Worst experience I've ever had! I asked for a balayage and what I got looks like someone at Walmart bleached my hair five years ago. I paid $178 with tip and it's a nightmare! I'm embarrassed to have my hair down in my own home. I've called them 5 times for a refund, they assured me they would refund $110 but I haven't gotten anything and now they're rejecting my calls. I had to call my credit card company to have them dispute it. Don't get your hair done here especially by Laurie! She's the worst stylist I've ever met with a license.

Chelsea Hill is amazing and as a stylist myself, i do not trust just anyone with a pair of scissors in a salon. The setting is warm and fitting, the ladies are all very nice and welcoming, and I couldnt say enough about the top notch service here!! This is the only place i trust to touch my hair in the 5yrs ive lived here...so thankful that i found them!! Totally hit up Chelsea Hill if ur needing anything, that girl is a rockstar...seriously!!

I had made a bit of a mess with the top of my hair. Did a consult with Chelsea and next day she cut it and fixed me all up. I'm loving my new look. Booked next haircut appt and an appt to get some fun...
I had made a bit of a mess with the top of my hair. Did a consult with Chelsea and next day she cut it and fixed me all up. I'm loving my new look. Booked next haircut appt and an appt to get some funky color added. So happy to have found her and this new trendy place.

I've been having Nicole cut and color my hair for years! Now she's opened her own fabulous studio and all the ladies here are wonderful - knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Nicole has always done a beautiful job cutting and coloring my hair. She always gives me exactly what I ask for. I highly recommend mint. Beauty Lab for your next hair or nail service! Also a great opportunity to support a locally owned business!

The customer service was on point while in the salon. I went in for a mani/pedi. Monica was super sweet and accommodating. The establishment was upbeat and trendy. The color selection was limited, but they are a new salon and are adding more colors soon. I ended up selecting a gel mani and regular pedi. Unfortunately, my gel manicure did not last 2 weeks. I noticed some discoloration the day after and it began to peel off on the 9th day. That is the only reason why I am rating them less than stellar. I was expecting more for the price, but oh well. I do wish them much success!

Nicole knows hair like no other stylist I've ever had!! She knows what my hair likes and dislikes. She knows what my hair does when it's wet and dry. She knows what my hair dreams to be ... and she knows this by really examining my hair (and my life) before she lifts a comb or her shears. I will never trust another stylist ... ever!!!!

Worst experience I've ever had! I asked for a balayage and what I got looks like someone at Walmart bleached my hair five years ago. I paid $178 with tip and it's a nightmare! I'm embarrassed to have my hair down in my own home. I've called them 5 times for a refund, they assured me they would refund $110 but I haven't gotten anything and now they're rejecting my calls. I had to call my credit card company to have them dispute it. Don't get your hair done here especially by Laurie! She's the worst stylist I've ever met with a license.

Chelsea Hill is amazing and as a stylist myself, i do not trust just anyone with a pair of scissors in a salon. The setting is warm and fitting, the ladies are all very nice and welcoming, and I couldnt say enough about the top notch service here!! This is the only place i trust to touch my hair in the 5yrs ive lived here...so thankful that i found them!! Totally hit up Chelsea Hill if ur needing anything, that girl is a rockstar...seriously!!
