Came here because my usual place - World Nails - was booked up. Never coming back again. The work is so subpar. It's hardly been a week and my nails are already starting to pull up from the edges and cuticles. For reference, I've been getting my nails done at World for 7 months nonstop and their manicures literally last 3 full weeks. I only have to get them redone because my nails are growing out. I love this nail salon! I recently moved to Denver and was searching for an affordable and quality salon and this is it! They even do dipping powder. I get the gel nails and it is only $30 for a fill. The service there is great too. It is family operated and they speak English and are personable. My nails always last about a month too! Read Less

This place is my new nail spot! I called to make an appointment but when I got to the place (by target) I think the name is listed under a different name... anyway, Rob greeted me and was so nice! He didn't pressure me into getting anything extra and held great conversation. They have a good price range and if you pay in cash it's less $$. I've been going to Nails Pro since I was in elementary school. Robert is my nail pro and does a phenomenal job every time. Sometimes I ask him to get creative and give me something new but classy and it always turns out amazing. I live a hour away But still drive to nails pro to get my nails done by Robert. Nails Pro is the BEST nail shop I've been to. I have been going to this shop for about six years now and it has only gotten better! My nail tech is Robert and he is amazing! He's very creative with his nail work and always leaves my nails on Fleek 😉 But more then that getting your nails done means relaxation and Robert definitely does that! This is my regular nail salon and I always have a great experience. My first choice of nail technician is always Ha - she is fabulous! She is so great that she even selects nail polish colors for me. When I give her an idea of what I want, she knows exactly what will look nice on my skin. I call ahead for appointments, or just walk in, either way the staff are very accommodating and sweet. Also, if they ever make mistakes (has never happened to me) they will fix for free up to two days after your visit. Always amazing! Jules is my favorite and does an incredible job. Her attention to detail is wonderful. This is a family owned and operated establishment and has a great vibe. This place doesn't deserve 1 star. Upon walking in they asked "what do you need?" I said a fill. They didn't say another word to me for 45 minutes. There was nowhere to sit, so I sat at an empty station. After my 45 minute wait, I asked one of the employees if they would be attending to me soon as I had an appointment to get to. One of the male employees immediately began berating me saying "where is your appointment? What time do you need to be there? Do you think we care if you have an appointment?" I said "you should care. I've been waiting for 45 minutes, you keep taking other customers that are walking in, you seem to have forgotten all about me." He said "you should've been sitting where I could see you. That's not my problem, that's your problem." I stated "I have been sitting right behind you do you entire time, you knew I was sitting back there because you kept turning around to look at me." He then told me to sit at a female employee's station, so I did. He continued to berate me, telling me my appointments were not his problem. I told him I could easily go to another salon down the street and that I didn't have to put up with this type of treatment. I asked him repeatedly to leave me alone and stop talking to me, because all I wanted was my nails done. He would not stop. I eventually had to get up and leave. I have never been treated so horribly in my entire life. I cannot believe that they would allow him to treat a customer that way. The entire time he was berating me, he was working on another customers nails! The woman he was working on looked terrified! This guy was so angry and so volatile. He was extremely sarcastic, condescending and patronizing. I will never go to this nail salon nor will I ever refer anyone here. Worst experience ever! Seriously worst customer service ever. Went in to get an acrylic nail repair and they wouldn't even give me the time of day. Granted they were busy but two people walked in 10 minutes after me for full mani/pedis and they proceeded to help them first before they even came back to me. The one guy said he didn't have the colors I wanted and quickly walked away before I could even tell him that it wasn't important to have it match, I just wanted to replace the missing nails because it looks ghetto!! I will never come here again. I have been coming here for the last year or so. Julie is awesome but every other nail tech that has worked on my nails has done a less than acceptable job. To the point that I cringe every time I go in and Julie isn't working or available.I got my nails done on a Sunday and the very next day one of them chipped because the nail tech didn't file my nails well enough. The nail was peeling from underneath and caused the shellac to come off. The next day another one of my poorly filed nails peeled from underneath and the shellac came off. When the tech was doing my nails he was rushing and didn't spend much time filing or looking for rough edges. When I put my nails under the UV light, it was for less than 20 seconds each time. He looked at me sideways when I asked for a second top coat (something that Julie is adamant about). The massage and hot towel lasted less than 30 seconds. I figured it wouldn't be an issue to get the 2 nails fixed. I went to the salon and as I was walking across the parking lot, one of the owners was driving through and looking into the salon instead of around him. He almost hit me and thankfully stopped because he heard my voice. Once I got inside, I explained to the other owner that I needed my nails fixed. She said "Oh too bad you chip" and went on about how it was my fault that the 2 nails had chipped. I told her it was not because of anything I did and I told her I felt the tech rushed through my manicure. That is the moment a switch flipped and she started yelling at me. Don't ever go to this place and suggest they did something wrong unless you want to get verbally assaulted. I couldn't believe the way I was treated. One of the other nail techs stood up and started yelling at me and saying that I came in over a week and a half ago and told me to shut up. I corrected him and told him sorry his memory was off, but I was here just a few days ago. He called me a liar. Save your money and go to one of the many other nail salons in the area. One of the worst mani/pedis I've ever received. I can do a better job myself! The water to soak my feet in was cold, she did a sloppy job on my cuticles and on the polish. I went into get my nails done today and just expected a typical experience where nobody speaks to me and I was really surprised that the young lady that did my nails spoke perfect English, she was extremely friendly and we talked the entire time. I LOVE JULIE, the youngest daughter of the owners.  She is a fluent English speaker and very nice young, smart lady to boot who gives an outstanding mani/pedi everytime.  I've also had both of her parents do the same, although can see others points about them being less than friendly.  Great price for great outcome.  Just went to an over priced nicer salon down by work in Centennial and after spending $70 for mediocrity, will be visiting Julie soon for a redo!
