I had my nails done last Sunday and they looked great! Unfortunately one of them chipped (they were gel nails so they shouldn't have) on Tuesday night. I called on Friday (it was a busy week) to let them know and they asked if I could come in to get the one nail fixed. Seulki looked at them and let me know that she wanted to re-do all of them so that they all looked even better. Before I called I wondered if I would go back...now I know I will! Went to get a pedicure today! And it was the best pedicure ever! Christine was so sweet! When it comes to pedicures, I'm very particular from color, smoothness of my feet(since I am a runner), and massage. Oh, also w how clean the salon is as well! Hear too many horror stories! Schedule an appointment in advance because these ladies are booked(for obvious reasons). I initially scheduled my appointment for SNS(not being knowledgable about what I actually wanted), but when I came in for the appointment found that I actually wanted PolyGel nails so that I could extend them without having to use plastic extensions. PolyGel takes longer than SNS, but Susie(the owner) was great about ensuring I got the nails I wanted even though she was running low on time due to following appointments. It's so amazing to see how the Polygel forms and goes from lumpy to smooth and natural looking. I left with stunning and sturdy nails. This will definitely be my go-to nail bar! Read Less

Best nail salon ever!! They are super clean and very detailed in their nail work. Every single lovely lady on that staff is amazing, they are so kind and always help me to find what looks best for me. I refuse to let anyone else touch my eyebrows or my nails. Got a set of acrylic nails done here based upon recommendation from a friend. Susan did an amazing job, and I'm difficult to please being an esthetician myself! Walked in Saturday morning and was immediately impressed by the immaculate store, friendly staff, and the absence of polish fumes.  Suzy was my manicurist and she did an excellent job. The salon staff was kind enough to let me hang out in the nice cool AC until it was time for me to go to my event. I even changed into my dress and prepped my look there. Yes! Definitely a fan. I live across the street and am excited to have a great salon so close by. I was visiting Denver and this nail salon was in walking distance to my hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very professional and experienced. The co-owners are two sisters who recently moved from Colorado Springs. They had a nail salon there as well. I recommend you make an appointment before going there. Walk-ins are usually turned away. This place is fabulous! I was in town for work and was badly in need of a pedicure. I walked in with no appointment and was able to get right in. This place is very clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. I can honestly say Christine gave me one of the best pedicures I've ever had and I'm pretty picky! Amazing!!!! All of the workers are super friendly and kind. They go over the top to make you comfortable and really do a great job. I went in for a no-chip mani and pedi during my lunch break and they made sure to work quickly but also keep it very thorough and got me out in time.I did have a small chip in my shellac a few days after I had them done. However, being at the beach over the Holiday weekend, I can only blame myself. I went in the day after I got back and they fixed it no problem, no cost. She also put an extra top coat layer on all of them to ensure that wouldn't happen again.Overall, great experience! Keep up the great work ladies! Read Less

If you asked me a month ago, it would be 5 stars...but their gel manis just don't stand the test of time. The first time, my gel mani lasted 2 weeks, and I was so excited since I love the location, décor, and owners of this salon. I loved that they have the machine to get rid of foot calluses (not sure of the name) and even though they are slightly more expensive than other salons in the area...I was just really happy. The next time I went in, I was still happy, but my mani lasted about a week...this time less :( Their solution was for me to go in when it gets chipped, but I am really busy and can barely find time for my 2x per month visits. I haven't been especially hard on my nails, either...I've been working/studying a ton. Other than that, I might keep coming to this place but might have to go back to my old place where the manis last...also, sometimes the environment here is calm, and other times it's insane with lots of loud talking amongst the workers. ABSOLUTELY hands down the best service I've ever received in so many ways. These sisters go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I had a terrible experience at a near by salon who did not have the time and was rude but I was lucky enough to stumble upon Pearl Nail bar in my trip to Denver for a trade show. I cannot say enough nice things about their cut shop and the quality of the services they provided. I got a gel mani and a regular polish pedicure and my hands and feet after working 2 weeks non-stop felt rejuvenated. I highly recommend the lavender treatment for extra relaxing and destess. Pearl Nail Bar issue ON POINT!!!Brought my mom in here this morning to get her nails done before her Hawaii trip the following day. Came in as a walk-in and they were able to get us started as soon as we picked out our colors. Super relaxing atmosphere and very clean. Christine was very attentive, a delight to chitchat with, and gave me an amazing massage for both my pedi and mani. Their services are better then other nail salons with the same price tag. And as an added bonus they don't offer acrylic so there's non of that "typical" nail salon smell which is fine with me!!! I am in town for work and stopped by this little gem after hearing good things from a colleague. My toes look perfect, the conversation was great, and my nail tech was interesting and kind. If you want lash Extention this is the only place to go Wendy is AMAZING. She does the best most natural looking work on my eyes. I can move my lashes and rub them more than Ever before. I have been getting my lashes done for 3 years now and after having to change my person due to a move I tried 3 other girls in the Pitt meadows/tsawwassen areas and none of them did the fine work Wendy does.
