This is a fun excuse to get out with your girlfriends! They let us book a whole room for us and a friend for her birthday which was great for the girls. The manicure pedicure combo was $58, which was membership pricing. Clean and fun atmosphere, all the workers were great. They were very personable and chatted with you the whole time. They had a large variety of colors and a lot were colors you couldn't find elsewhere that were definitely in style. They have a fun bar where you can drink as well, I was sippin on $5 mimosas all day. You can get regular or pink mimosas! They are very very strict on their policy of sticking to whatever you booked. If you booked a regular manicure, chances are you cannot show up that day for a shellac. Keep that in mind as a couple of us were wanting to upgrade and they said we couldn't. Read Less

Every year, I get more extra and high maintenance. Part of that has been discovering Ella Bliss when I moved here in late 2016 and buying a membership. Since then, I am unable to even think about going to regular nail salons (and since benefits roll over, I don't have to). I had previously heard great things about Ella Bliss, but was hesitant to visit. However, I shouldn’t have worried. Everyone was very nice and Courtney (my hair stylist) and Amy (who did my brows) were both very attentive, listened to my requests and the results were amazing. I had Courtney for a blowout and makeup appointment. It was amazing! I literally have never felt more beautiful. I chose Ella Bliss because I was going to a military formal with my husband and it was close to our hotel. I did get a little lost and ended up being 15 minutes late but everyone was really kind about it. Another client booked right after me and it was apparent that Ella Bliss takes their customers very seriously because we weren't sure if we'd have time to add las...hes since I was late. Courtney wanted me to know that we had to get going and make sure we didn't run into the next client's appointment time. I appreciated that very much because it wasn't the next person's fault that I was late and I'd like to be treated the same way if the person ahead of me was late. Everything worked out. I was so in awe and amazement at how I looked. I screamed at the lady next to me, "LOOK AT MY FACE!" because I was so in shock that I could look so great. I have been searching for a new nail salon, I am pleased to announce that Ella Bliss is our new home! We are so happy with the customer service, the quality, attention to detail, the salon is beautiful and the prices are very reasonable. I was referred by a friend and I had called to get more information I believe I was helped over the phone by Marisa. She was lovely, very helpful answered all my questions. She signed me up and got me the right nail artist. She was on the phone with me for 15 mins or so and never acted annoyed or rushed at all! She also made sure my party of 3 were booked together. As arriving we were treated by quite a few of the staff. They greeted with a smile and quickly got our drinks. We waited for just a few minutes and were greeted by smiling faces and by name. Everyone introduced themselves and was welcoming! The whole team was very knowledgeable. They were kind through the entire visit. My nail artist an up beat gentlemen was very patient! He did a great job. My niece is 6 and everyone was so sweet. They did a amazing job on her tiny little fingers. She had a picture of Mermaid scales and they carefully hand painted them. This is tough. I would give Ella a 3.5 if I could, but alas... Upon looking for a place to get a mani/pedi last minute, I stumbled across Ella Bliss through a Yelp search. It was a Thursday night, so they were able to get me in right away. While entering, I was warmly greeted and asked if I'd like a drink. My kinda place already. The kind bartender also said that because I was new, I get like $2 off my first drink. Funny enough, I saw on Yelp that I could use a coupon for a free drink, but I didn't say anything. A few dollars wasn't a big deal. The pedi was great! I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to one of their more pampering pedis, and I happily accepted as I sipped on my Pinot Grigio. The manicure, however, was disappointing. Now, considering I'm new to this place, when I made the appointment over the phone for a mani/pedi, I thought that I'd be getting a full version of each. Apparently, I received the "Express Mani/pedi" as the lady did not spend much time cutting my cuticles or anything like that. I also felt like there was a heavy emphasis on trying to push buying their accessories/products that were for sale at the front, not to mention their $58 monthly service. Just a bit too sales-y. This is a place I'd like to go back to, especially with a girlfriend, but I may find somewhere else that focuses more on the service experience. Read Less

GREAT experience at the Ella Bliss Denver location! Last night my company hosted a Spa Night/Baby Shower for 17 guests. Reno was incredibly helpful and accommodating while going through the planning process with me. I dropped off decorations earlier in the day and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to see that they were already set up! Each member of the staff was friendly and we all walked away happy with our services. And they got all 17 of us in within 2 1/2 hours!!! Called to make an appointment, the person I originally spoke with was extremely rude and made me feel that I wasn't important. Didn't offer any others available dates when they stated they had nothing open for the day I requested; just simply said they couldn't fit me in. I will never ever try to book an appointment again. I love Ella Bliss. I have never been disappointed with a service. I love how the membership is affordable and if unused, rolls over month to month, so I can come in for multiple appointments in one day. I mentioned how I wish the pedicure chairs were massage chairs and also wished the tubs had jets. The technician told me it is because those types of spa equipment are known to hold and breed bacteria. It makes me happy I can get a great service in a top-notch and super clean place. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the shellac manicure, as my nails began chipping on Tuesday (only 4 days after I had them done). They look fine from a distance for the most part, but up close they are not pretty at all. That being said, the service itself was top notch, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming, not to mention the pedicure I received was amazing. I have never had a facial in my life, thanks to Beth, it will likely be a monthly occurrence now. I did the 50 minute session and Beth put me to sleep. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She suggested products to help with my super dry skin and educated me on how to wash my face from now on, NO More Bodywash!
