Absolutely love this place! Have gotten a pedicure and Gel manicure done here! Both of which they took their time and gave me the best nail experience have had! I went with my best friends daughter, they got things going right away, and the out come we could not be more happy with, I've had my nails done for a week and no lifting or breaks. They are truly the best nails I've ever had. I will be going back and telling all my friends about them. Hot nails is the best, I wanted to post an updated picture. I only picked one star because it said "hated it". Me n my cousin went on yesterday to get pedicures and the lady was given us the wrong price. She said one thing and the paper she gave us said another. We wanted the works....the leg massages, our feet scraped , the hot was afterwards and all that but instead I they put our feet in the water for like 2 minutes and clipped nails, soaped up our feet with the brush and painted our nails and we paid $25. We could've done that at home on our own. Then it was extra for my design, that wasn't even pretty. That's exactly why I go to Jay's Nails in St. John in Bridgeton. I get my money's worth. Legs rubbed n all. The works. And don't have to pay the extra. I will most definitely keep telling people don't go here. I sure hate my birthday pedicure turned out so bad. Smh Read Less

Today was my first trip to a nail salon here in Colorado Springs. Tony did my pedicure and did a fantastic job. He is very personable, friendly, funny and the experience was great. He really took his time and was very meticulous. For years I suffered with ingrown toe nails and to my surprise he removed them with out causing any bleeding. My toes fell so much better and my gel pedicure looks amazing. Lee did a full set and as I am in the medical field they look so natural and she also shared some beauty secrets her skin looks amazing. I really enjoyed the other guest there to, everyone has nothing but great things to say, One of their clients drives all the way from Monument and has been a client of theirs for many years. Absolutely amazing! My friend and I were originally going to another nail salon but they ended up being closed so we decided to try this place. We are so glad we came here! The staff is really nice and they did an amazing job. The place is really clean as well and they have great prices! Came here because my regular nail lady was booked and this place had great ratings. I made the right choice! The owners Lee and Tony are really nice. Tony did my pedi and he was a delight with his humorous personality and Lee did my nails, she was professional and fast at what she does. They were busy, but everyone who came waited with a smile and the owners knew them by name. They were short handed and it was a bit of a wait while my feet soaked, but well worth it! Excellent service with a price that shouldn't match. I paid $30 for a "special pedicure" and received the treatment of a $50 one at a high end salon. Highly recommended, and ask for the owner, Tony! I came here because it's near the place I get a wax and it had decent reviews. Don't come here. The people were very nice and kept telling me how happy I'd be with my gel manicure, how the quality would be great and they'd take care of me. This is the worst shellac manicure I have ever received. The polish is globbed on my nails. There are little bubbles in the polish and it literally looks like it's rippling on my nails. When I told the manicurist that the polish was way too thick and there were bubbles in it, he told me "that's how gel looks," and if I want thin, smooth polish, I should get a regular manicure. I've gotten dozens of shellac manicures, none of them have ever been of this poor quality. I've gotten far better gel manicures in the Springs from other places. Don't come here. The price is comparable to a dozen other places and the quality is far worse. Read Less

The massage chairs are new and in good shape, the work is wonderful, paint is on point and clean... And Tony's taiwanese acupressure massage is the best!! He's strong and funny. I've been going to Hot Nails Salon for 15 years, Lee & Tony are great people & very nice to all their customers. Lee does my nails & waxing and would want anyone else doing them. She is a perfectionist & I appreciate her hard work, because I can be a tough customer. They are some of the nicest people & I enjoy going in there to see everyone.
