Omg when we walked in it literally felt like beauty salon utopia. The staff is super nice, service is outstanding. I really can't wait to come back to this place. I love Envisions International and I love Isi. I first came to him because I had a totally botched haircut elsewhere and I was in desperate need to stop looking like I didn't take care of my appearance. I had made a list in my own mind of what was wrong with my hair, how I wanted it fixed and the moment I sat in Isi's chair he just said out loud everything I had been analyzing for weeks. Worst experience ever! Worked there for several months and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I had to share the truth now that I left. The salon is disgusting all the time! Sinks flood n are never cleaned. Supplies is never sterile. Owners constantly get into yelling matches and have gotten violate on multiple occasions. Constantly messing up on the scheduling. Double booked appointments are common. Missed appointments are expected due to the owners travels and lack of professional experience and courtesy. Hair dye was damaged during the winter and never replaced so constant color corrections. Not to mention, it's in a terrible part of town. They've been robbed multiple times. Cars constantly get broken into in the parking lot. Sirens are common. Not 5 star at all and pay for their rating and reviews. Constantly rotating employees due to not getting paid properly, legally, or timely. Now it's full of people with no experience just out of school that suck that no other place would take. Don't be fooled by their false rating! Prices never match and constantly change based on their mood. Not to mention my last hair cut was so terrible I had to get it redone twice to be able to fix it! He was so over booked he couldn't die it nor do anything I asked lk layers or taking weight of. Isi literally chopped it all one layer and couldn't even get that right. So much of it was different lengths and the sides weren't even symmetrical, I had to take it up inches to fix all of it. He was suppose to fix it later and never did. They never stick to their word. Just got my first massage here and I can already tell I'm coming back! The online booking was so easy. Everything has this traveling theme that's really cute. I can't really jet away somewhere but I sure felt like I was a world away from my stressful week after this session! I got the 'Jet Lagger' massage from Jenell and feel amazing. Girls got magic hands- it wasn't too soft and wasn't too rough. I was so relaxed I couldn't tell where the heated bed started and I began. The room was clean and smelled great and the staff made me feel very comfortable for my first massage. I'm already planning to come back and can't wait to explore other services they offer. His cutting skills are on point and he is such a sweetheart! Esi definitely knows his craft very well! I love a stylist that can educate you while he or she is doing his or her thing in your head! I have been going to Isi for years now he always takes care of me. I always get the most compliments on my hair. Anyone ever said to him is always happy with his work.If you don't know what you want but you do know what you want and somebody else can't make it happen go to Isi.
