I have had good experience up until today. Me and my sister decided to go get our nails done and we had mentioned that we didn't want a specific tech to do our nails because she had messed mine up the last couple times. After that was said, everyone started treating us differently and had my sister waiting a half hour longer while they were taking other walk-ins when WE HAD APPOINTMENTS.. not only that but the manager was yelling at my sister not to mention in front of my 4yr old Niece! when she decided to leave because she was waiting so long....How Unprofessional! The ladies are really friendly. As a man, i don't feel like I'm being emasculated, they're very warm and welcoming. I've been coming here with my g/f and having a blast. I'm so grateful that I found this place! It's only a few minutes from where I live and all of the employees have done an amazing job with my acrylics. I used to have issues with my nails popping off, but that's never happened with Bear Creek. The prices are very good and everyone is really nice. It's pretty fancy on the inside as well. Talk about nickel and diming you. Every different brand of polish is a higher price point. I've never heard of such a ridiculous scam in my life. I won't return. Having lived my entire adult life in Lakewood, I have tried MANY of the salons from Lakewood to Littleton and surrounding areas ( Bear Creek, Belmar, Green Mountain, Gov Ranch, Ken Caryl, SW Plaza etc) Bear Creek nails was recommended to me 2 years ago and I will search no more for the perfect Salon!!! Bear Creek Nails has it all!! It is updated, always clean, instruments sterilized and they are transparent with their prices! They have multiple options for manis and pedi's so you can switch it up from time to time as well as hundreds and hundreds of color options (in both Shellac and regular polish so I can match my fingers and toes). The music is also FANTASTIC :) I've been in many salons where the nail techs are robotic-like and constantly watching the clock to get me out of there. The atmosphere and employees at Bear Creek Nails is so different than any other salon. While they are timely and professional, you don't get the sense that they are going as fast as they can to get you our of there ....they take the time to do a good job and massage, personalize the service and even try to get to know their clients on a personal level. While they do speak Vietnamese amongst themselves sometimes, they will speak English as well so no one feels uncomfortable. I'm impressed with the majority of the techs English and that although I see Kimlan, the other techs acknowledge my presence. I love that the management is a long time part of our community as well. They live in the area, we see them at the local grocery store and local restaurants, their kids go to school with our kids and they take pride in our community. I had gone to this nail salon for awhile then I went and the girl that normally did my nails was on vacation so the owner did a rebase and pedicure and charged me 90.00 the girl that normally did my nails never charged that much. There is also game playing that goes on with their customers not that special of a salon to charge so much they don't go above and beyond and they speak to each other in their language so that makes you inferior ( RUDE) so many nail salons in the area I won't go back to this one. Im sitting here now as a customer and leaving not satified. I dont see how you as an employee can sit there and argue with me about what i want as a customer. Like hello im forking out a good $100 and now have to go somewhere else to get my full set because no one can unserstand english and wants to argue and tell me no im wrong about what i want. Great place!!  The ladies are super nice and my shellac looks great after 2 weeks!  I showed them a picture of my nails and they were able to replicate it nicely.  I even had one nail peel a little yesterday and the owner fixed it right away- no charge!  I'm definitely going back to get my nails done again!!  Very clean and if you like music they have a great variety of 60s, 70s, and 80s (my fav). I came in a week ago and after a couple days my nails were all lifting. One hurt so bad I took it off myself. I've been getting my nails done for three years straight and I've never experienced this. It was my first time there as I'm new to Colorado and the woman was actually talking crap about a previous customer who complained to the manager about her. Considering it was $45 I would think it would be good work. Came to a new salon to get it fixed turns out it's worse than I thought. All of them are lifting and she had to take off another nail. I have found my new go-to spot that is literally down the street from me! With my busy schedule I'm not able to make an appointment but 9 out of 10 times I am able to get in with no wait! Lynn takes care of my nails and she is amazing she is so patient and she takes her time every time. I went in 2 weeks ago on a Friday night at 6PM and I didn't leave until almost 830 because of the design I wanted and I was very picky with choosing my color. The shellac manicure lasts more than 2 weeks and the color doesn't ever chip! If I would've left the shellac on past 2 weeks it'll still probably be on! I got acrylics on my last visit and she did her best not to damage the integrity of my natural nails. She always does an amazing job! And I am so happy I have found Bear Creek Nails! Read Less

AMAZING PEDICURES!!! Kimberly is a pedicure queen, she clipped scrubbed massaged.. I had bags of citrus lotion on my feet, wrapped legs with hot towels.. stone massaged feet and legs.. Seriously lovely (Oh Sen package). If they did bodicures i'd get one lol OH!!! and French manicure on my toes - all for guess... $60 yes that's it..
