So I have been going here for a very long time, and I went to the Salon again with my parents on the 25. I asked for a super light pink color, and left with the color orange from the Broncos team. While I was there I pointed out how bright it was, and the guy doing my nails talked to the girl next to him and she said it’s the right color and it will fade after the process. so I leave with the orange nails because I have a test to take and can’t have them redo them (plus I was told it would fade today). I come back on the 26, and as I am showing them the one I picked I realized they entirely switched the numbers and gave me the wrong color. So they say I’m wrong and then go check, and realize that they did mix the colors. So they switch it in front of me, and then say it’s 20$ to fix. And I told them I won’t pay for their mistake when they messed up the numbers and told me it was correct even after pointing it out. Then Tom proceeds to laugh and talk about me and says “he said you could fix it yesterday” when he actually said it’s the right color. So I continued to explain that it was their mistake, and he laughed and walked away. So make it quicker, the workers WILL talk badly about you, and are extremely unprofessional.

I work just down the street from this salon and someone I work with recommended them to me over a year a ago and I have been coming here ever since. The staff is great and the service is amazing. They always do my nails the way I like them and I never have to go home and fix something that was not done right like I had to do with my last salon. I won't go anywhere else!

I went to the nail spa today with my mom to celebrate Mother's Day. We didn't have an appointment so we had to wait but that is understandable. My treatment was good in the beginning until it came to the wax and painting. My toes looked like an 8 year old painted them, chunks of wax remained on my legs when I was sent off, and my disposable flops were put on the wrong feet. Either come to this place when it is not busy and they don't jack up your nails in a hurry to get other customers in, or don't come at all. Waste of my money and time on Mother's Day.

I went in to get a full set acrylic manicure. They rushed throgh and were distracted/uninstested in doing my nails. They didn't ask what length I wanted as just cut them then when I asked them to fix them they just blew me off and were very rude about it. They turned out very THICK, uneven on the top (looked lumpy), cricked, and very uneven lengths. They looked very sloppy and messy. They also cut me with the file a few times. I would not recomend them to anyone and will not be going back.

My mom, sister and I have been going to Grand Nails for years. Prior to my experience today we were always on the fence on whether or not we liked the job they did, but we couldn't find better prices near our houses! Today though, I walked in and simply wanted a full set, which I have always paid $20 (Refill $18) plus an atleast $10 tip, my service never being more than 30ish dollars. My nail tech wasn't available so I sat down with someone different. He started by telling me for the full set would be $30 plus $5 for the shape I wanted. I asked if the prices have gone up being I have never paid more than $30 total with tip. He then began talking to his coworkers in a language I do not speak, obviously about me. I then asked my normal nail tech how come it was not the same pricing, he straight up lied and said he has always charged me $25-$30, not with tip. I was baffled. I have credit card slips showing how much I have paid in the past. I am beyond upset with how this was handled. And there is no way anyone should pay $35 for bad customer service and not the best of nails. They not only lost me as a client but all the clients I have sent to them.

Can always go in there and get a nail fixed at any time or one painted if I needed. They know I like to sit in a chair and feel a massage so they always let me stay in there extra minutes if I want to.

Grand Nail Spa is the only place to go to get my nails done. I was very happy with my experience today. A huge plus that they were willing to still serve me even if I went late. I got the milk/honey pedicure and wow. They took their time to do your nails, always friendly, and accommodating, and their work was perfection. The location was very clean, very nice and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I'll come back to enjoy again ! They got my gold star.

I finally found Grand Nail Spa in Colorado Springs was my good spot. This place is very popular. You should book soon because they're busy. My usual is a gel manicure with a regular pedicure. They really took their time to make sure that I liked it. They're a bit expensive but you get your money's worth. I did book another appointment for next time. By far this is the best nail salon in Colorado Springs!

I consistently leave happy! I don't have a particular nail tech that I see, I just go in and get the luck of the draw and haven't had a bad experience yet! They have a HUGE shellac color selection and are always eager to help you decide if you need it! They even have gloves to put on your hands when you are getting the shellac/gel manicure so that you don't get too much UV exposure from the lamp. Their job is wonderful and perfect. Love them so much!
They now have a loyal customer! I'll be back on a regular and they should receive 5 stars from me!

Very annoying and offputting. Told him it was bothersome and he kept doing so. Later, put a hot towel on my legs and walked away until long after it had cooled. The employee working on the woman next to me finally asked if it was too cold, and could she therefore take it off. Paid the extra $5 for callus removal and still have callus'. Definitely do NOT recommend this shop!!

Well where should I start a good friend I wanted to get nails done we went inside we were greeted with "what do you want", then soon after she nicked my cuticles several times I was completely disgusted because I believe she used the same cuticle nippers on my friend as she did me without sanitizing them( if that's not gross I don't know what is) , she was insanely rude and pushy, one of their daughters is painting nails she looks about 12... Needless to say I should have stayed home and painted my own nails, not worth money or time save your self both by looking for a better place.

