Staff was polite, however that is the only good thing I have to say. They were nearly empty, but insisted on doing my manicure at the same time as my pedicure so I didn’t get to relax at all. The person who did my pedicure was clearly being trained. She hardly touched my heels with the pumice stone, they were actually more rough the day after my pedicure than they were before. My feet were not massaged, I hardly even felt the lotion being rubbed in. The man who did my shellac manicure filed my naturally thick nails down to nothing. I decided last minute to go for a pedicure due to having knee surgery 3 weeks ago I was over due. I was greeting at the front door by Van who helped me in while hobbling in on crutches. She was amazing! She was so gentle, professional, and took really great care of me! Asking me if I was in any pain, if I was comfortable, if I needed something to drink. Great customer service!  The salon is open and bright - lots of sun and simles. I walked in to make an appt for my mom and I.   The accommodated both of us happily and quickly. Van gave me an amazing foot massage - hard to come by these days!  It was relaxing and invigorating...so much so it convinced my mom to add one to her pedi.  Prices are reasonable and service is sincere. Went in for eyebrow microblading, added on a foot massage and pedicure. My cousin got her brows done at a salon in CA and said it took her nearly 3 hours (and she's not even happy with the results) thank goodness that wasn't the case here. Check in and letting the numbing cream sit takes a bit of time, but only about 30 mins of pain. Overall I'm extremely pleased with the results and will definitely recommend this place to friends. This place is amazing!! I was disappointed with where I was going to get my nails done prior and I tried this place based in the Yelp reviews. It did not disappoint! They are so accommodating, everything is very sanitary and my nails turned out flawless. I have already booked my next appointment and will continue to return, based on my wonderful experience. This was my first visit to LS & N and i wanted to get Lash Extensions. I got a groupon however the groupon only covered 40-50 lashes an eye. I opted for the full classic set. Angel did not disappoint. She was sweet, courteous,clean, informative and fast! The lashes are beautiful and long without looking gaudy or fake. The shop was clean and really pretty. I would give my experience at this studio a 10/5 if I could! Jay did an amazing job on my eyebrows and I will be going to him again. But the thing that sets this salon apart from the rest was the customer service I received. Thi at the front desk went above and beyond to solve the issue I had with my credit card, advocating for me with third parties and working days later to make sure things got done right. This is a brand new lash & nail studio owned by the same owner of Bar Nail in Castle Rock. Its a beautiful salon with brand new equipment, same quality customer service! This is the very worst salon I have ever been to. After a simple pedicure my husband's feet are raw and blistered. The technician wore gloves while using callous remover, and kept the same gloves on for the foot massage!! Without rinsing them off!! Between being on the phone and taking to the other employees. My first experience was great, but when I went back for a second time it was a completely different experience. It was very busy and they asked me to come back in 45 minutes. They didn't start on my nails until over an hour later. They kept switching working on my nails and other people's nails and convinced me that the only way they could do my nails was with dip powder and that I should do them without getting new tips. Came here for the first time today and I know this will be my new go-to spot! Everyone was so kind and Tiffany did an amazing job on my manicure/pedicure.  I had a way better experience here than other places I've been to, where the fumes are strong, the  multiple giant TVs are distracting, and I feel like the process is rushed.
