Walked in and lady was very rude. She was eating her lunch and looked very bothered by me. Then, she started talking in Vietnamese to herself, but loud enough for me to hear...I could tell she was saying not nice things by her body language and tone. Then she tells me it is best if I make an appointment next time because I came in during her lunch...ok...so how am I to know when her lunch break is? This was my first time there. The actual pedicure was completely rushed and awkward. She did not say one word to me the entire time. Then, she made me wait half an hour to pay her while I sat there drying. Will never go back again.

I've gone 4 times, or at least attempted 4 times. 3 of the 4 I was turned away. Not even a, "come back in an hour" or however long till they have an opening. Instead she just says I can't help you sor...
I've gone 4 times, or at least attempted 4 times. 3 of the 4 I was turned away. Not even a, "come back in an hour" or however long till they have an opening. Instead she just says I can't help you sorry. Elizabeth NEEDS a better nail salon. I won't try them again. I'm just going to keep going to my place in Parker.

I wish there were a zero star section!!!! Very very disappointed! i got acrylics about 20 min ago. and they look terrible. the lady didn't even paint the whole nail. all of them are uneven and look me...
I wish there were a zero star section!!!! Very very disappointed! i got acrylics about 20 min ago. and they look terrible. the lady didn't even paint the whole nail. all of them are uneven and look messy and some of them have pointson the nail (she didn't file them all the way). She left about 3 or 4 times, and along with that she was playing a GAME on her phone while do my nails. My mom picked me up and i told her we are never ever going there again. The lady didn't talk at all. And she speaks english too! Please take my advise and don't ever go there for the sake of your nails.

Rushed through the application of the acrylic. It had bad bubbles in every nail. Looked awful :( I told the owner, she just said it's the acrylic they use. I've never had nails look to bad (or be so thick). Overall a bad experience.

This place has really hit ground floor. The lady didn't get off the phone rushed through my manicure so fast that I had to get in the car and file the rough edges of my nails. They look like they would have if I or a 4th grader would have done them. She must have just been trying to get out of there quickly.

Went several times. Tried to like it. Nice lady. But dirty. Uses same file/clippers/tweezers over and over. Long long waits as no help, even with appointment. Had nail infection. Won't go back.

Then, she started talking in Vietnamese to herself, but loud enough for me to hear...I could tell she was saying not nice things by her body language and tone. Very very disappointed! i got acrylics about 20 min ago. and they look terrible. the lady didn't even paint the whole nail. all of them are uneven and look messy and some of them have pointson the nail (she didn't file them all the way). She left about 3 or 4 times, and along with that she was playing a GAME on her phone while do my nails. My mom picked me up and i told her we are never ever going there again. The lady didn't talk at all. And she speaks english too! Please take my advise and don't ever go there for the sake of your nails.
