Definitely had a way better experience at this Regal Nails than the other nail salon I used to go to. They stick with their prices and don’t push you to get more things than what you want and they definitely do communicate with you to make sure you get the best nail services possible. The lady who did my nails her name is Linda and I just got a full set, French tipped with gold designs. I thought eh I’m getting them done again so why not go all out, I can tell you one thing Linda went passed my expectations and gave me the best set I’ve had in a very long time and gave me my money’s worth. All the ladies that work here at Regal nails are very respectful and very kind and greet you so kindly and the owner himself also greets you and will talk with you and make sure your getting your qualities worth. I was shopping at Walmart and saw I could get a manicure at Regal. What a treat! I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever had! I wish I could title this review "I'm sorry but no......."Two days ago I picked up some items at Walmart, because I had just moved into a new house, and decided to stop at the nail salon to kill two birds with one stone. I'd never been there before and was assigned Mimi, a new girl. She immediately asked to give me a fresh full set instead of the rebase I wanted. I wasn't prepared to spend the time and money, but after multiple slightly rude comments on the quality of my nails and a $5 discount I caved. I work with kids so I asked that this new set have thick gel acrylic so I didn't break a nail. Everything went well dispute her grilling me about who had done my nails last and the fact they stole money from me because my nails looked so bad. I rolled my eyes on the inside while smiling on the outside, I had just moved houses for goodness sake, yeah they were a mess. After it was all done, my nails looked nice. I was charged $40 by the shop owner which didn't reflect the $5 discount but whatever my nails looked fine - thin acrylic but nice. I tipped $8 and before leaving I was asked to leave a review. Last night, 24 hrs after getting my nails done, I broke one picking a toy box off the floor. Ugh! Thin acrylic! I went back to the nail salon today thinking I was going to pay $5 for a broken nail but deep down thinking it would be nice to get a discount since I was just there and the set was brand new. Mimi had a client so another lady fixed it. $5 plus a $1 tip. She was heavy on the polish so the new nail now wasn't consistent with the rest of my nails. I asked if she could fix it. She added a coat to the rest of my other nails and charged me an additional $10! I'm not a cheap person, I pay for quality, but where is the customer service, especially for a new client?!!! I have found my new nail salon and new nail technician - Mimi! This salon, located within Walmart, is exceptional. From the warm welcome as I arrived, to Mimi's thoughtful suggestions on my manicure, and ending with such appreciation for my time and business...Regal Nails is my new standard for nail salons! Give them a minus one star if I could .This salon is the WORST nail place I've been .The people who work here don't talk to the customers they talk to each other, in their native language.The pedicure I got was ok but she didn't even say a word to me .Then  the other worker sat on the next chair keep talking and talking like they were making fun of me .when it time for my nails she don't understand what I wanted .she keep moving my hand and jabbing me with her sharp nails ,I try to tell her about my nails but she kept saying," no done " no good " I left frustrated and very annoyed, I'm not coming back !! Very disappointed... made appointments couple days ahead since we are a wedding party. Three of us walked in, and they had no idea about anything we were saying. Pedicures we're fine, at first. Hannah a nail tech ruined my girl friends nails, after she repeatedly said what she wanted and how. (In other words the direct opposite of what she asked for!!!) As for myself everything went well, until we went to the counter to pay. SCAM! They put 4 additional cost on our bill we were never told or asked about. I came here because the place I usually go to had a long wait. As soon as I walked in the owner greeted me. I couldn't get the full pedicure experience due to my skin issues but my toes were painted to match my fingers and now I'm ready for flip flops. Forget about the threat of snow on Saturday! I had a great experience getting my nails done here. There are many reasons why I would recommend this location but I believe you have to experience it to believe it. The owner Viet went out of his way to make sure I had water and whatever else I needed. He has this skill of anticipating needs, not only for his customers but also the staff he works with. I am new to the area and was looking for a nail salon. I was hesitant to trying a nail salon in Walmart.. however I saw great reviews and gave it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not have an appointment and they were able to fit me in, and I did not feel rushed at all. The owner, Viet, was friendly and professional. He knew every person that walked into the salon and was very personable. He kindly greeted me and got to know me throughout my time at Regal. Hanna Banana did my nails and did a wonderful job. I've been everywhere in Stapleton trying to find a great nail salon!  We just moved here and I seriously have tried it all.  I saw some good reviews on Yelp for Regal Nails, so I figured I'd try it.  I made an appt and was able to get right in.  The owner, Viet, was so friendly, professional and polite.  Linda was the nail technician for my manicure.  She did an incredible job on my manicure and cuticles especially.  They carry a brand called Bio Seaweed Gel.  It's supposed to be much healthier than OPI or CND - and last longer.  I was really impressed!  I'll be back in 2 weeks! I was totally not expecting to find my perfect nail salon right off the bat- but i did. This salon is in Wal Mart! I couldn't believe the quality of service i recieved. My wife and I went grocery shopping at Walmart off Quebec and 36th Ave over the weekend. As we were leaving Walmart, my wife noticed that there was a Regal Nails salon next to Academy Bank. My wife decided to get her pedicure and manicure done since we had a wedding to go to the following weekend. My wife got a pedicure and decided to go all out by getting pink and white gel nails. My wife was extremely happy and satisfied with both the pedicure and manicure and it was reasonably priced. My wife will definitely come back and will refer her friends to go see Cindy.
