Best salon in the springs. Very friendly staff. Willing to give upgrades if you waited (paraffin wax or hot stones) I have gone to several and this is the only one I would return to after moving here from out of state. Clean, nicely decorated. I really tried to make this place work for me because its close to my house and its pretty inexpensive. However after almost a year of being a customer I finally had it with being treated like garbage. Upon entering I was never greeted with a "hello!".  Rather, "What you need?" Followed by "pick your color" and an hour of akward silence and cringing as my cuticles got cut up. I tried many times to conversate with the nail tech with no success. I mentioned it to what I assume is the owner and had been assured that she didnt speak english well. Thats all fine except for when I saw her chatting up and smiling with another customer during one of my visits. Theres a difference between having broken english and still being nice, v.s. doing someones nails stone faced and looking like you hate your job, especially because i was a regular. I went in 2x a month! Anyways I hate to leave a bad review because two of the three people i ever saw working there are very nice but unfortunately I was always stuck with the mean girl to do my nails. The "bad english" nail tech is rude and the only reason I will not be coming back here. There are alot of places to get inexpensive nails and to stay competitive the least you can do is be nice and hospitable to your customers. Read Less

I called ahead to make a "reservation" for a friend and I to have manicures.  When we arrived there were only two people working and the lady just had an unhappy look on her face the whole time.  We had to wait about 45 minutes for a "rushed" job and my friend asked for a specific service (mending a torn nail with a powder fill) and they acted like they didn't know what she was talking about.  They finally succumbed to her request and brought out a jar of Solar powder and fixed her nail (at an extra charge of course).  It wasn't a good experience. So I came in for a pedicure and a fill, They treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I wanted a full set and tried to talk me out of it, they then put my tips on crooked and when I made them take them off and redo them they did them even worse! My pedicure was great but my full set looks awful! They are crooked and have bubbles all through them, she also didn't even cut down my cuticles or clean up my nails. and when she took the tips off the first time when she messed up she was like if you aren't gonna like them I'm not gonna do them... I've been here 4 times. The first time I went, I only needed a pedicure and it was the best pedicure of my life (I think her name is Gene). She speaks very good English and specializes in massage - hence the great pedicure. The next 3 times I went (today was #3) were not so great due to timing. Each visit were 3 hours each just for a fill and pedicure. The reason for this is because there's only 3 people who work here and only one of them does acrylic nails. Today I waited an hour before anyone even got to me. Oh! And she messed up my eyebrows; she took too much on one eyebrow because she was in a hurry to get to the many other customers in the shop waiting to get a fill or a full set. I felt worse for the customer sitting next to me because she was there before I was and was still there when I left.A bit of advice - hire another tech who does acrylic nails. Read Less

Love coming here to get my nails done!I get Solar Nails, and they have great prices and they stay on! Bo told me if I ever have one break she will fix it for free. She has only had to do that once (when I hit my hand on a table and broke the thumb nail off) They have a very clean salon, and will be getting a pedicure soon! They do those great too! Went here with my parents and my grandmother. EXCELLENT experience! We came for a short vacation and we noticed the spa while we ate dinner. We decided to stop by the next day and were more than satisfied with our experience. Not only did they give great pedicures, the actually got our ingrown toenails out (something most places can't seem to do)!!! They took there time with us and my father even decided to get a pedicure because it was so nice. They give complimentary drinks and they make you feel so comfortable. Great service! The couple that own the place are very nice plus they have a 10% discount for military and students. Great locations for cadets looks for some personal mani-pedi time. Also they do massages and wax. Read Less
