gentle and took her time. It looks awesome. My NAILS girrrl. I got stilleto chrome shellac nails and Lilly is the bomb!!!! She made my nails PERFECT. The shape, color, everything is on point. Definitely would recommend. Went and had my nails done for my birthday on 2/16/18 and I had a really specific design that I wanted, but didn't know the terminology for the specific design, I only had a picture of it. I showed it to the nail tech, and she right away made sure she had the proper materials to do it. My nails look and feel fabulous! She didn't rush through it, she took her time and did a great job! She was great to talk too, and also because I'm pregnant she gave me a mask to wear. The owner was also there and another woman, they were all so kind, and offered my son a muffin while he waited for me. I will be going back here and I highly recommend the service, also working in the beauty industry, I noticed that all their products are very clean and sanitary. I just moved from California to Colorado and I was very concerned about finding a nail salon comparable to the one I frequented in California. After searching Yelp for salons for several days, I decided to try Nails Tech. I received a pedicure, an acrylic fill and an eye brow waxing. First off, my pedicure was great. It included a scrub, massage, hot stones and warm towels. The whole experience was very relaxing in combination with their wonderful massage chairs. I then went to the back to get my eyebrows done by Lily, who did an amazing job. I have had a couple bad experiences getting my eyebrows done before, but Lily made them flawless. Finally, my fill, Lily did a holographic polish with bows on my ring fingers. They turned out amazing and I can't wait to return here again in 3 weeks. I'm honestly really shocked at all the bad reviews, I've been to entirely too many nail places in Denver looking for someone that was nice to me and could do what I wanted, - correctly- for a reasonable price. These ladies have never once let me down, Lily is my girl, but all of the techs are incredibly sweet and good at what they do. Don't listen to crappy reviews clearly written by some bitter jerks. The tech left me to work on someone else. The hot towels around my legs had gotten cold. She told me she was going to be back to me in 10 minutes.  I will never go there again. I too should have read the reviews before going here! This was the worst service ever and less than a week after my mani/pedi it chipped!!! They filed my nails a totally weird shape, and when I asked the lady to fix the edges because they were so sharp she couldn't even speak enough English to understand what I was trying to say! They barely gave me any massage but by this time I was irritated anyway. I accidentally bumped my toe and needed a little fix, and the owner just looked at it and said it okay it not that big a deal??!??!!!!?!!??!My niece got her nails painted as well and less than an fifteen minutes after walking out her polish literally flaked off the whole nail... she is five years old and sat all that time to have them dry all to have them flake off in fifteen minutes?!!?!?!??!?!? When we came back to have them fix it the owner tried to blame it on my niece picking it off!!! I was so mad I could scream but I just left and told myself I would never go back again and tell everyone I know to not go in there for any reason. If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I went in for an EXPRESS mani/pedi and was there for TWO HOURS! That wasn't waiting around...that was two hours it took the tech to do an express mani/pedi. It was totally ridiculous. She spoke no English - so she couldn't understand anything I was trying to communicate. And as long as it took - you would've thought my nails would all be perfect - they weren't. The pedi chipped right away, and my mani looks like a child did it. 06.03.16 QUICK 15-20 min $20 pedicure: exfoliate, lotion and polish no massage at lunch hour with a client/friend..."E"was great but may have put too many layers of top coat, globbed top coat, waited an hour to let dry at salon while waited for my friend's pedicure and re-fill for her nails. I just sat in the chair and let them dry as I enjoyed the massage chair and talked with my friend. I avoided touching them until a half hour drive back to the office (from Englewood to Aurora), tapped them to see if they were dry before putting my shoes on and they smudged  The salon told me to go back and get the toes fixed so drove the 30 min drive out of my way back that day around 4pm and multiple nail techs and the owner worked on my toes. The first person globbed it on again and prob painted 4 or more layers unevenly. I hate telling people that I am not happy and dont like confronting the sweet ladies but it was pretty bad...so Lilly the owner came over and did my toes. "E" did a cute nail design earlier with multiple baby flowers but Lilly tried her best and did a Lilly. It's not my fave design but she did her best and did ask if I liked it but didn't have the heart to have her re-do it twice  One of the Lillies is off centered more towards the left and one is all the way to the right corner of my toe nail. The nail design did not compliment each other.  I felt terrible for being "that customer" and decided to do a shellac mani since I drove all the way out there... This experience was a little better.$30 for shellac and & $20 for a mani so I thought why not do the gel. They have a very LARGE selection of great colors. Another nail tech did my gel nails. She was also very kind and accommodating. It's not the best I've had before. Kinda mediocre... Nails weren't filed evenly or are the same shape. Unevenly painted and you can see the sides of my unpainted nails :( where the gel was not applied Prob won't be back. Mostly bc it's out of my way and not the best quality despite the AFFORDABLE pricing However I do want to say that the staff is friendly, accommodating, patient and they do ask if you like the work, but how many times do you have to point out errors in their nail service :( it makes it awkward to always say "you missed a spot" or "its uneven" or "you hit my wet nail with your hand, can you repaint this one?"  multiple times :( Read Less

My complaint about this place is that even though I paid for a full leg waxing, which should go from the groin to the ankle, they extra charged me 10 dollars above the price I paid for waxing the area that begins just after groin up to three inches below. Read Less

Worst Manicure EVER. I stopped in because it's close to my children's school. The people were nice but seriously. My 3 year old can color in the lines better. I got this manicure 4 hours ago and it's already peeled off. So now, I have to remove the polish before bed. I suspect they poured low quality polish in OPI bottles. I got a set of acrylics put on. One of my fingers was cut pretty bad with the electric file and the polish cracked the same day! I called to come in for a refund, and when I got there they refused to give it to me. Completely unprofessional. Read Less
