Went in today for my first visit. I had my nails done at another salon a few weeks ago and was not happy about the results. I only waited maybe 5 min before they got me back. I saw Ryan and he did a fantastic job. This is the 1st place I have gone that said yes without hesitation about the design I had shown him. The prices are amazing and the work is great! I am unreasonably picky about my nails, and even MORE picky about my salon. I have been going to the same salon for 3yrs, but I recently moved and decided to try someplace closer to home. After driving past Glo a few times, and reading the reviews, I figured I'd give them a shot. And I am so glad I did! When I first walked in I noticed the place was PACKED. I was immediately greeted and asked to sign in. Since I hadn't made an appointment, I settled in, thinking I had a goo...d hour wait ahead of me. After a few minutes I was asked what kind of nails I wanted, and when I showed a picture I was told that a certain person was best at the ombre I wanted and that he would be with me soon. I appreciated knowing that certain people were recognized for having certain skills and that I wasn't going to be herded to the next available tech who might not do it as well. Within another few minutes I was sitting before a very friendly man who did a PHENOMENAL job super quickly. I was in and out, with no appointment, in just under an hour! Just called to make an appt for 3 people....she didnt even take down my name and hung up......so guess, I will just go back to my normal place Envy even though my regular girl is out of town. These people are AMAZING! I've been coming here for awhile and they do a fabulous job on my nails and pedicures The salon is very clean, comfortable, and a very pleasant atmosphere. The whole staff is very friendly, down to earth and they all talk to you. I came here when it was Chinese New Year and all of the staff was dressed in red in observance. They all looked very nice and it adds flair to their establishment. I recommend calling ahead before coming down but even on the busy times I've been there they've been on top of taking care of me! We made a reservation for our party of 5 on FB. They made is super easy to make the reservation. We were taken care of promptly when we arrived and everything was amazing. The deluxe pedi was so worth the money, with lots of pampering and rubbing and oils and ahhhh. It was wonderful. The salon does not stink of chemicals and everything they used on me smelled so nice. The chairs were really comfy and every single staff member that we interacted with was very nice and professional. And, they were so thorough about cleaning and sanitizing between clients. Having just moved to Colorado Springs I was desperate to find a great nail salon. I found GLO Nail Salon online and Esthetically it's very similar to the one I used in Seattle. Needless to say, I am in heaven. The people are friendly and professional. They handled my ingrown toenails (always ingrow... it stinks) without hurting me and that is hardly ever the case. My sister-in-law and her sister have been coming here for a few months. Yesterday was my birthday so I decided to give it a try and get a pedicure. It was extremely busy and I almost didn't go in but I am so glad I did. I was welcomed the second I walked in and waited less then 10 minutes. The shop was very clean despite the business. Holly did my pedicure for me. She was extremely attentive, kind and did an excellent service!! More people came in during my service but I never felt like she rushed through the service and at the same time I feel like the people waiting were still given attention. This is my new nail salon. They are friendly and nice to have a conversation with. Efficient but laid back, you don't feel like they are just trying to get you out of the way for the next costumer. I have gotten exactly the nails I like and they last really well. No chipping or breaking. Very clean! I do wish they didn't have the music videos. Amazing! To say amazing, doesn't even seem like enough to describe how great this place is! They are up on all the trends and the techs are really nice and helpful.... price wise, they are pretty comparable to other locations and for what they offer, I would pay a little more.....and you can actually have a conversation with the techs which makes things so much easier when you're not exactly sure how to explain what you want your nails to look like. Amazing! Just amazing! The staff was super friendly, professional, and so much fun. The salon was very open and clean throughout. Great customer service with offering beverages (water and wine) to ensure a spa environment.  They offer top of the line cleanliness down to an awesome ventilation system to rid the chemicals. Doesn't even smell like a nail salon! They did a wonderful job on both my pedi and mani without making me feel rushed even though they were very busy and nearing closing time.
