I was very disappointed in this shop. My mother booked pedi appointments for 4 of us and treated us all to a Shellac pedicures. Unfortunately I don’t like Shellac on my toes and didn’t realize what she had booked until we got there. I asked to just have regular polish on my toes and the “manager lady” made sure I knew what an inconvenience this was because she had specifically booked out that time and she would be charging me the same price as a shellac pedi. I told her I understood, and I apologized for the inconvenience and that was fine, but I only wanted regular polish still. So, I picked out a color and was told the specific color I had chosen was a $5 up grade, (my mom also got a sparkle top coat and they charged her $5 extra). I’m sorry but for a $65 pedicure don’t nickel and dime people, and don’t make a big deal out of a change of polish. Also, they charged half the cost of the pedicures immediately upon booking....that also seemed a little sketch to me. Overall, Denver is so big, I’m sure you can find a much better place for a Pedicure. 😁

I’ve been looking for a good clean nail salon in Denver for awhile. This place is perfect! Super clean, staff is amazing (shout out to Debbie) and the price is great. I made my appointment the day before and event got a confirmation email. From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly. Wendy was there to check me in and assist me with picking the right color. Debbie took amazing care of me and was so friendly. I can’t wait to go back again. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had! Very friendly and professional staff, thoughtful and courteous about the needs of the client. I would highly recommend this salon and if you have a desire to experience TOP NOTCH SERVICE, then you need to try B Nails. Wendy is the prefect hostess and Sunny (spelling?) was wonderful! My nails never looked so good 😁.

Finished off with shoulder massage and pineapple scented cuticle oil/lotion.

Went for a gel manicure with my mom and was not disappointed. I wish I had gotten the name of the tech who did my nails; she took such care and worked very methodically. It's been over two weeks and the nails on my left hand are still completely perfect (just grown out). I work as a personal trainer and usually ruin my nails at work, but these have held up amazingly. The price was on par with other salons.

My daughter and I came in for a mani/pedi on December 27, 2017. She had been there before, but since I was visiting from out of town, this was my first time to B Nails.We had the very best manicure and pedicure that we've ever had!Not only is the salon sparkling clean, there isn't the distraction of a television and there is no odor from nail products.The girl who did my pedicure was superb. I received a leg and foot massage as well as a hot stone massage.She took great care to ensure that everything was perfect.She also did an amazing job on my manicure and made sure that her work was the best. My daughter and I will return!Thank you for caring enough to give the very best.

I came in with my friend and showed up a few minutes late to the appointment. After already starting my gel manicure they told me they didn't have time to finish and I was only getting a color change....
I came in with my friend and showed up a few minutes late to the appointment. After already starting my gel manicure they told me they didn't have time to finish and I was only getting a color change. Even though I didn't get a full manicure they tried to charge me $70 for gel manicure/pedicure. Staff was extremely rude and it's so overpriced, but the worst part was them trying to take advantage. I've been to many nail salons all over the country and have never been treated this poorly. So many other good nail salons in Denver. Will never be returning here, and I highly recommend you don't either.

They are the best! So sweet from the moment you walk in. I went for the first time today and it was street sweeping day on the side I parked on and before she started painting, she asked what side I parked on and told me to run out and move it and she was genuinely not wanting me to get a ticket! And then I noticed they had posted signs warning their customers of it! So awesome. And on top of it, I got the best gel mani ever. Perfection.

The women working are friendly & the reason I'm here, duh, my nails look great! I got a gel mani & pedi. They did a good job at matching the colors; sometimes that can be a little sketchy. Although my nails look great, the leg massage could have been stronger & the neck/shoulder massage could have been a lot harder, too. Just a personal thing that I like more pressure. Overall, I was satisfied and will be back for another go around for sure! Prices are comparable to other places.

Loved the atmosphere at B Nails as well as the friendly staff. My technician painted the tips of my fingernails which is a detail most overlook but is essential for less painful chipping of gel. The only reason I gave B Nails 4 instead of 5 stars was because I had to wait about 10-15 mins for my manicurist despite having an appointment. Typically that's not a huge deal for me, but I was short on time that day so it was a little stressful. Also my gel manicure ended up chipping the next day but could be due to several factors including how rough I am with my nails. Despite those minor issues, I'll definitely be back and might use this as my go-to nail salon.

So the manicure took less then 10 min because I opted out the message and cuticle cut , asked if in place of could have polish? Oh I have short nails too, Nope so I was charged 12 bucks for ten minutes that's over a dollar a min! So many salons that are out there accommodating and welcoming!

The location is great, the inside is so nice, clean and relaxing. They offered me tea and ended my time there with a shoulder rub! I dropped into B Nails Salon on a whim last Sunday. It was about an hour before closing time, and I asked, "Do y'all have time for a mani/pedi?" I could tell they were busy. I was honestly expecting them to ask me to make an appointment. Instead, the lady at the front desk happily offered to squeeze in a manicure. Even though it was close to closing, the manicurist took her time with my service and did a beautiful job! I loved the atmosphere of this salon and the friendly service. I will definitely "B" back!

