I love 5th Avenue Nails! All the ladies are so sweet and skilled. Also, I've never once had to wait for my services, even as a walk-in customer. Recently I came back in to have one of my gel nails fixed and the woman working on it accidentally used a similar color but not the same color pink (on four fingers). When we noticed the honest mistake she'd made, she said she would give me a full gel manicure for free to make up for it. Came into get my toes done because my Best Friend was treating my out for my birthday. Overall I liked the atmosphere of the salon and the people who were working in it. The salon seemed clean and bright. I was overall very happy with the gel paint that I had gotten as a spa pedicure. They did really well at not leaving any bubbles in the gel paint, as well as cutting down all the excess skin and cuticles away. Love this place!! Relaxing environment with a great staff. Many pedicure options, I got the upgraded pedi (I think the $40 one) it was awesome! Mani lasted two weeks and my pedis from here always last me at least a month. You can park in the surrounding residential neighborhoods within 2 blocks away for free, just pay attention to the signs. It took me 3hours to get my pedi and mani. They will tell you that you will wait for 30 mins if it's busy but it's over an house that I sat and wait. No free parking available, Ever! and I have to come out to put money to the meter because it's never be done by 2 hrs. Service is ok. Their gel manicure I did one time that cracked in 3 days. This place has gone way downhill. Last month I got a pedicure and while waiting for it to dry, the woman who does massages asked to help remove the paper they put between your toes. She then rubbed all of the polish off one toe while testing whether my nails were dry. When I asked if she was going to repaint it she told me nothing was wrong even though one toe had no almost no polish. I then had to ask several women for help fixing that toe. Rather than redo the nail, the woman who helped me stuck an extra coat of polish on my nail and told me I'd have to wait a while for it to dry. I decided to go back yesterday thinking maybe I'd just had one bad experience but I was in the pedicure chair with my feet in water for 40 minutes before anyone came to do my nails. After that wait, it was close to closing time so a woman came to the pedicure chair and started cutting my cuticles, no oil, no water soak. This woman then told me she was in a hurry because she hadn't been allowed lunch that day and proceeded to put globs of polish on my fingers. Today, my pedicure has yet to dry and is now smudged on every toe and my fingernails are filed at all different lengths. For $70 this service is horrible. Read Less

Love this place! They always do a great job.I continuously go in for shellac manicures. They last longer than any other place I've gone to (3 weeks, sometimes 4). Super friendly staff as well. I thought the service here was good and the staff was extremely friendly and pretty accommodating (though I did wait almost 20 minutes for a walk in). Unfortunately I felt that the service was very over priced. I spent $75 not including tip on a manicure (gel) and regular pedicure. I did not request any extra services and did not realize lotions and foot massages were not part of the regular deal. They split services into express and non express, but these differences and the prices of treatment are not made clear upon arrival. In addition, I thought that upon leaving my cuticles on my fingernails were very imperfect and I think the paint could have used another coat. I would not completely discourage against this establishment, but would caution to make sure prices and treatments are firmly established beforehand, with the warning that this nail spa is extremely pricey. It's about $10 higher than my usual salon (gift certificate) but also included some wonderful extras. Hot stones and a very long leg massage. My chair worded better than at my other salon. My new go-to nail place! I have visited this nail salon a few times now. They are able to get to walk-ins fairly quickly even when they've been busy. The best part of my experience has been the attention to detail when getting my mani (since I'm a perfectionist). Some places only care about speed and rush through the mani/pedi, leaving you with sloppy nails or taking away from the relaxing experience. I love that these nail technicians take their time in order to make sure your nails look fabulous when you leave!My only complaint is that it is a little pricy. I really wanted to like this place. I hoped it would be my new go-to spot and assumed I'd end up giving them 5 stars since they are located in fancy Cherry Creek. The salon itself is big, clean, and beautiful. My friend and I walked in without an appointment and we only had to wait 10-15 min before they could do our nails. The staff were kind and soft spoken. However I wouldn't come back here because it's probably the worst gel manicure I've ever had. Usually it only takes 30 min for me to get a gel manicure anywhere else. But the service at this place was very slow. It took almost an hour for them to do my nails. And the lady cut my cuticles so short that they started to hurt. After 5 days, the gel on my nails were starting to chip. Gel is supposed to last about 2 weeks before they start to crack & chip. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I really wish I could give them more stars because while the service was great, I was disappointed with my manicure which by day 3, I had a few chipped nails and by day 4 ALL of them were. It's not like I'm running around popping open soda cans all day. I guess I just really expected it to last longer and maybe I shouldn't for a regular manicure? I got mine on a Saturday and by Wednesday I had to remove the polish because my nails looked just horrible. I will say my pedicure lasted much longer and looked so much better - so I would definitely recommend them for a pedi but unless you're going to upgrade your mani, I wouldn't spend the money.The staff were very helpful and friendly and the salon very clean. 5th Avenue is a bit priciery than traditional nail salon because its closer to what you would get a full service salon. With that said, I like to view it as a deal! When I need a mani/pedi this is the salon to go to. The prices are reasonable for Cherry Creek and everyone is very attentive. I love the green tea soak and I appreciate how gentle they are when giving me a manicure. The shoulder and neck massage while your nails dry is a great relaxing finish. Read Less

They have a new gel inlay polish that wont chip, so your manicure on your own nails last two-three weeks, I don't know about you but I always chip my nails so this is perfect! They consistently do an amazing job, there are all sorts of added perks to this place, including the glass of wine!
