Had an appt at 3, sat in lobby for 35 mins, was told by the person I had made appt with on phone she wasn't done with current customer, but Elena was almost done, did I mind if she did my nails..said no, it was my first time there, so didn't have a preference..Elena was very rude, told Ashley I had 3 broken, Ashley asks her to just take polish off and she will finish..Elena then tells her she doesn't have a brush..Ashley again very nicely asks her to just take polish off to s...tart. Elena turns back to me, and again rude, asks how long have you had these? I don't want to do a fill, since you want them shorter, I want to do a new set..all other customers were just staring at her, because she was so rude. I said, you know, this seems like a huge inconvenience to you, so I will just go somewhere else..and I did..went to grand nails and couldn't be happier with the fill and repair that was done by Tom..I called to speak to owners when I got home, was told by Ashley that they knew what happened, she had informed them, and they would be back Thursday..I will be calling them on Thursday..