This nail salon is the best in Denver in terms of efficiency, friendliness of staff, lack of strong odor and overall ease. It's a total home run in my opinion. I am always impressed with how the pedicures turn out and last. The staff is also attentive to adjustments and feedback which is nice. The scrub and hot stone are nice touches as well. Oh, and my husband even had a pedicure recently and enjoyed it, especially the massage chairs. I'd recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment if possible.

B Nails was a wonderful experience for my husband and I to go relax on our anniversary trip to Denver. The neighborhood B Nails is nestled in is very cute and the salon is nice and clean. I made an appointment for my husband and I to get a manicure/pedicure about a week prior. The owner was very nice and accommodating, even greeted us by name! Both of our techs were very good, maybe just a little too quiet. We were given water (could also have tea) and enjoyed our time. This was the first salon I've seen that had organic nail polish options (for $5 more). I would also recommend if you want the spa pedicure to mention that when booking your appointment, as I was told it's about an hour and 10 minute experience. I would absolutely recommend B Nails for great service, clean environment and overall great experience!

I really enjoyed being at this nail salon. I got a pedicure and manicure. It was probably the best manicure I've ever had. She definitely took her time and even asked me if I wanted a third coat for my shellac gel manicure.My pedicure seemed average but for some reason my toes and feet looked better than ever before or any previous pedicure. They only have OPI or higher end nail polish too. They definitely use good products.Appointments are definitely recommended and I can see why because they definitely take their time. Even gave me a small back massage after my pedicure. It was great! Only downfall - eyebrow waxing. She didn't do a bad job and definitely tried to satisfy me as best she could. I could definitely tell it wasn't her speciality though. Typically, my other salon back home only has the owner and her daughter do them. However, I am super particular on my eyebrows. I only trust the one lady in San Jose, Ca. to do them exactly the way I like.

Decided to have a little girls night and went with this place for pedi's!What a fabulous choice!I called to set up our appointment, it was easy and quick for a new client.I then arrived pretty early for my scheduled time and they were very accommodating, let me sit in the massage chair early and brought me tea, it was lovely!I had debbie helping me, she did a great job, even put up with my tickle-ish feet!!The salt scrub and lotion was tangerine and smelled fabulous!there was calming music, they talked just enough to be conversational, but not enough to be annoying!I felt great when i left!I will be back!!

Ever since I stopped going to Snappy Nails I've been on the hunt for a great nail salon with good customer service and reasonable prices. Well I'm happy to report that I've found my new spot! The ambiance at B Nails is clean and quaint. The selection of polish colors is impressive and the quality top shelf! All of the ladies that work here are incredible...polite, social, and great at what they do! This place has top notch customer service at prices you can't beat! I got a Gel Mani for only $35! I'm happy that I found B Nails and I plan on being a long time customer from here on out!

A very nice nail place! What a first class operation!First, the manager Wendy is incredibly service-oriented and helpful. She helped me set up my first appointment and when I showed up, greeted me warmly and led me to "The Wall of Colors", and got me a cup of hot tea.My technicians have almost always been so sweet, plus my gel manis always last so long! They are painstaking with my toes and nails, even applying color on the tips. I love AMY and SIMONE! (But watch out for DEBBIE- she gets huffy. When she is huffy she will viciously file your nails to the point of discomfort, and manhandle your hands, and guess what, her manis do not last).The salon is kept pristine, clean clean clean! Beautifully decorated with attention to every detail. The pedicure massage chairs are new, modern and working! The space was not overcrowded, just right!

It's been over two weeks and the nails on my left hand are still completely perfect (just grown out). I work as a personal trainer and usually ruin my nails at work, but these have held up amazingly. The price was on par with other salons.

She had been there before, but since I was visiting from out of town, this was my first time to B Nails.We had the very best manicure and pedicure that we've ever had!Not only is the salon sparkling clean, there isn't the distraction of a television and there is no odor from nail products.The girl who did my pedicure was superb. I received a leg and foot massage as well as a hot stone massage.She took great care to ensure that everything was perfect.She also did an amazing job on my manicure and made sure that her work was the best. My daughter and I will return!Thank you for caring enough to give the very best.

I came in with my friend and showed up a few minutes late to the appointment. After already starting my gel manicure they told me they didn't have time to finish and I was only getting a color change. Even though I didn't get a full manicure they tried to charge me $70 for gel manicure/pedicure. Staff was extremely rude and it's so overpriced, but the worst part was them trying to take advantage. I've been to many nail salons all over the country and have never been treated this poorly. So many other good nail salons in Denver. Will never be returning here, and I highly recommend you don't either.

I would never go anywhere else in Denver! Wendy and her staff are exceptional. The place is so clean and welcoming. I'm not in the neighborhood but it's worth the drive every time.

I went for the first time today and it was street sweeping day on the side I parked on and before she started painting, she asked what side I parked on and told me to run out and move it and she was genuinely not wanting me to get a ticket! The women working are friendly & the reason I'm here, duh, my nails look great! I got a gel mani & pedi. They did a good job at matching the colors; sometimes that can be a little sketchy. Although my nails look great, the leg massage could have been stronger & the neck/shoulder massage could have been a lot harder, too. Just a personal thing that I like more pressure. Overall, I was satisfied and will be back for another go around for sure! Prices are comparable to other places.

