Fabulous service and gorgeous nails! I was lucky enough to have the owner, Joyce, do my gel French manicure. Not only was she delightful and interesting to talk with, but my nails look gorgeous! She even stayed about 40 minutes late to make sure that I had the full "spa" experience with a hand and arm massage and a hot towel wrap for my hands before she would let me go. Nice! It's not often that I see owners jump into action like that so I was very impressed... and I'm hard to please usually! I went in today and asked for an eyebrow wax. The technician dropped wax on my hair. I asked to speak with the owner and was told that she was out of the country. I was given an acting manager's phone number. I called it and it wasn't an active number. I then asked for a correct phone number. I was given a second number. This acting manager began to harass me via text telling me that she was going to call authorities and say I walked out without paying because her employee didn't have the authority to tell me my fees were waived. She continued to text me throughout the night. I asked her to have the owner contact me and she told me I had to come in the next day for someone to look at my hair. I repeatedly told her I had a flight for a board meeting in the morning and she said she would use the security camera footage to prove I walked out. I told her that she will see that I offered to pay for my services; but, was told that it was waived since their technician dropped hot wax in my hair. I have never felt so wronged, mistreated, and threatened in my entire life. I had been a repeat customer. I am terribly disappointed that the salon is unwilling to take responsibility for their technician's actions. Read Less

I highly recommend this nail salon for an economical yet above and beyond pedicure. Includes hot towel wrap during and a brief chair massage after. I have been visiting for six years and it is by far my favorite, for the price. Location is northwest corner of Yosemite and Dry Creek, in the same shopping center as My Favorite Muffin and Toyko Joe's. Read Less
