i love this place so much! i always give them options i choose from online and they do it even if it is hard or not! they are all really good at what they do and they take there time even if they are about to close they keep going and don’t even rush! if you make an appointment it is so much easier than walking in. they always get you in on time. its hard to do walk ins because it is always busy which means it’s a good salon. i would definitely recommend this salon!

I just recently moved to the area, and decided to look for a nail salon close to home because my old salon is now 30+ minutes from me. I chose this Salon based on the current good reviews. I'm so happy I chose to go here last night. I called around 6:30pm knowing they would be closing in an hour to see if I could come in around 6:45 to get a fill and shellac. They said it would be no problem at all, and got me in 15 minutes after I arrived. Even tho they were closing in 30 minutes, the technician took their time on my nails and didn't rush. I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. I think I have found my new nail salon! Thank you for a great experience and making it easy to find a nail salon closer to home!

I usually love this place and have recommended them often but today was not a good experience.
I think they tried to take on too much work. In their defense, I was a walk in today but the business has a responsibility to stop taking walk ins when it gets too busy for them to do quality work. I'm paying the same price as an appointment client and I would have appreciated being turned away if they weren't going to do the same work.
The tech did good on their top pedicure offering but they didn't even ask what type of manicure I wanted. She just went to work and acted very rushed on the manicure. So, I certainly wasn't going to ask for longer of this experience. My cuticles ended up looking like they were done with a cheese grater. This was even after I asked her to redo them.
I’m not telling you to stay away from this business but I’d avoid Friday and weekends for sure.
I welcome Beautiful Nails management to reach out to me.

This place is more than amazing,the customer service is awesome,great workers always trying to fulfil your desire. I've tried other nail salons in the area but honestly none made me happy like this...

I had been going to Tina for over a year. I guess she felt comfortable enough to leave me, in the middle of my nails getting done, to go wax another customer. I decided to give them another chance. I waited longer than advised, The last straw was when the next available manicurist took a lady before me. The clipboard stated that she didn't have an appointment, then she said she didn't have an appointment. We all make mistakes but the above are bad judgements. I won't be giving them a third chance.

Your response was to attack me for expecting great service. Great service is focusing on your client, in that moment. The experience of getting your nails done is so much more than just the nails, they teach this concept at beauty schools. The experience includes a great atmosphere, a light hearted conversation and attention to detail.

I love to come here for my pedicure because the girls use individual sterilized pouch tools for each customer, variety pedicure selections, the quality of services are great with affordable pricing. They also do really good nails too. Highly recommended.

Just recently moved to the area so I went searching reviews for local nail places. There were a few mixed reviews for Beautiful Nails but overall I figured I'd give it a shot. So I called and made an appointment. I needed to get a full acrylic set with shellac polish, they told me that it was going to be $40. Done.Day of the appointment, I get there maybe 15 minutes early. I was immediately sat and KT was the one who did my nails and he was extremely friendly and did an amazing job! The salon itself is clean and nicely decorated. All the technician's that I saw were extremely friendly. There were a few little girls there getting their nails done and everyone was very patient and kind. When checking out, they didn't upcharge anything and it was an even $40. The only negative I would have to say is that I got the glitter shellac. While it's pretty you can see through the polish. Nothing that would make me not come back but just a lesson for next time. Overall I'm extremely happy with my first experience with Beautiful Nails and I'll be going back again when I need to get my fill.

This is my favorite nail place in the area. I have tried them all. They always go a great job. I usually get pink and whites and a standard pedi. I am always happy with the results. This location is clean. It has been recently renovated and it is great. I usually walk in and they get me back quickly.

i love this place so much! i always give them options i choose from online and they do it even if it is hard or not! they are all really good at what they do and they take there time even if they are about to close they keep going and don’t even rush! if you make an appointment it is so much easier than walking in. they always get you in on time. its hard to do walk ins because it is always busy which means it’s a good salon. i would definitely recommend this salon!

I just recently moved to the area, and decided to look for a nail salon close to home because my old salon is now 30+ minutes from me. I chose this Salon based on the current good reviews. I'm so happy I chose to go here last night. I called around 6:30pm knowing they would be closing in an hour to see if I could come in around 6:45 to get a fill and shellac. They said it would be no problem at all, and got me in 15 minutes after I arrived. Even tho they were closing in 30 minutes, the technician took their time on my nails and didn't rush.
