All the times I've been into the salon have been great. I know I was a walk-in, but the individual that did my classic manicure wasn't very good. She severely cut my thumb cleaning my cuticles. I left a review yesterday about gel nails chipping. I came in to express my disconcern and the owner (not quite sure of her name) informed me certain polishes are thicker and therefore more prone to chipping with women who have shorter nails. Although I wish she expressed this the day prior; she did an EXCELLENT job of repairing my nails and even going as far as to put another color on them for me free of charge. I noticed she was very attentive and made sure they were perfect so this wouldn’t happen again and that means a lot to me. My girlfriend and I went in on a Saturday 2/24afternoon around 3 pm  and there was only the owner working and her son. The pedicure was out of order cause the son couldn't do feet only apply lotions and massage and he did the bare minimum to get thru us both quickly and she finished with the scrubbing, and trimming nails. This was the fastest DELUXE  pedicure cause so many people walked in she just rushed thru everything.  Along with the drama that happened also at the shop and the poor pedicure, we both agree that we will never go back.  Another shop we appreciate our service and $50.00. Such a nice & clean place!. I had all my girls get their nails done here the day before my wedding & everyone loved it!. The staff really did the most!. I took my future sister in law and 6 friends here for mani/pedis before her wedding--and we were ALL incredibly pleased with the quality of the services, how kind the staff were, and what a great experience we had overall.  We were allowed to bring in stuff for mimosas, and the technicians took their time and did not rush our services. One of the best kept secrets in town. Helene the owner is extremely nice and even stays late to accommodate her customers who work late. My nails always turn out amazing and last. Horrible woman. Bratty son who both couldn't stop ogling my sn daughter. She's 8, just chilling in her stroller. Not loud. Asked if I had any help.  I replied no. She said "so 24/7?! " I said yes. In same breath she asked how long "they live". N was shocked when I told her I can't even think about that.  Her almost 6 yr old son. " who doesn't get it" proceeded to tell all the customers there, that my daughters brain was "washed away". Maybe he doesn't understand her special needs, but he knows hurtful words. This places is amazing! I've been to quite a few salons in the Springs, but none like this.  Everyone was so kind and caring.  I got the Deluxe Pedicure, and it was totally worth the price. The tools were taken out of a package, so I know they've been sanitized.  It was very clean. This is the absolute best pedicure and manicure I've had in years!!! I was there 2 hours but let me tell you it was well worth it! The deluxe pedicure and massage was phenomenal!