Half-assed. Waiting 15 minutes for my pedicure and they took a walk in shellac before me who came in 10 minutes AFTER me, probably because they make more profit. Once they knew that I was getting just the standard pedicure without all the expensive add ons, I meant nothing to them. The foot scrub with the pumice bar was literally 30 seconds for BOTH feet combined! There are better places to get a standard pedicure where at least they act like they appreciate your business.

Today I went in for a standard pedicure. No designs no gel but great service. I called at 0920 even though they open officially at 10 and someone answered. I arrived at 10 til and they were open and I was able to sit right down. Plenty of nail colors and clean salon. The trashy magazine collection was mostly dated (more than 3 months old people) but in ok shape. Let's be honest - these magazines are about as important to a good service as OPI " I'm not really a waitress" red so that was a bummer. Pedicure was fine and massage was good. Hot towel was lukewarm and disappointing. Il go back but probably try out a few other places too.

Today though, I walked in and simply wanted a full set, which I have always paid $20 (Refill $18) plus an atleast $10 tip, my service never being more than 30ish dollars. My nail tech wasn't available so I sat down with someone different. He started by telling me for the full set would be $30 plus $5 for the shape I wanted. I asked if the prices have gone up being I have never paid more than $30 total with tip. He then began talking to his coworkers in a language I do not speak, obviously about me. I then asked my normal nail tech how come it was not the same pricing, he straight up lied and said he has always charged me $25-$30, not with tip. I was baffled. I have credit card slips showing how much I have paid in the past. I am beyond upset with how this was handled. And there is no way anyone should pay $35 for bad customer service and not the best of nails. They not only lost me as a client but all the clients I have sent to them.

They invited me to sit in a chair with a cold glass of water. They were personable people. They spent their time done on my nails. My nails are crisp with the color.
I am scheduling with them this weekend. This place is definitely worth the nails.

Can always go in there and get a nail fixed at any time or one painted if I needed. They know I like to sit in a chair and feel a massage so they always let me stay in there extra minutes if I want to.

Grand Nail Spa is the only place to go to get my nails done. I was very happy with my experience today. A huge plus that they were willing to still serve me even if I went late. I got the milk/honey pedicure and wow. They took their time to do your nails, always friendly, and accommodating, and their work was perfection. The location was very clean, very nice and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I'll come back to enjoy again ! They got my gold star.

I finally found Grand Nail Spa in Colorado Springs was my good spot. This place is very popular. You should book soon because they're busy. My usual is a gel manicure with a regular pedicure. They really took their time to make sure that I liked it. They're a bit expensive but you get your money's worth. I did book another appointment for next time. By far this is the best nail salon in Colorado Springs!

I consistently leave happy! I don't have a particular nail tech that I see, I just go in and get the luck of the draw and haven't had a bad experience yet! They have a HUGE shellac color selection and are always eager to help you decide if you need it! They even have gloves to put on your hands when you are getting the shellac/gel manicure so that you don't get too much UV exposure from the lamp. Their job is wonderful and perfect. Love them so much!
They now have a loyal customer! I'll be back on a regular and they should receive 5 stars from me!

1st time here, as the place I typically go to was closed. Was a HORRIBLE experience! The guy who did my pedicure kept "slapping" my leg to get me to move my feet in/out of water. Very annoying and off...
1st time here, as the place I typically go to was closed. Was a HORRIBLE experience! The guy who did my pedicure kept "slapping" my leg to get me to move my feet in/out of water. Very annoying and offputting. Told him it was bothersome and he kept doing so. Later, put a hot towel on my legs and walked away until long after it had cooled. The employee working on the woman next to me finally asked if it was too cold, and could she therefore take it off. Paid the extra $5 for callus removal and still have callus'. Definitely do NOT recommend this shop!!

Well where should I start a good friend I wanted to get nails done we went inside we were greeted with "what do you want", then soon after she nicked my cuticles several times I was completely disgusted because I believe she used the same cuticle nippers on my friend as she did me without sanitizing them( if that's not gross I don't know what is) , she was insanely rude and pushy, one of their daughters is painting nails she looks about 12... Needless to say I should have stayed home and painted my own nails, not worth money or time save your self both by looking for a better place.

Half-assed. Waiting 15 minutes for my pedicure and they took a walk in shellac before me who came in 10 minutes AFTER me, probably because they make more profit. Once they knew that I was getting just the standard pedicure without all the expensive add ons, I meant nothing to them. The foot scrub with the pumice bar was literally 30 seconds for BOTH feet combined! There are better places to get a standard pedicure where at least they act like they appreciate your business.

They always do my nails the way I like them and I never have to go home and fix something that was not done right like I had to do with my last salon. I won't go anywhere else!

Today I went in for a standard pedicure. No designs no gel but great service. I called at 0920 even though they open officially at 10 and someone answered. I arrived at 10 til and they were open and I was able to sit right down. Plenty of nail colors and clean salon. The trashy magazine collection was mostly dated (more than 3 months old people) but in ok shape. Let's be honest - these magazines are about as important to a good service as OPI " I'm not really a waitress" red so that was a bummer. Pedicure was fine and massage was good. Hot towel was lukewarm and disappointing. Il go back but probably try out a few other places too.
