The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was cool. Service was good. However, the technique and application was mediocre for the price. $110 for a (luxe) basic mani/pedi is over priced in my opinion. I choose Basecoat because I wanted an attention to detail service and received more of a basic nail service. I could have gone somewhere else and paid 1/3 of that price and probably received a better service.

My daughter and I have gone to Base Coat twice so far and we couldn't be more pleased! I love the reduced toxicity and cruelty-free aspects, but they also made our time there so pleasant. From the house tea blends to the friendly and interesting technicians, it is a happy and relaxing experience! We will absolutely be back.

Went to get a quick manicure and was amazed. Hannah was lovely and did an excellent job. Was very impressed that they don't use any toxic products. Tea was delicious. Overall great place.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Airy and tranquil setting; nicely decorated with nail and beauty merchandise offerings. Complimentary water, tea, or rose wine. Nail tech was very gentle and took her time to ensure my pedicure was top quality. Like that they make their own natural nail polish.

I was having a super down and chaotic day when I first walked in the doors. The atmosphere and attention by the sweet woman at the front desk immediately reversed the downward spiral. Then, the attention, warmth, and conversation exchange with Libby completed the uplifting experience! I loved that the space felt welcoming and chic, the staff were friendly and attentive and I especially loved that the products they use were nontoxic and good for my body! It was luxurious and perfect. Looking forward to making #BaseCoat a permanent part of my #selfcare routine. #TreatYoSelf

I had a wonderful experience at this most beautiful & immaculately clean salon. Gorgeous decor, lovely merchandise, non-toxic nail polish & disposable tools. Quite possibly the best foot massage I've EVER had with a pedicure, and I have had a whole lotta pedicures. Top notch service above and beyond expectation. Can't wait to return! This place sets the bar way up high for quality nail salons.

Went there for the first time on my birthday a few weeks ago for a pedicure. I've never had a pedicure last this long, looking this good. The colors are vibrant, there are no chips, and I am completely impressed with the product. The staff was lovely and the environment was relaxed--the price points are excellent for the value you get. Will absolutely be coming back!

The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere was cool. Service was good. However, the technique and application was mediocre for the price. $110 for a (luxe) basic mani/pedi is over priced in my opinion. I choose Basecoat because I wanted an attention to detail service and received more of a basic nail service. I could have gone somewhere else and paid 1/3 of that price and probably received a better service.
