Tl;dr - staff isn't friendly, wax they use is awful, I've never had such a horrible after wax experience.I had a really difficult time booking. I think it's because I bought a Groupon to try this place out. Never again. Initially, people on the phone were so unpleasant. The women sounded like they hated their jobs and just did not care to book me. Funny when I called later without saying I had a Groupon...first, she told me I should just book online...when I insisted, then magically she had sooner availability. But whatever. Not THAT big of a deal. I arrived for my appointment, and admittedly, it's a cure little place. It's not welcoming or friendly...but it has nice big windows and cute decor. I waited around for my appointment and tried asking some questions about other services. But other women that worked there would walk up to the desk and interrupt, mid-sentence, to talk to the woman at the desk. Ok. She was nice and tried to give me attention. She was probably 1 of 2 nice employees. The 2nd was the woman who did my wax. She was awkward and it was difficult to keep conversation because the wax they use hurt 5x worse than usual. And it was difficult for her to use. She had problems ripping it off...I didn't realize at the time this would cause huge issues. But even though I exfoliated, cleaned, and cared for the area post wax, as usual...I started getting a ton of ingrown hairs...worse than I have ever experienced. I'm going to have to see my doctor for extraction of some of the ingrown that I can see under the skin.I've never had such a painful experience during or after a wax. This has truly been horrible. I've had at most 1 or 2 ingrown hairs from waxing. After this experience, I had in the tens of ingrown hairs that I was able to extract...but about 8 that will need to be medically extracted. As a new-ish mom, I really hadn't been taking care of myself, and my mom wanted to do something to perk me up. She took me here and Angie found amazing skincare and makeup that made me feel like the best version of myself! Everything purchased that day has worked wonderfully, and I've used it every day since. I felt like she paid close attention to what I wanted and what would work for me. The atmosphere was nice and inviting. I'll definitely be back, not only for more of the skincare and makeup purchased that day as I run out, but also for any future needs! I spent in total 90 bucks for my legs (including tip) and still had hair all over my legs. I am blonde so it's not as easy to see but still when that is your job I expect more. Needless to say I was disappointed but the owner did a great job of getting ahold of me and fixing the issue. Read Less

I love the products! Not once have I had a "bad" brow experience! And I certainly love how long the xxl mascara makes my lashes! Five star service deserves five star reviews. I found this gem on a Groupon and I will be back as soon as I can. The space is beautiful and welcoming. Sarah was awesome! Super professional, friendly, made me feel ultra comfortable(even with the Brazilian) and did an excellent job. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable and a dedicated professional to her gifted trade. I actually brought my sister in to see Sarah when she was in town from Texas to go to the Adele concert.My sister NEVER gets her eyebrows done so I was so impressed that Sarah could make her brows looks SOOO good in such a short amount of time. She met us at the door with a smile and was so sweet.If I wasn't so loyal to my brow girl, I'd definitely be seeing Sarah! I am highly disappointed in how I was treated today at your establishment. Even in a situation where scheduling is an issue there is no need to be rude and short with a customer. Donna was short and impatient as soon as I walked in the door and when I realized her attitude was not going to change I left. I will not be back. I was so taken aback by the lack of customer service that I called to find out if the treatment I received was normal. I hope how I was treated was not related to anything else. To start off;Sherees Cosmetics is amazing.The staff and the service is never disappointing! Due to the popularity of this establishment, I always make appointments for my brows and all other services, to guarantee I can get it done in the time frame I need! I understand things may happen and can get busy in a business, so I just go ahead and make appointments to make sure I have a spot. They are typically helping at least one customer every time I come,which means they are ...doing it right!! I always hear how happy other people are with their products and services ...and it reassures me of the satisfaction I receive here :) a lot of people are crunched for time anymore, so if you fall in that category and are on a schedule, just call and make an appointment! Or just call Sheree at the shop, I'm sure she would talk to you about whatever service you needed or wanted! Appointments for brows are usually 15 minutes ~give or take~ to ensure the brows are done right. I've been coming here for over 4 years for mine and now I would never go somewhere else!! I use their makeup( only one I have found that my sensitive skin actually likes and covers my flaws to the tee!)and I love it! They will color match you and will also give you a makeover if you want one. I've also started using face products and other services recently, and I will say-younger or older it doesn't matter, everything here can benefit, or be used by all!! I was in yesterday to have Donna do my brows. She does a great job . Afterwards, Sheree helped me with makeup for my son's wedding. Sheree always pulls off a completely natural look that perfectly complements my skin color.