Loved the atmosphere at B Nails as well as the friendly staff. My technician painted the tips of my fingernails which is a detail most overlook but is essential for less painful chipping of gel. The only reason I gave B Nails 4 instead of 5 stars was because I had to wait about 10-15 mins for my manicurist despite having an appointment. Typically that's not a huge deal for me, but I was short on time that day so it was a little stressful. Also my gel manicure ended up chipping the next day but could be due to several factors including how rough I am with my nails. Despite those minor issues, I'll definitely be back and might use this as my go-to nail salon.

When the employees look miserable? Take it as a sign! Walk in was very unwelcome. Ask for a manicure was told either a polish change or manicure no time for them to do both, I wish I had walked out! So the manicure took less then 10 min because I opted out the message and cuticle cut , asked if in place of could have polish? Oh I have short nails too, Nope so I was charged 12 bucks for ten minutes that's over a dollar a min! So many salons that are out there accommodating and welcoming!

The location is great, the inside is so nice, clean and relaxing. They offered me tea and ended my time there with a shoulder rub! I dropped into B Nails Salon on a whim last Sunday. It was about an hour before closing time, and I asked, "Do y'all have time for a mani/pedi?" I could tell they were busy. I was honestly expecting them to ask me to make an appointment. Instead, the lady at the front desk happily offered to squeeze in a manicure. Even though it was close to closing, the manicurist took her time with my service and did a beautiful job! I loved the atmosphere of this salon and the friendly service. I will definitely "B" back!

This nail salon is the best in Denver in terms of efficiency, friendliness of staff, lack of strong odor and overall ease. It's a total home run in my opinion. I am always impressed with how the pedicures turn out and last. The staff is also attentive to adjustments and feedback which is nice. The scrub and hot stone are nice touches as well. Oh, and my husband even had a pedicure recently and enjoyed it, especially the massage chairs. I'd recommend calling in advance to schedule an appointment if possible.

B Nails was a wonderful experience for my husband and I to go relax on our anniversary trip to Denver. The neighborhood B Nails is nestled in is very cute and the salon is nice and clean. I made an appointment for my husband and I to get a manicure/pedicure about a week prior. The owner was very nice and accommodating, even greeted us by name! Both of our techs were very good, maybe just a little too quiet. We were given water (could also have tea) and enjoyed our time. This was the first salon I've seen that had organic nail polish options (for $5 more). I would also recommend if you want the spa pedicure to mention that when booking your appointment, as I was told it's about an hour and 10 minute experience. I would absolutely recommend B Nails for great service, clean environment and overall great experience!

I really enjoyed being at this nail salon. I got a pedicure and manicure. It was probably the best manicure I've ever had. She definitely took her time and even asked me if I wanted a third coat for my shellac gel manicure.My pedicure seemed average but for some reason my toes and feet looked better than ever before or any previous pedicure. They only have OPI or higher end nail polish too. They definitely use good products.Appointments are definitely recommended and I can see why because they definitely take their time. Even gave me a small back massage after my pedicure. It was great! Only downfall - eyebrow waxing. She didn't do a bad job and definitely tried to satisfy me as best she could. I could definitely tell it wasn't her speciality though. Typically, my other salon back home only has the owner and her daughter do them. However, I am super particular on my eyebrows. I only trust the one lady in San Jose, Ca. to do them exactly the way I like.

Decided to have a little girls night and went with this place for pedi's!What a fabulous choice!I called to set up our appointment, it was easy and quick for a new client.I then arrived pretty early for my scheduled time and they were very accommodating, let me sit in the massage chair early and brought me tea, it was lovely!I had debbie helping me, she did a great job, even put up with my tickle-ish feet!!The salt scrub and lotion was tangerine and smelled fabulous!there was calming music, they talked just enough to be conversational, but not enough to be annoying!I felt great when i left!I will be back!!

Ever since I stopped going to Snappy Nails I've been on the hunt for a great nail salon with good customer service and reasonable prices. Well I'm happy to report that I've found my new spot! The ambiance at B Nails is clean and quaint. The selection of polish colors is impressive and the quality top shelf! All of the ladies that work here are incredible...polite, social, and great at what they do! This place has top notch customer service at prices you can't beat! I got a Gel Mani for only $35! I'm happy that I found B Nails and I plan on being a long time customer from here on out!

A very nice nail place! What a first class operation!First, the manager Wendy is incredibly service-oriented and helpful. She helped me set up my first appointment and when I showed up, greeted me warmly and led me to "The Wall of Colors", and got me a cup of hot tea.My technicians have almost always been so sweet, plus my gel manis always last so long! They are painstaking with my toes and nails, even applying color on the tips. I love AMY and SIMONE! (But watch out for DEBBIE- she gets huffy. When she is huffy she will viciously file your nails to the point of discomfort, and manhandle your hands, and guess what, her manis do not last).The salon is kept pristine, clean clean clean! Beautifully decorated with attention to every detail. The pedicure massage chairs are new, modern and working! The space was not overcrowded, just right!
