I wanted this to be my regular nail place and Lisa was good....however I didn’t like how she has the prices up on the wall but charges more and I’m not talking a couple bucks....I’m talking $15 dollars more. She’s not upfront, she is very shady!! Then I mentioned I did not want dip powder and she heard me well! She started doing dip powder anyways which adds $10 more dollars. I call that shady!!! I love this place. Lisa is amazing and the other lady is so sweet. I feel bad I can't remember her name. The guy can be moody, but I think it's funny. He's still respectful. Only place that can help with my one ingrown from where my toenail was broken years ago. It's pretty far from home, but I only like going here. Read Less

My husband and I really enjoy our pedicures here! They have accommodated us with 4 people on a Sunday morning! They give a warm welcome and appreciate you coming in. We try other salons but always come back. Pedis last forever! Read Less

I went in after about 6 mos of intense pain from an ingrown nail. I even went to urgent care and they wouldn't help me . I was up at nights in so much discomfort I went in and told Lisa and I can't begin to explain the relief. It was unbelievable I will never ever go anywhere else Read Less

I had the worst, most painful ingrown toenail. I had gone to another salon and they cut my nails incorrectly. After a drs visit and months of pain, Lisa fixed it. I haven't slept in weeks due to the pain. She knows what she's doing!!! If I could give more stars I would. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Read Less

This is the worst nail salon ive ever been to. They rush you. there not sanitary. Very dirty in fact. I had tips that didnt even fit my nail beds that were put on. There not all licensed. They tell you one price and charge you more in the end. Read Less

This review is for my mother. She went to Broadway Nails for a pedicure and requested for a woman to do her toes.  Instead they set her up with their male tech. The male technician is rough, cuts nails too short, and rips off cuticles.  She came out of the salon bleeding! 2 weeks later and she still has sore toes.  Please do not waste your money here. Pedicures should be enjoyable and relaxing, not something you have to worry about hurting or contracting some infection.  Shame on them. Read Less

They cut me with the cuticle trimmers on 2 of my fingers...I had to ask them for antiseptic to make sure I didn't get an infection! I also wasn't overwhelmed with the cleanliness of the place so based on those factors I'd say I'm not returning :/ Read Less

I came in for a new set of pink and white full set of nails.  Most places remove old nails with acetone soak.   The tech who did my nails used his own nail,  cuticle clippers and a fake tip to remove my old nails. Read Less

I would not recommend this place at all. I am new to the area and found this place nearby and thought I would try it. Very disappointed. I had called ahead to make an appointment for a gel mani/pedi, and the woman was polite on the phone and said they would have someone ready for me. When I arrived there was only one other woman there who was also getting a mani/pedi. As I walked to my pedicure chair, there was about an inch sized dead bug on the floor, which should have been the sign I needed to get out of there. My nails were started while in the pedicure chair and it was done very poorly and rushed. Like I said there was only two of us in there so there was no need to rush. My nails were filed crooked and too short after I asked her not to file them low. My nails were not cleaned and are still not even after the finished the polish. The woman doing my pedicure moved me to a chair in the front where she sat on the floor to do my pedicure and the floor was not clean. Very disappointed in the service and I will not be returning. Had a bad experience today. I have gone to this place one other time because of the great reviews. The first time was good. This time, they have raised their prices so a gel manicure is $25. She rushed through my nails, and when I asked about a messed up nail, she didn't fix it. She also left some of my old HOT PINK nail polish on so you could see it through my Manicure. When these things were pointed out, she was Very rude. Not good customer service. And much like other salons, be prepared to be oversold. Staff took their time and did a great job. This was one of the first times I've had a nail tech actually ask my name and remember it. Prices are average for area nail salons, $25 for a deluxe pedicure that included callus removal and a sea salt scrub. I also did a French shellac and that ran about $25. I left a review for the last location but since it didn't carry over, I wanted to make sure they got proper props!I adore the staff here! I have never found another nail salon where the color lasts as long as it does with service from here. The shopping center it is in isn't that nice looking but the service is way better than the outward appearance and their store is always clean and comfortable. The previous location was much closer for me, but I am willing to make the drive b/c they do such a good job! They also have several options on their pedicures now so you can really pamper yourself or get the basics. Read Less
